「Sparkling clean - it might have been the cleanest Premier Inn Hotel we’ve been! Very fresh breakfast; really kind to give our kids small gifts as a half-term break treat Well air conditioned under the searing heat Really friendly and welcoming staff, though we had a bit of trouble checking in it was tackled very quickly Just a shame the parking costs £9 a night which isn’t a very good value compared to other hotels that might offer free parking.」

「I had a wonderful stay at this Chilston, the room was comfortable and the amenities were top notch. Hotel environment was charming with beautiful and relaxing ambiance.」

「As a disabled lone traveller, I was disappointed that there was a Bath and shower rather than just a shower. I had to take a bath at 3.30am as I was so cold and then struggled to get out again by myself and with no means of calling for help. At that point, I couldn’t work out how to use the shower and my hands were not strong enough to press the button on the tap to alter it so my bath was also lukewarm. Everything else was fine thanks.」

「Arrived quite late but check in was fast. Gentleman at the desk was lovely, sorted out my parking for me and made sure I had everything I needed. The room itself was decent. Was a lovely size and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The only issue i had was unfortunately being placed next door to inconsiderate guests who were borderline antisocial right into the very early hours. Had this not been the case I would have slept very well. I’ll definitely be looking to book and stay again in the near future.」

「The hotel is a bit dated but for the price we paid, it was good value. In terms of location, it was great for us as we were guests at a wedding at Leeds Castle and this hotel was literally around the corner. Staff were friendly and helpful. We did not use the leisure centre, but was told by family that it was really nice, especially the swimming pool. Regarding the room, as soon as you walk in you can smell the drains in the bathroom which is by the door but it's not that bad that you can smell it in the room. We had a family room which was large and had a king and two singles. The room was ok regarding cleanliness, some missed areas and dead insects which may have flown in through the big windows. Breakfast was nice with a decent selection of food and good choice of drinks which was needed after a hot weekend. Overall we are pleased with our stay and would recommend it.」
