「We had a last minute stay here and it’s good value for the price. The spa was nice with all the facilities working properly, jacuzzi and steam rooms were hot. The food was excellent quality, I’ve never had such a large and thick burger at any establishment but for £20 I’d expect this. Room and cleaning was ok but a bit tired. Lovely country pub about a five minute walk away and a large M&S and Costa next door. The one thing that compromises the whole Orida brand is charging £6 for parking. There is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON to charge this to staying customers and it’s a complete let down to the entire onsite service. Theres no town or station within walking distance so why would you penalise your guests with this extra tax. There’s a free car park next door in Costa or M&S so anyone using the hotel car park is clearly staying overnight. Will not be staying again here until this is put right」

「Nice weekend trip for a couple, two storey gym, sauna and pool all open and in good condition」

「Sparkling clean - it might have been the cleanest Premier Inn Hotel we’ve been! Very fresh breakfast; really kind to give our kids small gifts as a half-term break treat Well air conditioned under the searing heat Really friendly and welcoming staff, though we had a bit of trouble checking in it was tackled very quickly Just a shame the parking costs £9 a night which isn’t a very good value compared to other hotels that might offer free parking.」

「The hotel is a bit dated but for the price we paid, it was good value. In terms of location, it was great for us as we were guests at a wedding at Leeds Castle and this hotel was literally around the corner. Staff were friendly and helpful. We did not use the leisure centre, but was told by family that it was really nice, especially the swimming pool. Regarding the room, as soon as you walk in you can smell the drains in the bathroom which is by the door but it's not that bad that you can smell it in the room. We had a family room which was large and had a king and two singles. The room was ok regarding cleanliness, some missed areas and dead insects which may have flown in through the big windows. Breakfast was nice with a decent selection of food and good choice of drinks which was needed after a hot weekend. Overall we are pleased with our stay and would recommend it.」

「Excelente estancia, lugar tranquilo. Se agradecería ascensor. Equipo amable.」

「A lovely welcome. Quick to register the car. No lift unfortunately but there are only two floors. The room is large and clean. Bed was comfortable. No air conditioning but a fan was available. It’d be great to have power next to the bed. I’d stay overnight again.」

「Great family owned hotel. Beautiful artwork and decor. Had lots of amenities. Welcoming host and very helpful. Good room size and bed was comfortable. Loved the en suite shower. TV, WiFi and kettle in the room. Lots of space to relax. Makes it feel like a home from home. Thank you」
