この素晴らしいホテルからの絶好のロケーション、サービス、夕日の景色。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切です。2.45午前中にティカルの日の出ツアーをすると、ピクニックバッグを用意し、空港へのシャトルを手配し、消化不良のための薬を提供してくれました。部屋は非常に広としていて、テラスがあり、エアコンは必須です。朝食は湖を見下ろすテラスで複数のオプションがありました。間違いなくお勧めします。

早餐選擇多且份量多，餐廳與泳池皆可看到湖景，看夕陽的好地方，員工服務相當好。唯一美中不足就是dorm room沒有對外窗，空調有少許霉味，private room的空調可能沒這個問題。

這家飯店環境優美，讓人完全放鬆，無需思考任何事，只需享受寧靜與舒適。房間寬敞乾淨，設計典雅，床的軟硬適中，提供極佳的睡眠品質。服務人員親切細心，讓整體住宿體驗更加完美。設施齊全，不論是游泳池、健身房或餐廳，都維持高水準。每個細節都展現出用心，讓人流連忘返。這裡是一個適合放鬆身心、遠離煩囂的理想之地，無論是度假還是商務旅行，都值得一試。

Hotel nuevo, muy buena atención todo super limpio lo recomiendo a todos, lo único es que la piscina muy fría asi que si le ponen calefacción o algo para que el agua no este asi seria espectacular! Gracias!

First the good: great location close to the island and with a direct view to the lake, friendly staff, nice swimming pool, good breakfast. What can be improved: 1. Sound insulation - you can easily hear guests in the neighbouring rooms talking or snoring during the night, making it sometimes difficult to sleep properly; 2. Rooms are built in such a way that hardly any direct sun comes in, meaning you've got to turn on the lights practically the whole day of you want to see properly; 3. The floor surrounding the swimming pool is very slippery, not appropriate at all for the location; 4. Speaking of pool, it gets very little sun throughout the day so you'd better be tactical if you want to sunbathe; 5. Fixtures are quite dated and rooms could use some refurbishment
