いつもの朝食以外は特に不満はありません。 場所は大丈夫です。モールで食べ物を探したい場合は、ロビーを通ってください。ホテルの外で食事を探している場合は、歩いて行けます。まともな食事をする場所がいくつかあります。 交差点ではなく家の景色が見える部屋を手に入れるのは残念です。

I have been staying at this hotel for a long time and it has always been one of my familiar choices whenever I visit the area. The location is convenient and the overall atmosphere still feels comfortable and welcoming. However, it is a bit unfortunate that the hotel is starting to show its age. Some facilities seem a little old compared to before. Last night was slightly difficult because there was a loud fan or machine noise coming from outside, which made it a bit hard to sleep. I hope the hotel can check this issue because it could affect guests staying in nearby rooms. Aside from that small inconvenience, my stay was generally satisfying. The staff were friendly as usual and the service was reliable. I still appreciate the comfort and memories I have had here over the years, and I hope the hotel will continue to maintain and improve its facilities in the future.

チェックインは迅速で簡単でした。ただし、ルームカードに問題があります。私の部屋にアクセスできず、カードを2回変更するためにフロントデスクに降りる必要がありますが、それでもアクセスできません。最後に、メンテナンススタッフが部屋のドアロックをリセットできます。ホテルの場所はスーパーモールに近い。ちょうど1ドル。 朝食も良いです。地元のインドネシア料理がもっとありましたが、コーヒー/紅茶のディスペンサーで美味しかったです。

スイミングプールとシャワーはプラスで、モールに近く、部屋は清潔です。 エアコンは冷たくなく、子供は汗だくになるまで寝ました。ホテルに連絡しました。技術者は迅速で、ありがとうございました。 朝食は天井扇風機があるので外を選んだ方が良いです。 廊下のセントラルエアコンは機能していないようです。特に総面積30リットルの建物でエレベーターを待っているときは息苦しいです。エレベーターは1台しかなく、最大定員は10人です。 できればACがHorizo​​n Ciledug Hotelのようになり、エレベーターの数が稼動できるようになるといいですね。

素敵なホテル、素敵なモール、市内中心部と素晴らしい地元の食べ物に近い

シェイク・ザイード・モスクの景色は良いです...景色と値段が10万違うのに、シェイク・ザイード・モスクは見えません 朝食は美味しくて種類も多く、子供が喜ぶ綿菓子もありました プールも大丈夫、子供用プールもあります 全体的に良い

Room was large and bathroom is perfect. All is good. Just a bit old school building. Location is best.

老朽化しているにもかかわらず良いホテル ホスピタリティとサービスは素晴らしいです

I love coming to Magelang but hardly stay there because there’re not such well maintanied & clean hotels.  Knowing Artotel just opens, i purposely make a plan to stay in Magelang & try Artotel.   The room is super clean & big, also the bed in comfy. Huge shower space in  junior suite room, water pressure is strong. Eventhou water drainage is a bit slow but not a big deal.   I don’t have a chance to try the b’fast but i heard Magelangers like to have weekend b’fast in the hotel (so i assume their b’fast must be good😁).  The parkir is limited but valet is available.   All the staff are super friendly & helpful.   I really enjoy my stay & definitely will come back.  Artotel is highly recommended!👍🏼
