Hotel is situated in a good location, but hotel is a bit old and needs renovation, the room have a old wed smell to it. But the staff was friendly and service was good, breakfast alot to choose from but quality was not so good. Better smaller selection but improve quality of food.
GETS Hotel has many advantages.
The staff is very friendly.
But there are many things to improve. First, the bedding needs to be exchanged for a new one. Third, the hygiene of the room should be improved. Third, we must maintain a fair room sales policy. I was making an advertisement video during my stay, this is not important. It is more important for customers to be satisfied.
Magnifique hôtel idéalement situé entre la gare et la vieille ville. La déco est élégante, la chambre moderne et bien pensée. Le personnel est super et soucieux des avis pour s'améliorer qu'ils nous ont demandé à la fin du séjour. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans la brasserie de l'hôtel elle aussi très jolie. Les boissons sont à volonté et le plat à la carte. Nous nous sommes régalés de pancakes au bacon . C'était bien servi, bien présenté et délicieux.

匿匿名ユーザーActually, this place is great. Fancy and spacious room. I really like it. The food they served taste really good tho. Chef’s kiss. But, the one that’s bothering me is they don’t put a sign for a “sold out” food/beverages, other than that, some of the menu is not the same with the menu that they already displayed in their website. We’re already expecting food when we’re hungry, waiting, just for the fact that they can’t served that food because that’s sold out. It’s really bothering me.
匿匿名ユーザーThis is always my first choice for me whenever I travel to solo. I love the cleanliness and fast check in process. However the parking space is very limited but they have extra space across the road right in front of the hotel.
ゲゲストThe staff's friendliness saved the day, for them, Everyone from security, front desk, wait staff - was warm and welcoming. Some even had the sincerest SMILE I have ever seen. 👍👍
Several areas of concerns are, however :
- The Housekeeping staff who was in charge of my floor, had a seriiously BAD BODY ODOUR problem: ome that would stay and linger in the room and even in the corridor.
- The food served during Breakfast was varied enough. However, the quality needs major improvement. For example, the CEREAL that I had was the most artificial tasting cereal ever! It was actually quite disgusting. And the service in the PADI Restaurant can be improved, for example: No one cared enough to EMPTY THE ASH TRAYS in the smoking area; also, quite a few times, NO STAFF was seen on the fooors, it seemed as if they were ”gathering” somewhere that would not be visible by the guests on purpose!
- The Saftey Deposit Box was not working properly and needed fixing. Someone from ROOMS Dept or ENGINEERING Dept should regularly check every room periodically, without fail!
- Last but not least, the pillow in my room smelled like something rotten / a dead rat. Very disgusting

ゲゲストHad a little problem when checking in as im booked the studio 30 room since 2 weeks before even paid 900 thousand more than a cousin who booked the hotel 2 days before but when im checking in they said my booking is studio 25 not knowing that Trip.com using 3rd and 4th party for the booking causing misunderstanding and thus i had to wait for 1 hour with babies crying. Luckily the problem solved but that is one of the worst experience booking with trip.com. Still, i will give them chance again as theyre fixing the problem and give small gesture for apologizing
ゲゲストI recently had a delightful stay at Hotel Tentrem in Semarang, and I can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome, and their attentiveness truly enhanced our experience.
The cleanliness of the rooms and restrooms was impressive, which is always a top priority for me when traveling. The hotel amenities, including the gym, were excellent and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
One of the highlights for me was the delicious breakfast spread. The variety was fantastic, and the quality of the food was outstanding. I also want to give a special shoutout to Ibuk Elfi for her warm hospitality during breakfast. Her cheerful demeanor made our mornings even more enjoyable.
As a coffee lover, I was particularly impressed by the skills of Mas Arafi, the barista. I thoroughly enjoyed the cappuccino, mocaccino, and café latte he prepared; each cup was a treat. His knowledge of coffee truly shines through in every sip.
Overall, my experience at Hotel Tentrem was wonderful, and I look forward to returning each year. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special
