Facility is dated and needs serious refresh. Windows have mold and furniture needs cleaned.  Staff are mostly pleasant.  Restaurant is good. Especially breakfast.  Spa is very good (only got foot massage but impressed) In total I could not recommend.

先週ハリウッドから帰ってきた 場所-これは美しい小さな粒の砂ときれいなかなりのビーチです。海には多くの地元の人がいてきれいです。ホテルのビーチには、ベッドと飲み物、テーブルのある各側に2つの小屋があります。ここからの夕日は美しいです。 ホテル:到着時に迎えられ、荷物を部屋に運びました。私たちは豪華なプールビュールームを持っていました-ベッドルームに十分なスペース、プールを見下ろす素敵なバルコニー、清潔なバスルーム。タオルは毎日交換され、よく掃除されました。あなたが何かを望むならば、スタッフは喜んで助けます。 スタッフはとても親切です-部屋にいくつかの問題がありましたが、ユーザーエラーであることが判明しました。数分以内に部屋にメンテナンスのチャプターがいました。 食べ物は絶対に神聖でした - 東洋と西洋の味覚が満たされました。シェフのベロヌスは毎日朝食時に私たちと話をしに来て、メニューにない料理も作ってくれました-本当に楽しくてとても良かったです! プールはとてもきれいでしたが、私たちに適していました。 4月は結婚式の季節で、昼と夜にはいくつかの結婚式がありましたが、これは複合施設の別の部分にあります。実際にサイドラインから要素を見るのを楽しみました。結婚式の装飾は信じられないほどでした。 私たちはこのホテルを責めることはできません、私たちはとてもよく世話をされました!

An absolutely delightful stay. I highly recommend this place to everyone and especially those looking to relax and unwind by the beach. Not ***y places in India are like this. The facilities and staff are all top notch. Very professional and polite. They took care of all our needs without hesitation. There's a nice garden to walk at night, with direct access to beach and security guards on both exits. The resort had very ample variety of food, with different restaurants to choose from. Though perhaps a bit overpriced compared to equally good restaurants nearby. Overall, I wished we had stayed a little longer but already had flights booked. Definitely will come back when I'm back in Goa.

무척 친절한 스태프와, 유트로다 해변과 바로 이어져 있는 접근성은 최고의 만족이었습니다. 편의시설이 생각보다 부족한 점은 아쉬웠습니다.

Firstly, the staff at the front desk is not friendly or welcoming. The staff from the breakfast room is much engaging, smiley and friendly in general. The front desk should take lessons from them! The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. I would suggest that you have another protein option for non-veg eaters like a chicken dish. Otherwise, it very nice.  The room was not what I viewed in the photos while booking. It was dark with wood paneling and it felt as if the walls were caving in. The room could use some white painted walls to make it feel bright and fresh. The bathroom also needs an upgrade- it's a bit dingy. The towels have seen better days- the bathmat was dingy and grey- a bit gross but we survived.  The pool is very nice but all the lounge chairs are right next to one another. And, there are only 8 for all of those guests? Umbrellas should be replaced with white ones so that they don't fade in the sun- good hack. 

This resort has the potential to be good as it looks well, has a decent pool area and the rooms are well proportioned. There is just something missing in the fine detail of running a resort. Breakfast was decent but we found dinners disappointing, particularly the risotto which was delivered cold and then seemingly microwaved when we pointed this out. We attended a Sao Joao pool celebration which was a bit disappointing, it supposedly started at 12.30 but decorations were still going up at 1pm. Most disappointing was when we arrived very early due to a night train arriving four hours early but we’re not offered as much as a glass of water and when we asked if our bags could be stored whilst we purchased breakfast we were told no and just to eat poolside. Saying that most other staff we dealt with were friendly.

When we arrived (me and my older teenage daughter and son) we were so disappointed… the hotel seemed hold, not clean, very small, not 4*. The room was small, especially considering we needed one extra bed. We stayed 6 nights and all these bad experiences we’re compensated by the way we were treated. From the reception staff (unfortunately I didn’t keep his name), to the bellboy Summit, to the restaurant staff especially during breakfast and at the egg corner, people would go out of their way to make our stay a better one. They even changed us for a bigger room without extra payment, as soon as they had one available. Although I don’t think it’s a 4* property, we enjoyed our stay here and felt very welcomed. The beach is a 5 min walk and the Colva Beach Village (with shops and restaurants) a 10-15min walk. Plenty of taxis if you don’t feel like walking.

Хороший отель, номера уже не новые, но еще нормальные. Чисто, в том числе и в ванной, никакой плесени. Есть сейф. До пляжа нужно идти 5-10 минут (смотря какой дорогой). Завтрак средний. Есть фрукты (нарезанные папайя и ананас), йогурт и каша. Омлет нужно просить. Что не понравилось - запах из канализации в ванной. Потом исчез. Утром снова появился. Завтрак с 8-00. На завтраке подают не сразу все блюда. Все выносят, ближе к 8:40.

Excellent stay at vinsions cottages, goa with family in a very good ambience. The rooms are very spacious with clean toilets. The reception boy mr bipul with very good manner, helpful and his guidance make the trip to goa truly delightful.
