Hôtel à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles…. Personnel s’adapte à la clientèle et fait tout pour rendre meilleur le séjour…, : bravo au marocains qui ont tout compris à la prise en charge du client. Merci.

Нормально. Очень интересный интерьер, но очень темно. Жили на втором этаже, ничегошеньки не видно в номере. Всегда полумрак. А так, в целом, все понравилрсь. Сервис на хорошем уровне. Все вежливые, помогабт с любыми вопросами. Еще по близости нет магазинов, где можно было бы купить фрукты. Но это на побережье в целом.

Nice hotel with a good value of money. Good location easy access to the beach and corniche

I think a lot of people forget what sort of accommodation they would get at home in the UK for the price they have paid for a week or so by the sea, constant good weather and a lovely swimming pool to hand. Our standards are exceptionally high but we forget that the culture is different in Morocco. For me, as long as I have a clean bed, clean bathroom facilities and a version of everything I expected to get/have access too, then I can cope with a chipped floor, dusty floors, tired decor. Surely a friendly, helpful welcome is more amenable to a good experience? The pool is immaculate and throughly cleaned every morning. The only negative is the Gawd awful techno, trance, ******* (C) rap sample music the guy plays at full bunge all afternoon. You cannot even have a conversation with the person next to you. It REALLY was a pain in the Rse every afternoon. The restaurant food scenario does leave a lot to be desired. I thank the Lord I was only having breakfast. The cooked food is basic and poor choices of bread. NO FRUIT! But lots of salad???? 🤔🤔 Only One toaster for the guests to use. Omelette EVERY day, surely a change to pancakes/crepes wouldn't tax them too much? The poolside cafe is dire. Very poor selection. The staff are as slow as treacle in the north pole!! There is no gym or spa available at the time of my visit. Overall, I felt it was value for money. Most of the staff work very hard and are friendly and polite.

妻と私はハミルトン アガディールでの素晴らしい旅行と滞在を楽しみました。ビーチやたくさんのお店、飲食店から徒歩圏内です。スタッフはとても親切でした。プールとプールバーエリアは本当に楽しかったです。何よりも、レストラン マネージャーのモハマドに感謝したいと思います。滞在中の私たちの面倒を本当によく見てくれて、おいしい食べ物のおすすめも教えてくれました。彼は素晴らしいマネージャーです。

2nd time we’ve stayed in this hotel in 2 weeks. On both occasions we had top rooms This recent stay had a fantastic sea view Comfortable spacious bed, powerful shower Staff are very friendly and helpful Breakfast was okay, tipical Moroccan breakfast but the fresh egg making was good to have and baguette bread was nice. Thus stay we only went for breakfast as last stay we did the half board but the food wasn’t for us. Would definitely stay again, just with breakfast thou. Two swimming pools One were the animation activities happen the other end is a quieter pool. As everyone says the location is excellent! 👌

Highly recommend this excellent hotel and facilities, on the beach and delicious food with plenty of variety. Special mention to all the staff from reception, breakfast, housekeeping to pool/ lobby bar who were all very welcoming, attentive and helpful. Reception team advised on navigating souk el had with kids and kindly phoned nearby restaurant to move our reservation as we were running late. And Maha was very helpful with late check out as we had a night flight. Hanane at breakfast was so lovely and remembered our preferences, always greeting us with a smile. iskander at the pool bar also very helpful and patient with kids during lunch time! Room upgrade for our stay was a bonus; extra room space, quiet with garden view was very much appreciated. Shukran jazilan!

スタッフはとても親切で親切でした。 サーフィンレッスンを手配したり、マラケシュへの旅行をしたり、料理レッスンに参加する機会を見つけたりしてくれたAzedineに感謝します。 ホテルの場所は、ビーチに直接いるので、ホテルに滞在したい人に最適です。ゲストのほとんどは家族または高齢者でした。タガズアウトまで歩いて行く場合は可能ですが、約45分かかります。 プールは加熱されておらず、水が本当に冷たくなるのであまり楽しくありません。 朝食は提供する多くの種類がありますが、非常に混雑し、ある時点で食べ物が補充されません。 部屋は広としていてきれいでした。 あまり好きでなかったのは、ほとんど毎晩提供されるライブ音楽がスペイン音楽またはラテンアメリカ音楽のいずれかを演奏していることです。これのためにモロッコに来るのは本物だとは思えません。むしろそこでモロッコ音楽を聴きたい。 しかし、一般的にホテルは素敵なスタッフと素敵です。

Ist class service. Latifah at the front desk was amazing, very helpful and professional. El mahdi the concierge guy was amazing, very friendly and helped us with necessary information. The hotel looks much better than advertised on most sites. Everything is new and just beautiful. Very beautiful aesthetic, ambience and clean environment. The rooms are very spacious and well decorated. Only downside was I couldn't connect YouTube or my phone smart view to the TV to watch my preferred shows. However, that's just my personal choice. WiFi was good without issues. The food was really tasty and had good varieties. Overall, i highly recommend as palais des roses gave me a very good experience. Staff are really amazing and friendly.

Дорогие друзья! Никогда не ориентируйтесь на отзывы гостей об отеле..Я начиталась,и когда приехала сюда все выискивала то о чем писали. И не нашла ничего кроме может быть качества полотенец. Отель для своих 3 * просто супер.. Большая территория,много бассейнов..питание с множеством видов мяса,рыбы,овощей и фруктов.. Имеет свой пляж с лежаками. Всегда есть места.. Анимационная команда просто супер..развлекает целый день и вечером дискотека и представление в амфитеатре.. 2 раза приезжали коллективы нац музыки.. В 15 часов все дружно поют гимн Агадиру. Очень красивый. Территория у отеля оч красивая. Много баров. Правда с алкоголем крепким слегка ограничивают. Разные коктейли делают. В общем бронируйте отель не пожалеете. Марокко удивило и порадовало качеством обслуживания! Спасибо ооогромное,! Фото позже загружу
