ニュージーランドタラナキ地方で、バーのあるホテル

チェックイン当日、ベッドカバーに髪の毛と汚れ（泥？）が付いているのを見つけました。しかし、受付係に写真を見せたところ、すぐに真摯に対応してくれました。私たちが外出している間に部屋を清掃してくれ、お詫びとして2名分の朝食を無料で提供してくれました。彼らの前向きな姿勢と迅速な対応のおかげで、単なる事故だったと安心することができました。 2日目の滞在日、ニュープリマスでは何らかのカーレースが行われていたようです。午前7時前に、すぐ近くで車のエンジン音が鳴り響き、目が覚めました。何が起こっているのかとカーテンを開けてみると、ホテルの正面玄関前にたくさんのレーシングカーが並んでいて、何やら登録か何かの作業をしている様子が見られました。写真にも写っているように、テーブルがあり、スタッフが何やら作業をしていました。そのため、レーシングカーが次々とやってきて、午前7時半頃までエンジン音や人々の話し声が絶え間なく聞こえ続けました。正直言って、私たちはとても不快でした！ホテルに宿泊する私たちは、ゆっくり休むことを期待しているのに、こんな風に早朝から起こされるなんて、全く予想していませんでした。もしこのようなイベントを企画していたのであれば、予約時に他の宿泊客全員に事前に知らせ、準備や同意を得られるようにすべきだったと思います。ですから、あの朝の出来事を考えると、またこのホテルに泊まりたいかどうかは分かりません。申し訳ありませんが、あんなに早くから騒音で起こされて気分が悪くなりましたし、ホテル側の配慮も全く感じられませんでした。 今後、改善されることを願っています。

Mediocre. There were some significant issues during our stay. That being said, the service was friendly and they tried to help where there was an issue. Unfortunately, there were a few though. To start with, they gave us the wrong room, not that which we had booked (a double instead of a twin). They quickly accomodated this however and moved us. Over the first night, we noticed it had been particularly hot. Despite there being AC in the room and having it on the lowest settings, it did not cool the room. We did inform them of this and they offered to move rooms or give us a fan, this was helpful but dissapointing that it had not been checked earlier. We were also dissapointed that there were no towels provided, despite face cloths being so. The car park was non-existent, being a junk yard instead. There was street parking available but felt less secure. The location was resonable with easy access to takeaways and the supermarket. There were some troubles over the nights including loud, persistent banging on the doors which the owners seemed to do nothing about. Possibly patrons of the attached bar. We did not use the bar or restuarant facilities so cannot comment there. On the bright side, the shower was excellent! Great pressure and temperature, lovely after a long day out.

One of the most valuable hotel I’ve stayed! Great location, great facilities, great and comfortable room! Definitely will book again! Reception is very kind too! Parking is very convenient!

We went to New Plymouth for a weekend and stayed with Novotel New Plymouth. We had an excellent experience with them, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was modern and clean. We will definitely stay with them again.

駐車場のスペースも限られていますが、ほとんどの場合、駐車スペースを確保できます。海岸に非常に近く、高層階では、間違いなく海の景色も見ることができます。カフェからレストラン、ミニスーパーマーケットまで、多くのダイニング オプションに近接しています。これらのショップやレストランはすべて徒歩圏内にあります。

Uniquely designed, cozy and convenient, excellent location. Might be some noise if your room faces the main st. Would recommend it for sure, but if you are traveling in pairs then consider booking the larger size rooms

5泊の良い価格。レセプションで述べたように、ルームサービスのスタッフはハングアップしたタオルを交換し、再び使用できてうれしかったです(バスルームのカードに記載されているものとは異なり、ほとんどのホテルでは標準的な練習になっています)。それは1つの部屋に5日間洗濯物に4枚のタオルを追加しました - これはすべて合計です - 私はちょうど惑星とオートロッジの洗濯代を考えています!

ホテルは良いと便利です。次のコーヒーレストランは朝食に便利です。価格は正しいです。味は悪くありません。すべてが適切です。買い物に行くのも良いです。

翌日のハイキングの便宜のために、郊外のホテルを選びました。山の上にいることに気づきました。部屋は広くてきれいでした。夕食前に雨が止まりました。ホテルの川沿いのトレイルを歩きました。山の子羊はとてもかわいいです😍
