HhazymalikFantastic Family Stay – Even Better Than We Remembered! We spent 5 wonderful nights at Iririki Island Resort and absolutely loved our time there. Although we went into town for lunch and dinner a few times, we mostly stayed on the island and soaked in the beautiful surroundings. The kayaking and snorkeling were a highlight, especially thanks to Etella and Teraa—these two went above and beyond to look after our family and made the experience memorable. The ocean view villa was spacious, airy, and perfect for watching the fish swim right by our deck. The breakfast buffet was excellent and included halal chicken options, which we really appreciated. The staff catered to our dietary needs and made sure alcohol was left out, which meant we could enjoy every meal without worry. Only downside: they didn’t accept Amex and charged a 3% surcharge on Visa/MasterCard, which, combined with international bank fees, added up. Although we had a discount from Trip.com, we couldn’t really take advantage of it due to these charges. Next time, we’ll prepay online instead of using the “pay at hotel” option. This was our second visit to Port Vila after 13 years, and both the city and Iririki were just as magical as we remembered. A special shoutout to Taste of India in town—absolutely fantastic food! Highly recommended for families, couples, and anyone looking to unwind in paradise.

XXiaowula1022チェックアウトの際、フロントのスタッフは私が料金を支払っていないと言い、再度料金を徴収するよう要求しました。 Ctrip とやり取りした後にようやく解決しました。あまりプロフェッショナルではありませんでした。部屋には強いカビ臭が漂い、数か所の隅に黒いカビの斑点がありました。ホテルも大きく幹線道路にも近いので住みやすいとしか言いようがありません。

ゲゲストThe amazingly lovely smiling friendly & efficient staff at the Beachfront Apts definitely make the stay worthwhile. Aside from that the location away from the main tourist hub areas of Port Vila allows for more relaxation & enjoyment of the gorgeous beach which is totally safe for swimming among locals & sweet dogs. Every Friday just a few steps away is a fantastic fireshow put on by the Beach Bar which also has very good food. Mele Bay area is so nice that we extended from 3 to 10 days! To get to the town of Port Vila simply walk a couple hundred metres to the main road, flag down a passing minivan with “B’ on the front plate, state your destination & pay about $2 when you get off. On a food note it’s a bit of a walk along Devil’s Road to get to Island Magic Resort but it’s so worth it to eat at Birdie’s Restaurant! The locals are super nice along the way, calling out “Good night” as you pass them in the dark on the potholed road. A stay here is highly recommended!

JJODIEDisappointing for a reputable resort. It is very dated, needs an upgrade. Our Lagoon view room and a an adjoining door, the neighbours sounded like they were living in our room. Gym was old, torn equipment & malfunctioning. Room wasn’t ready at 4pm, breakfast kept running out of rentals such, milk, coffee, plates, teacups etc (staff were working hard), when wheeling luggage in path, surface is rough and dangerous. Staff were the exception to our experience, they were friendly and would go out of their way to help.

ゲゲストWe stayed at Tamanu for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The room was cozy and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect space to relax. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Fiona and Anthony did a fantastic job managing the resort — their attention to detail and warm hospitality really stood out. A special thank you to Anthony, who went above and beyond by personally returning our wallet after we accidentally left it behind in the room. We are truly grateful for such kindness and care. Highly recommend Tamanu for anyone looking for a memorable and stress-free getaway!

ひひひちゃまこのホテルに限ったことではないですが、ホテルまでの道は陥没だらけで中心地との往復だけでもレンタカーの運転は疲れます。ホテルのフロント棟はすごい壮大な建物で、そこに惹かれて予約しました。 1階に部屋をあてがわれ、景色は微妙でした。湿気もやばくて　エアコンつけてもシーツがまとわりつくような感じでした。値段は高いなぁと思う。

ゲゲストFriendly and helpful staff. The furniture is old and needs to be updated. Hot water is unstable, it was often necessary to rinse with cold water. A broken clock hung on the wall, which was very annoying. At night, small lizards run along the walls inside the bedroom and the ceiling, which made sounds, which is also not pleasant to hear at night. The pillows are long and hard. Dirt accumulated in the washing machine in the tank, which did not wash, but, on the contrary, stained the washed clothes.

CChris LimmerI stayed here for just 2 nights recently, my stay here was magical. All the staff are amazing, so welcoming and frendly. The pool was so nice, a great place to cool off in the hot sun. The harbour views from the room are just breathtaking and some of the best in the world. The waterviews from the restaurant are also amazing. Thank you to everone at The Grand Hotel and Casino for making my stay so enjoyable.
