The hotel is conveniently located about 10 to 15 mins walk across parklands from East Terrace in the city which is where most of the popular restaurants and cafes are. During our stay, the preparation for the V8 car races was ongoing and many of the roads were blocked off. But finding a detour was easy enough. The hotel has limited onsite parking but there are plenty of spaces in the quiet residential streets behind the hotel. The hotel’s reception also manages the Econo Lodge Hotel which is located across the street and has its own parking. We only stayed for 1 night and did not get to try the restaurant onsite. The rooms layouts were not exactly rectangular but they were big enough to accommodate a king and a single bed and a pull out bed from under the single bed. A good and unusual feature was a power point built into the bed side cabjnet which works well for those with a need to use CPAP machines or for charging devices. There was a study/work table in the room that is useful for business travellers.

The location is very convenient and is a short walk to shops. The staffs are well trained with attention to details and accommodates requests. Breakfast buffet is also a value for money with a free parking as a bonus during our stay. Will definitely come back!

ホテルに併設された駐車場はなく、自分で駐車場まで運転するか、運転手に運転してもらうために55ドル支払う必要があります。ルームサービスのメニューは、階下のレストランの高級料理ばかりで、シンプルなものはありませんでした。ルームサービスの朝食さえ利用できませんでした。階下のレストランについて言えば、ここは「ビュッフェ」朝食の場所でしたが、その言葉は大げさです。驚くほど種類が少なかったです。部屋の小さな隅で自分でコーヒーを淹れることさえありました。列が長くなるにつれて、一度に1杯ずつコーヒーを淹れることになります。スクランブルエッグはドロドロだったので、*は特別注文しなければなりませんでした。少なくともトースターは使えました。そして、スペースはせいぜい20人くらいしか入れません。B&Bならいいのですが、16階建てのホテルには無理です。9時以降に混雑して待つことを避けるために、8時に朝食をとらなければなりませんでした。部屋自体（スイートでした）には、至る所に照明スイッチがありました。そして、何が書いてあるのか見えないので、どれも非常に紛らわしかったです。バスルームのスイッチは、中に入ってドアを閉めないとアクセスできませんでした。シャワーに換気扇がありませんでした。バスマットは薄すぎて、一度シャワーを浴びただけでびしょ濡れになりました。フェイスタオルもありませんでした。バスルームのベンチは低すぎました。ハンドタオルも低すぎました。バスルームの広さは良かったし、シャワーの水圧も良かったです。テレビのリモコンは正常に動作せず、コーヒー、紅茶、冷蔵庫などのアメニティも見つけることができませんでした。ホテルガイドのフォルダーもありませんでした。「デスク」はテレビ台でしたが、ラウンジエリアにはデスクを置くのに十分なスペースがありました。バルコニーには椅子もテーブルもありませんでした（安全のために簡単に設置して固定できるはずです）。温度調節については言うまでもありません。ベッドは寝心地が悪く、枕も平らでした。結局、ラウンジチェアで寝ました。そちらの方が快適だったからです。 しばらくは泊まりに来ないと思います。ひどくはありませんでしたが、素晴らしいとも言えませんでした。ただ、スタッフは親切だったので、それは良かったです。

部屋は新しい装飾で素晴らしかった。バスルームは真新しいです。フロントと朝食のスタッフはフレンドリーでした。朝食はおいしいですが、特にベジタリアンに適しています。コーヒーはおいしいです。全体的に良い経験でした。

It was a good stay. The room is spacious and exceptionally clean. Their amenities are above average. The hotel is quite new and I hope they can maintain the cleanliness in the next few years. In terms of customer service, I think they can do better if they want to live up the name as “luxury escape” in Murray Bridge. The room is quite hot for us and adjusting it manually is prohibited as the A/C can only go down to 20 degrees celsius “auto”. We kept asking the front desk to make our room a bit cooler. Some staff are tremendously helpful but some of them don’t know how to operate it in their end. One staff even promised to ask for assistance from their colleagues but they never did and nothing happened. The view in our room is impressive but the sliding glass doors are quite dirty which defeats the purpose why we paid extra dollars to have a nice view. The cleaner said that they have a professional cleaner who does it twice a year only. In the lounge bar, we decided to have a coffee after we checked out and were fortunate to enjoy live music every last Sunday of the month. The waiter promptly delivered our orders to our table. However, no napkins provided and he even spilled the coffee in our table and didn’t even bother to say anything or even clean it. The breakfast buffet was depressing, we had to eat exactly the same thing during our entire stay. For me, luxury experience is all about the small details, and they would benefit from improving on the small details that they may have overlooked in their service. Overall, I would still recommend it to others and happy to stay again in the future.

市内中心部にあり、地下鉄の駅までは徒歩5分です。空港からはタクシーで33元かかります。ホテルのフロントデスクのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで熱心です。廊下には管理人はいませんが、部屋は掃除されていて、ルームカードがないと入れないのでかなり安全です。ビュッフェ式朝食を含めて3日間滞在しました。朝食はシリアル、牛乳とヨーグルト、パスタ、スクランブルエッグ、ソーセージ、ハッシュブラウン、フライドベーコンなど種類豊富です。栄養バランスのとれたトースト、クロワッサン、アップルブルーベリーパイ、コーヒー、ジュースなど。暑くても寒くても、私の中国人の胃はまだ適応できます。出発時に荷物も半日預けました。チェックインの感触はかなり良いです。 😊, ドライヤー、アイロン、冷蔵庫、エアコンは使用しましたが、スリッパは持参しなければならず、使い捨ての歯磨き粉や歯ブラシはありません。それは環境保護に基づいている必要があります。これらは自分で持って行った方が便利です。全体的に満足しており、お勧めします。

This is a great location and i enjoyed my stay albeit a couple of niggles. The shape of the room meant the TV was so far away from the bed. It seemed positioned perfectly to watch TV from the bath, but id rather have a comfortable viewing from the bed. It also meant two of us squeezed on to one side of the b Bed to be able to see the TV. The mattress was also uncomfortable and clearly needs replacing. It sloped one side and had a big bump in the centre. Overall a good hotel but I wouldn't stay in that specific room again.

お部屋もとても清潔で綺麗で、サービスも素晴らしかったです👍 朝食を詰めるか聞いてくれて、事前に詰めてくれて、出かけるときに持っていけば大丈夫でした、車に水も置いていてくれましたチェックアウトのときに私たちに。近所はとても便利で、レストランもたくさんあり、とてもお勧めです

最悪だった。バスルームは汚かった。午前3時まで壁を突き破るような重低音が響いていた。受付に1時半と1時36分に2回電話して誰かと話したいと頼んだが（24時間対応と謳っていた）、応答がなかった。どちらも電話は出られなかった。 便座は掃除されておらず、茶色いゴミが付着していて拭き取らなければならなかった。ベッドの両脇のテーブルは拭かれていない古い埃で覆われていた。 受付に24時間以内に誰かが連絡すると言っていたが、連絡はなかった。

Stayed here over Christmas. Room had a kitchen - dishwasher, oven + microwave + washer dryer + balcony over looking convention centre. Lovely stay, comfy bed, quiet'ish - the toilet sounds like a water pump everytime it fills up. Bathroom/shower is a little dated but functional. Parking is 30$ per day (reasonably priced - unlimited entry during the stay) Overall a great stay!! Will definitely comeback!!!
