Apesar de reformado, é um hotel antigo, e portanto, com instalações modestas. Eu diria até aquém dos padrões da rede. Banheiro minúsculo e ar condicionado um tanto barulhento. O cheiro do produto de limpeza estava forte, mas suportável. E portanto, bem caro para o conjunto oferecido.

Hostel is very clean and well kept. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast included! Easy to meet other travelers and hangout! I made some friends while staying here and have gone out on adventures with them. The receptionist Lucas and the owner Wilson are extremely nice and kind! Great location, close to everything. I stayed here about 2 months ago and came back again to stay here again while visiting some friends! It’s felt more like a little home/family! 100% recommended!

Checkin could be faster (it took us almost 30min), albeit they were on a very busy day.
Breakfast was included and it was AMAZING. Room was clean but not exceptionally clean. Overall it just looks like the hotel had seen better days.

Hotel accesible limpio tenia q entregar unos paquetes y practicamente me sacaron al sr de la habitacion que era prohibido a los q les dije 3 min se va a tardar y nos sacaron inmediatamente me fui del lugar

O chuveiro elétrico não funcionou; O quarto era feito de ripas de lombri e no teto tinha abertura para o corredor, o que não dava privacidade; O banheiro parecia estar em obra ainda

O hotel é bem localizado, perto de tudo e principalmente da praia. O atendimento é excelente, o quarto é perfeito,. Só deixo minha crítica quanto ao estacionamento que é um pouco confuso e apertado e o café da manhã que poderia ter mais opções.

部屋は私の期待を超えていました:広く、きれいではなく、非常に、環境の配置は非常にスマートで、休憩エリアとワークエリアは別で、ベッドは柔らかく、毎日の清掃は不可能です。ホテルの沈黙と組み合わせて、暖かい空気は私の滞在を非常に速くしました。

匿匿名ユーザーWe recently stayed at the Sheraton Hotel in Vitória, ES for a romantic getaway. As a couple with a bit of an age difference (I’m 21 and my boyfriend is 45), we’re always looking for a mix of fun, comfort, and sophistication—and this hotel mostly delivered!
Positives: The location is fantastic! Right by the beach with beautiful ocean views from our room. My boyfriend especially appreciated the calm, elegant vibe of the hotel. The breakfast spread was impressive—lots of variety, fresh fruits, and delicious pastries. I loved the pool area! Great spot to relax and get some sun.
Room: The room was spacious and modern, with a comfy bed and a lovely balcony. However, we did notice that some areas looked a bit outdated for a Sheraton standard. My boyfriend travels a lot for work and expected a little more in terms of maintenance.
Service: Staff was friendly and attentive, but there were a few hiccups. Check-in was slower than expected, and we had an issue with our room key not working one night. However, they resolved it quickly. We also appreciated the concierge’s local recommendations for restaurants and activities.
Overall Experience: We enjoyed our stay, but there’s room for improvement. It’s a great choice for couples looking for a mix of relaxation and city vibes. My boyfriend found it a bit pricey for what was offered, but for me, it was worth it for the view and the pool!
Would we come back? Probably, but we’d love to see a few upgrades to make it feel more luxurious.
Recommendation: Ideal for couples looking for a peaceful stay in Vitória, but if you’re after a super high-end experience, there’s a bit of room to grow.
