A estrutura do hotel é incrível, um excelente custo e benefício. O café da manhã é de um café colonial! Gostaria de agradecer ao atendentes Douglas, Lucas e principalmente a Jazi. A Jazi foi extremamente empática em sua forma de atendimento, fazendo minha família se sentir acolhida e especial! Espero podermos voltar em breve.

It is well located close to POA airport and is right by a main road. The room was clean but not to an excellent level—acceptable. There is no swimming pool, as the hotel has converted it into a parking lot. Breakfast was nice—not fancy, but good. I didn't find other facilities like the gym. I would return if location and cost were the primary factors to be considered.

Check in was easy and staff were personable, but the room was very outdated, there were only 2 pillows, the tv did not work properly, and the AC would stop working periodically. The location was about 15 minutes by walk away from the center. If you are looking for an affordable price, this hotel is good, but do not expect great amenities.

Amazing experience. Probably one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The combination of facilities, luxury and service was perfect from the moment we arrived until we left the hotel. Unforgettable moments for us. It will certainly be a must-see on our next trip to Brazil.

Sandro was an incredible host. He went above and beyond to support my mum and I on this trip. We ended up getting sick and his kindness was valuable. I truly recommend this accommodation. The place is beautiful and the cabins are gorgeous and fully equipped.

The experience was incredible! Outstanding service from the very first contact. Wonderful team! The afternoon tea and breakfast were delicious. The hotel’s structure is beautiful and cozy, providing an excellent experience for the guests. Congratulations!

RECREACIONISTAS nota mil. Diversas atividades no dia da criança (e final de semana). Pretendo voltar todo ano nesta época. Minha filha adorou. Única reclamação é que só tinha um recepcionista e quando este saía não ficava ninguém em substituição.
