So happy with the location & service! The staff were friendly and so close to everything. Only issue is the shower door doesn’t fully close so water will leak out after showering & the aircon did not work well, but generally was really nice!

We had an outstanding stay at this hotel. We stayed in a double room with Mountain View and the room was packed with lots of water and toiletries! They also gave us free fruit on the first day. All the staff from the house cleaners, front desk clerks, ski pass clerks, to the boys at the ski rental equipment desk were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a large assortment and an omelette station, yum! The gym was really nice and large but only had one yoga mat. The pool area was good but the small heated pool was rather luke warm. Best thing was this was a ski in and ski out hotel we didn’t have to leave it everything we needed to rent and do was right here! Also the Chinese restaurant on the top floor was SO delicious and staff again were so nice! Definitely coming back here for our yearly ski trips

部屋全体が十分に広く、値段もリーズナブルで、小さなバルコニーがあり、眺めも良く、海岸線から800m歩くのにとても便利です。 水泳に行くときは、事前に水着やスリッパを着替えて、そこを歩くことができます。水を補うためにミネラルウォーターのボトルを持ってきて、洗い流してください。携帯電話で遊びたい場合は、事前に携帯電話の防水バッグを持参してください。 岸辺の足洗いや入浴は回ごとに料金がかかり、物を預ける場所はない。

アラニャに来るのは今回で2回目ですが、本当に美しく静かなリゾートです。部屋は素晴らしい雰囲気で、とても清潔でした。プライベート温泉付きの部屋を予約したのですが、その清潔さ、広さ、そして上質な体験に感動しました。スタッフはいつも親切で、私たちの要望にも快く応えてくれました。私の中国語は下手なのですが、スタッフはコミュニケーションを助けてくれ、コンビニまで買い物に連れて行ってくれたり、迎えに来てくれたりしました。ここのラーメンは今まで食べた中で最高です。本当に素晴らしい施設なので、近いうちに必ずまた訪れたいと思います。

**Hotel Review: Aesthetic Excellence Overshadowed by Comfort Failures** Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us. The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests. Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night. On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area. However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight. In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest.

During the past few days in Zhangjiakou, the most unforgettable thing is not the passion of the track, but the emotion brought by the front desk. My family sent a box of sports drinks before I left. I made sure to make sure it was delivered on the day of the game. The result was that I, a road ******, filled in the wrong district address. The courier was sorting from the south of the city to a novice post office in the north of the city. Just after the race ended at 4 p.m., the logistics information showed that ”the post office is already at the post office,” but we had to leave for the next city at 5 p.m, and looked at the postoffice address 10 kilometers away on the map, stamping our feet in a hurry. When she heard this, Ms. Park comforted me by saying, ”Don't worry, I'll find a way,” grabbing the keys to her electric car and running out. She returned 20 minutes later, sweating and panting, saying, ”The sorting officers had the wrong zoning area. 청더에 온다면 이 호텔을 추천합니다. 청더역 및 버스터미널이 바로 앞에 있고, 시내버스 노선도 많아 베이스 캠프로 삼기 좋습니다. 호텔이 도로변에 있어서 찾기도 쉽고 방도 쾌적해요. 가격까지 저렴하고요. 그리고 중국에서 여러 호텔에 가봤지만 이렇게 온수 잘 나오고 수압 강력한 호텔은 처음이었어요. 암막 전동 커튼은 빛을 완전히 막아줘서 꿀잠 잤어요. 1층에 세탁기 및 건조기가 있어서 무료로 빨래까지 할 수 있었습니다. 호텔 직원들이 친절해서 특히 기억에 남아요. 어려운 점이 있으면 먼저 도움을 주겠다고 말해줘서 참 감사했습니다.
