設備：景勝地の東門から徒歩圏内という絶好のロケーションです。100メートル圏内にお店がほとんどなく、とても静かです。 環境：ホテルの内装はエレガントでスタイリッシュ、客室の家具もクラシックな雰囲気です。 清潔感：新しいホテルなので、部屋はとても清潔で、カビやカビ臭さはありませんでした。寝具、バスルーム、その他のアメニティも清潔でした。 サービス：ホテルのサービスは大変満足です。予約後、ハウスキーパーの方からホテルのサービスについて連絡があり、チケットの予約や景勝地のルート案内もしていただき、エリアの旅程に詳しくない方でもとても親切に対応していただきました。また、アフタヌーンティー、夕方のお粥、プラットフォームでの無料カクテルも提供されました。今回の旅行写真撮影では、時間があまりなかったので、これらのサービスを受けることができませんでした。旅の最後には、冷蔵庫用マグネット、スナック、そして地元産の葛の根のクリスプというプレゼントまでいただきました。本当に心遣いを感じました。ハウスキーパーの趙趙さんには、私の質問に丁寧に答えていただき、親切な対応をしていただき、本当に感謝しています。張家界を訪れる方はぜひ一度体験してみることをお勧めします。他の観光地では、このようなサービスを受けるには少なくとも2,000～3,000ドルはかかりますが、コストパフォーマンスは非常に高いです。

素晴らしいホテルでした！温かいおもてなしと、旅の計画をサポートしていただいたホテルスタッフの皆様に、心より感謝申し上げます。 1. 空港でお迎えいただき、無料の快適な送迎で駅までお送りいただきました。 2. 国立公園への往復送迎は無料です。 3. 美味しい朝食：蒸しパン、餃子、*、新鮮な果物と野菜。しかも、素晴らしい山々の景色を眺めながらの朝食でした！ 4. ホテルの敷地は写真で見るよりもずっと広く、とても手入れが行き届いていて、趣があります。ホテルでゆっくり過ごす一日を計画することをお勧めします！ 5. ホテルには、山々の景色を望む小さくて可愛いプールがあります。 6. ホテルのスタッフは英語を自信を持って話し、文字通りあらゆる小さなことで私たちを助けてくれました。チケットの購入、滞在中の毎日のプランニング、ルートの案内、おすすめの観光スポットのアドバイスなど、チャットでの質問にも即座に答えてくれました。私たちがどこかに遅くまで滞在すると、心配してメールを送ってくれました。 7. 英語で地元のお茶を無料で試飲できたのはとても興味深かったです！売店では地元のお茶と陶器を購入できます。 8. 滞在中、ホテルの敷地内には犬3匹、猫7匹、子猫3匹、子犬2匹が住んでいました。どの動物もとてもフレンドリーで、この場所に信じられないほど温かく家庭的な雰囲気を与えてくれました。 9. ランドリーは無料で、何度か利用しましたが、すべてが素晴らしかったです！ 10. 夕食はいつでも注文できます。料理はどれも美味しく、手作りで愛情を込めて作られています！ 11. 部屋は素晴らしく、とても広々としていて、大きなベッド、素晴らしい枕、そしてとても柔らかいリネンがありました。 12. ホテルをとても早く出発したので、スタッフが朝食をテイクアウトで持ってきてくれました。とても親切でした！ 本当にありがとうございました！この場所が本当に恋しくなります！

3泊しましたが、ホテルはとても静かで、サービスもとても良いです。特にレストランの叔母とランドリールームのスタッフを称賛したいと思います。昨夜11時過ぎに、男性スタッフがランドリールームで働いているのを見ました。朝、レストランに再び現れました。彼らはきちんとしていて責任感があり、献身的でした。岳麓の山東門まで歩いて、ケーブルウェイで山を登り、南門で地下鉄を降りてホテルに戻るのはとても便利です。

ホテルの立地は素晴らしく、海信百貨店に近く、泊まったリバービューの部屋からの眺めは、向かいの湘江と橘子洲が見えてとても良かったです。部屋自体も悪くなかったのですが、排水溝が少し詰まっていました。一泊だけだったのでホテルには伝えませんでしたが、チェックアウト後にホテルのサービスマネージャーからフォローアップの謝罪の連絡があり、忘れ物もすぐに郵送してくれました。全体的には満足です。

最初に歩いたときは小さなユースホステルのように感じましたが、中に入るとまだ良い感じでした！サイズ的には、かなりコンパクトでちょうど良いです。本当は2日だけのつもりで乗ったんですが、うっかり1週間になってしまいました…😅もう帰りたくない！比較的シンプルなお部屋ですが、とても住みやすいですよ！一番の理由は、上司がとても優しくて面白くて、話がたくさんあるからです。特におしゃべり、お酒を飲みながらお喋りできる！初めてユースホステルに宿泊しましたが、自由で束縛感がない感じがとても気に入りました！次回機会があれば遊びに来てください！行きましょう…観察を続けて、次の興味深い人生を体験してください…

五つ星ホテルではありませんが、この宿は驚くほど国際色豊かで、あらゆる国からのゲストを歓迎しています。女将さんは割引チケットの購入を手伝ってくれたり、最適なルートを教えてくれました。行き方がわからない場所まで、わざわざ連れて行ってくれたりしました。近くのレストランの中には、この宿と提携しているところもあり、割引を利用できるところもあります。個人旅行者には間違いなく泊まる価値のある宿です。女将さんはとても親切で、洗濯までしてくれました！サービスは最高でした。機会があればまた泊まりたいです。星五つです！（唯一の欠点はエレベーターがないことです。）

Staff was very friendly and helpful, the room is clean. Very near to mrt station directly go down from lift though we prefer getting around with Didi, pretty short distance too to streets. Snacks and amenities is provided. Just one thing to be improve, get a new hook for people to hang our clothes after shower. The initial one was too close and inside shower, not convenient. Other than that is a good place to stay at a reasonable price.

We had a great stay at this hotel — it’s truly a hidden gem in Zhangjiajie. The scenery surrounding the property is absolutely breathtaking. It feels as though you’ve stepped back into ancient China, with magnificent views that create a serene and timeless atmosphere. Our room was clean, cosy, and comfortably warm, making it especially enjoyable despite the cold weather outside. The hotel also provides complimentary transport to the nearest town for dining, which is both thoughtful and convenient. For anyone planning a trip to Zhangjiajie, this boutique hotel is highly recommended for its distinctive charm and truly unique experience.

This hotel was exceptional! The prompt response of the team through trip.com made bookings of amenities easy. The provision of in-room snacks and afternoon tea break was a kind gesture by the hotel for tired and hungry hotel guests who needed a short break from the journey. The tub provided in our room was very nice as well. Breakfast was a unique concept comprising of Changsha’s delicacies. Pity we don’t take stinky tofu so we didn’t try it. Hotel is clean and located in a quiet district. Getting a Didi can be a little hard as there are 2 pickup points (one directly outside the hotel and another just down the stairs in front of the hotel. The provision of self service laundry and laundry detergent is a plus. Hotel provides most if not all amenities required for a trip.

If you’re looking for an English review, here it is! Location: We stayed for 6 nights in the Jade Room, and the location couldn’t be better. The hotel is only a short 3-minute walk from Huangxing Pedestrian Street, tucked inside a small alley off the main road. While taxis can’t drop you right at the entrance, the walk is easy and luggage-friendly. The surroundings are quiet at night but still feel very safe. There’s also a nearby corner shop that holds Taobao parcels, which is super convenient, and the reception staff will guide you if needed. Service: The service was genuinely outstanding and truly made the stay feel like a home away from home. Communication was clear, warm, and responsive from the beginning. We confirmed our booking via WeChat and received prompt replies along with helpful directions and a clear map. We arrived past midnight, but the staff kept in touch and reassured us that someone would meet us on arrival. A friendly young gentleman greeted us with a big smile, brought us to our room, and followed up with the passcodes for Wi-Fi and door access (the lobby area locks after 10pm). Most evenings, they sent a message about homemade desserts available on a first-come-first-serve basis—such a thoughtful touch. They were also extremely helpful when I needed to order food through *******, letting me use the front desk number since I didn’t have a local phone. I was also able to receive Taobao parcels at the hotel, and the staff neatly gathered them for easy pick-up. Truly attentive and heartfelt service throughout. Cleanliness & Room: The room had basic amenities and toiletries, which were sufficient for a comfortable stay. However, we couldn’t find a safe or mini fridge— not a deal breaker, but something to note if you’re expecting those features. The cleaning team was polite and checked in daily to see if we needed housekeeping. Fresh towels and bottled water were consistently provided, which we appreciated. Still, the overall cleaning could have been more thorough. We noticed crumbs and hair on the floor, suggesting that sweeping or vacuuming wasn’t done completely, and there were some shoe marks left in the bathroom. Not major issues, but worth mentioning. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and despite the minor cleanliness concerns, we would happily rebook this accommodation on our next trip to Changsha. _______ 地点（Location）： 我们在翡翠房（Jade Room）住了 6 晚，地点真的非常棒。酒店距离黄兴步行街只有大约 3 分钟的步行路程，藏在主街旁的一条小巷里。虽然出租车不能直接把你送到酒店门口，但小巷平坦好走，拖着行李也完全没有问题。周边环境晚上很安静，但仍然非常安全。附近还有一家包裹代收的小店，可以领取淘宝包裹，非常便利，前台也会指导你如何前往。 服务（Service）： 酒店的服务真的非常贴心，让人有一种“家外之家”的感觉。沟通顺畅、友善且回应快速。我们通过微信确认了预订，酒店很快给了回复，并附上了详细的路线说明和清晰的地图。 我们是在深夜抵达的，但他们一路保持联络，告诉我们随时可以联系工作人员。到达后，一位年轻的小哥满脸笑容地迎接我们，带我们到房间，并马上发送了 Wi-Fi 和门禁的密码（酒店前台与客房通道晚上 10 点后会上锁）。 大多数晚上，他们都会发消息告诉我们当天有自制甜点，数量有限、先到先得——非常温馨的小惊喜。当我需要用**点餐时，他们也非常乐于协助，因为我没有中国手机号，他们让我直接填写前台号码作为联系号码。另外，我也收了不少淘宝包裹，前台都会帮忙整理好，让取件变得更方便。整体服务相当贴心、周到。 房间与清洁（Room & Cleanliness）： 房间提供基本的设施与盥洗用品，住起来还是舒适的。不过，我们没有找到保险箱或小冰箱——不是硬性需求，但如果你特别需要这类设备，建议提前确认。 清洁人员每天都会礼貌询问我们是否需要打扫房间，毛巾和瓶装水也都有每天补充，这点非常不错。然而，整体清洁度可以再更细致一些。我们发现地板上有一些面包屑和头发，似乎没有彻底打扫；浴室地面上也有鞋印。虽然不是严重的问题，但仍值得一提。 整体评价： 整体入住体验非常愉快，即便有些许清洁的小问题，我们仍然非常愿意在下次来长沙时再次入住这里。
