**Absolutely outstanding stay – 5 stars!** We recently spent a few nights in this hotel room and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we walked in, the space felt fresh, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable—plush mattress, high-quality linens, and pillows that made it hard to get up in the morning. The room itself was spacious, bright, and beautifully appointed, with modern furnishings and a stunning view that we couldn’t stop looking at. Everything worked perfectly: strong Wi-Fi, a quiet and efficient air-conditioning system, and a well-stocked minibar. The bathroom was spotless, with excellent water pressure, soft towels, and luxurious toiletries. Housekeeping was attentive yet unobtrusive, and the overall atmosphere felt peaceful and high-end. For the price, the value was exceptional. We left feeling completely relaxed and already planning our next visit. Highly recommend this room—and this hotel—to anyone looking for a truly comfortable and memorable stay.

Literally can’t fault it here at all, above all else the staff are a super friendly super beautiful bunch! Also though the facility is great. It’s HUGE and there is an elevator which I like :)

これは私たちが今まで滞在した中で最悪のヒルトンホテルです。まず良い場所について話しましょう。 1:ホテルは空港に非常に近いです。車で10-15分。街から遠いですが。しかし、食事や必需品の購入には影響しません。ホテルから徒歩約10分のところに総合的なビジネス地区があるからです。多くのレストランや大きなスーパーマーケットがあります。 2:ホテルには独自の専用ビーチ🏖️があるので、安全で静かで便利です。そして、小さなベンダーはほとんどいません。ウォーターアミューズメントプロジェクトもあります。 2階のプールもとても美しいです。 3:ホテルでの朝食はとても豊富です。また、おいしいです。夕食も美味しいです😋今、悪い場所について話しましょう。 1:私たちがホテルに到着したのは月曜日の午後3時30分頃でした。しかし、ドアには荷物を運び、ドアを開けるのを手伝うスタッフがいませんでした。ロビーに入った後、ドアにスタッフが立っていて、荷物を押すための荷物ラックがありました。しかし、助けに来ませんでした。ホテルのフロントデスクのスタッフも冷たく見えました。 2:宿泊フロアに入った後、空気は循環せず、非常に息苦しく、装飾材料の明らかな臭いがします。部屋も同じです。3:ホテルではガラス瓶を提供しています。ボトルを使って水を拾うようにゲストに依頼します。各フロアに飲料水を拾う場所があります。このボトルが清潔で衛生的であることをどのように保証しますか? 4:ホテルの部屋はあまりきれいではありません。私が行ったとき、小さなハンドタオルがありました。後ろにはなくなりました。ホテルの設備にも安全上の危険があります。スツールが壊れて、中の釘が出てきました。幸いなことに、私はそれを見て座りませんでした。5:最も最も少ない良いのはホテルのスタッフのサービス態度であり、一部はより良いです。ほとんどのサービスは良くありません。サービスがないと言えます。 1階の朝食ルームのサービスは少し良いです。 2階の永池食事バーサービスは良くありません👎。ホテル全体のサービスは非常に不満であると言えます。

ホテルの環境は清潔で整頓されていて、場所は旅行にとても便利で、フロントデスクのサービスは暖かくて思いやりがあり、チェックインは速いです。部屋は明るく、寝具は柔らかく快適で、バスアメニティは完備されており、衛生状態は整っています。朝食はバラエティに富んでいて美味しいです。全体的な価格は非常に高く、滞在の経験は非常に満足のいくものです。お勧めです!

It’s right inside the part with incredible view. Staff is helpful and informative. They provide shampoo towels and you can purchase water etc. As they are eco hubs there is no AC and of course you get some critters at night thought to inform people as I had no clue in advance and was caught off guard. Also on the higher rooms WiFi doesn’t work. But if you are prepared for it and going for a vacation and nature retreat and escape it’s perfect. Nice breakfast!

My brother and I had a wonderful time at this hotel! The service was great and the amenities were outstanding. The pool was wonderful and the wristbands they give you made paying for drinks and dinner so easy. Overall it was a great value and we loved every minute we stayed there. One thing to note is that this hotel is in the middle of a jungle, so even with doors and windows closed there were some bugs that managed to get into our bungalow.

The place is amazing, I'm sure I'm gonna return. The pool and beach service was great. I only have a complain in the room service, the towels wasn't change in three days and also no any soap, only in the last day I needed to ask for shower soap and they brought it to my room. Even so, I recommend the place.
