I usually come here with my family and this has been one of the worst experiences EVER!! The guest services at the front desk was very insulting with asking me if the person I came with is a part of my party! When asked for more towels I got the wrong set and also when I went to get it myself there was an extra wait time as none was on property. The bartender had a disgusting attitude I could puke my drink with his non friendliness, definitely will turn guests away. When checking out the way they were going on about their second key I’m like do they really think I would want to keep their second key the other person was on the beach when I was checking out and the way the guy at the front desk made it seem like I would like their key was SUCH a turnoff!!!! I WILLL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. The servers at breakfast and dinner were nice and as always a big shoutout to the lifeguards!! The hospitality never changes when we stay here amongst them! The entire front desk needs to be FIRED and that bartender!

attempted to rip me off to stay during the storm, first, they never returned my messages about getting stuck in Jamaica. so i came the office 2 times with no resolution. So Icall them the night before I check out at 6-7pm, and they say Sorry we can't offer you a room! So I try to leave and fly out, and LONG story short, I come back PRIOR to my check out time 9am - to regroup and find shelter. So they come and say - ok we have a room- I think they will do it at the same or less rate I paid... ohhh no - they tried to charge me 200 American per night!!!!

Even though this place is far out, I like the fact that they provided little signs each distance to let you know you are almost there. The receptionist was excellent. The staff here are very helpful and amazing. They never ever seemed bothered nor unwilling. The food was great. Our room, oh gosh, was very comfortable. What you see on their site is exactly what is there. They also ensure you are provided with fresh towels and bed linens. No one is impeding your space, no noise. Peace and quietness. I'll definitely be returning for a longer stay.

Had a lovely couple of days stay for my birthday. I checked in around 12am and was terrified that my booking would be cancelled, but the front desk was so calm and friendly and checked us in with no issues. The staff were wonderful and friendly. My favourite part is how close the beach is, you step outside of your building, and you’re on the beach. 100% would stay again.

I stayed two nights in the one bedroom apartment. The hotel is quite dated, and apparently shares occupancy with two other hotels so beware of that during booking. Easy beach access, a great gift shop with snacks, souvenirs, etc. The service is kind, friendly, and honest. Would probably stay again in another room type.

Staff were very friendly at the hotel and the rooms were exceptionally clean. The hotel is coneveniently located across from shops and restaurants. The hotel's beach front was also much nicer than neighbording hotels with a good stretch of sand up front.

I enjoyed the location, the customer service was great at the dining area and the front desk. The bedroom was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The veranda area had tables and chairs with Sun lounge with views to the garden and the pool.

best west end spot! huge rooms, amazing rooms, cliff diving in the backyard, green soft grass - huge yard! Groundkeepers and housekeepers were amazing and helpful. This place is truly a hidden gem!
