「The rooms are very comfortable, the receptionist is really welcoming and helpful. I really sleep well. Views from 5th floor is amazing. They told me where to go and how to go when i asked them. Breakfast is good and many choices. Location is very central and can get bus easily to everywhere. Next door is the main bus terminal.」

「My recent stay at Kaunas City Hotel was okay overall, but there were a few noticeable downsides. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful during check-in. However, the biggest issue was the noise insulation between rooms. I could clearly hear conversations, TV sounds, and even footsteps from neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep. While the hotel has some positive aspects, such as free parking in the heart of the Kaunas City, the lack of soundproofing really impacted my experience. If you're a light sleeper, this might not be the best choice. With some improvements in this area, it could be a much better stay. For now, it was just average.」
