ゲゲスト部屋は美しく清潔で、ベッドは快適でした。景色とパノラマの窓が気に入りました。 :) 部屋にコーヒーマシンがあり、無料の美味しいコーヒーをいただけたので、良い気分で朝を迎えることができました。交通量の多い通りに面しているので、日中は車が通り過ぎ、多少の音がしますが、それほど気になりませんでした。スタッフはとても親切で、すぐに対応してくれました。10/10

ゲゲストOverall, the hotel itself was decent. The room, food, and general service were acceptable, and most of the staff were friendly. However, I had a very disappointing experience with the tour desk inside the hotel, especially when it came to payment. On my first day, the tour representative was very friendly, so I decided to book a tour through them. When I paid, the staff member spent quite a while setting up the card terminal and deliberately kept the part showing the exchange rate out of my view. I was never shown the exchange rate clearly, and I was never asked whether I agreed to have the transaction converted into Canadian dollars. I only found out afterward, when I received the transaction notification from my credit card company. The exchange rate they used was extremely poor, and I ended up paying about CAD $30 more than I should have. What bothered me most was that I had no idea this currency conversion was being applied at the time of payment. My understanding is that with Dynamic Currency Conversion, the customer should be clearly shown the exchange rate and final amount and should be given the choice to accept or decline it. That did not happen in my case. I did not go back to argue with them after I discovered it because I did not want this issue to ruin the rest of my vacation. However, after checking online reviews, I also found comments from other guests mentioning similar issues involving exchange rates and deposits. Because of that, I do not believe my experience was simply an innocent misunderstanding. The whole situation felt very misleading. In fact, I had already read some reviews about questionable exchange rates before the trip, so I specifically brought cash to pay the deposit in order to avoid this problem. Unfortunately, I still ended up being charged this way when making the final payment. The tour itself was also not a good fit for us. Almost everyone in the group was local, and the guide mainly spoke Spanish, so if you do not understand Spanish, you may miss a lot of the experience and there were some safety issues too. I also felt the tour was poor value and that several parts of the day seemed focused on encouraging additional spending. The tour was also highly overpriced. To be fair, I would not say the hotel itself is bad. I would still consider staying here again. However, I would strongly recommend being very careful with the tour desk and with any credit card payment. Make sure you can clearly see the currency, exchange rate, and final amount before tapping or inserting your card, and insist on being charged in MXN unless you personally choose otherwise.

SSirary DiwathahunthaWe're so excited to come to PV for the very first time and also first time with the Hyatt Hotel Group as well we might be a little bit have a higher expectation but overall the check in process was smooth and very easy we got the room early upon arrival the reception is very attentive but we will not going to return here again one thing I like to give a credited to this hotel is the location very convenient with almost private beaches stunning view but the service is up and down all the time during our 3 night stay especially the one at the main pool the waiter who walking to ask for a drink he only asked the white people obviously I'm an Asian who sat in the Sun Lounger in between the two white ladies he kept coming back and ask those two lady for any more drinks services but never ask me he treat me like I'm a ghost who never existing there I was so disappointed, The food # the Italian restaurant we try out on the first night was the worse the most terrible horrible extremely ridiculous the test was super nasty we never ever want to go back to that restaurant ever again the pineapple juice taste like water with some of the pineapple scent an orange juice is very fake color is like very light yellow almost like water but it was terrifying # The Sushi restaurant is just on average # The Mexican restaurant although Not so bad at all #The the one that we really love the most is the steakhouse the service excellent the food is the most delicious and the other one is the buffet that we recommend it, The house keeping I have to kept bucking the reception to tell them come and clean my room but they never do we ran out of the toilet pepper they never spare anything in our room unless I have to ask for once you missed the morning cleaning room you will missed it for the whole day they will never return to check to your room ever again, Another downside is the hotel is always under construction and outside by the walkway is very loud at night but not the whole night one thing I really hate about this place they claim they're 5 star hotel but I will give them only 4 or even less All the public restroom throughout the property are very dirty smells so stinky everywhere you're trying to use it's very very ridiculous the hotel itself are dated, Well overall I would say we enjoyed this stays because of the stunning beach view beautiful sunshine everyday again if you ask me would I be back here I would say ”NO”

FFrancisco Javier ~予約したダブルルームは、最初は写真からどれだけ広としているかわかりませんでした。入ってみると、スペースが大きすぎて、住み心地が良く、衛生状態もとてもきれいで、朝食の選択肢もたくさんありました。

郭郭私たちは2泊しました、全体は非常に衛生的で、レストランは美味しく、価格は高くありませんが、選択肢は多くありません。外部環境は大丈夫です。公共エリアには2つのプールとWiFiがありますが、部屋はなく、とてもシンプルです。寝具と基本的なバスルームを除いて、他の設備はありません。もちろん価格はこのパッケージだけなので、ニーズに合わせてお選びください。

HHipptech WirelessHad to stay here by accident due to flight cancellations but my wife & I were very pleased! The place is huge and is perfectly situated right by the airport. They do not provide taxi services to the airport unfortunately, but there are taxis always available to take you there, driver will try to rip you off and charge you $20 USD for not even a 5 minute ride, but locals only pay between $5-$10 USD max; so don’t fall for it. But the hotel was a welcomed surprise for my wife & I. BUY THE BUFFET BREAKFAST ADD-ON! We didn’t we ended up paying $90 for our breakfast Which could’ve been about 40 bucks had we prepaid. Don’t bother buying the alcoholic beverage in a coconut - it’s way overpriced and you get very little alcohol. Definitely take it vantage of the free coupon/services provided at check-in; you get a little coupon book thing that contains free drinks, tequila shots, and passes to the spa, among some other things. Those were added benefits. The room was nice enough, not high-end luxury, but the rest of the hotel was impressive and the massive pool was awesome.

ゲゲスト私は通常否定的なコメントを投稿しませんが、これが他の旅行者が情報に基づいた選択をするのに役立つなら、いくつかお知らせしたいと思いました。まず、オーシャンビューのジュニアスイートを予約しました。部屋はとても素敵で広としています。しかし、私たちの海の景色は実際には電話の棒と電線と路地のクラブの茅葺き屋根のようです。私たちの元の部屋は4階にあり、最初の夜は外の豪雨のために屋根が急に漏れました。それはほとんど掃除され、私たちは朝、部屋を移動する必要があることをフロントデスクに知らせるように言われました。すべてを再梱包する不便さのために、アップグレードされた部屋を与えたと思いました。代わりに、3階のジュニアオーシャンビュースイートをワイヤーと屋上を間近で見ることができます。この部屋にはパティオチェアも1つしかなかったので、パティオに座りたくても一緒にいられなかったでしょう。リゾート自体には素敵な設備があります。

It was really modern , some really lovely paintings in the hallways (always a good sign of a special place to stay) my room had windows , in bathroom and bedroom overlooking sun area. It’s always a nice surprise to find extras ,unexpected facilities.. fridge freezer, coffee maker , iron and mini board .. lights galore, extremely comfy bed. Fan and air conditioning! Only one thing I was a bit saddened about, shower took about 10 mins to run hot , such a terrible waste of water. Really friendly helpful staff.. thank you ., hope I get privilege to stay again☺️

ゲゲスト私たちの部屋はメインロビーのエレベーターから 2 フィートのところでした。アイスクリームショップが 15 フィート離れていたので、ドアの前を歩く人や話し声、子供たちの叫び声が聞こえてきます。タイムシェアのプロモーションに参加するために、すべてのゲストにかけられているプレッシャーの大きさは信じられないほどです。参加すると、通常はそれなりのギフトがもらえます。私たちは食べ物や飲み物に使える 200 ドルのクーポンを受け取ります。ほとんどの場合、クーポンは受け取りたくなかったり、返金規定がないため 50 ドルすべてを一度に使わなければなりませんでした。そのため、30 ドルや 40 ドル使ったら 50 ドルを彼らに渡さなければなりません。食べ物はどれもおいしくありませんでした。プロモーションのタコスディナーは、干し魚、味のない牛肉、パサパサで焼きすぎた鶏肉で、ひどいものでした。クーポンは受け付けてくれませんでした。私は 50 ドルのクーポンをポケットに入れて家に帰りましたが、使えませんでした。フロントデスクのラモンとマーティンは、私が今まで出会った中で最も親切で、温かく、フレンドリーな人たちでした。サーバーや従業員は全員、とても勤勉な人たちです。
