ニュージーランドウェリントン地方で、朝食のあるホテル

This was our third stay at the Copthorne and have always enjoyed it.  Very comfortable and friendly front of house staff. The big let down is mould and dirt on the floor around the outside of the shower wall.

部屋は最高とは言えません（部屋からの眺めは）。ベッドは良かったですが、バスルームは普通でした。ホステルのような雰囲気で、ペンキの匂いがしました。バリ島旅行の後だったので寒かったのですが、エアコンはあまり暖まりませんでした。サービスはとても良く、バー・レストランエリアは魅力的でした。レストランは近くにたくさんあったので利用しませんでした。値段は手頃でした。

Seriously lacking in hospitality. Asked for a latte at 5:57am and was told “ we don’t  open until 6am” No newspapers available. Bellhop service virtually nonexistent. Room service was good. Front desk agent untrained and unsupervised. No greeting upon entering the hotel or restaurant. Great mixologist at the bar.  Kudos to Andreas the only friendly person we met not really sure what his position is there but he was great, helpful and kind to two old ladies with multiple bags.  No hand soap in the bathroom and towels were not changed.  $45.00 per day valet car service seems a bit much given that there really isn’t another option. We stayed in a “superior double double “ Not sure what superior meant. One of the beds was hard up against a wall. Less than a meter between end of beds and desk/tv stand. Entertainment system did not offer any pay as you go options just a bunch of sky. No Netflix type options. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone and most certainly will not be going back!

We needed a place to stay in Wellington for a couple of nights and selected Trinity in a random selection online. Criteria were, reasonably easy to get to by car, reasonable proximity to Te Papa and reasonable price. Trinity covered those bases. Online booking was simple as was check-in. Car parking was in a Wilsons building just across the street, arranged by the hotel. The facilities were up to our expectations. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were all you could wish for. We were away from the hotel all day, so didn't need anything else. We had one evening meal in the restaurant and that was quite adequate in terms of preparation, flavors and portion size. Check-out was straightforward and we were offered storage for our luggage for the day although we didn't need that service. We are well into our 70's but walking to attractions was not an issue. We were more than happy with our stay and in similar circumstances would stay there again.

人を配置した受付が8時から18時まで。それ以外の時間に問合せ等は電話対応。不便である。シャワールームのシャワーを使う時、通常のシャワーヘッドの向きで使用するとトイレ側に水が漏れ出す。ベッドの高さが高すぎる。テレビが満足に見れなかった。リモコンの電池切れか?反応しなかった。

部屋はとても狭く、一人でしか泊まれないような感じです。夫と私にとってはとても混んでいて、荷物はあまりありませんでした。通りに面しているので夜中はとてもうるさく、何よりもエアコンがないことです。幸い夜はそれほど暑くありませんでしたが、そうでなければ不可能でした。その時、ホテルに移動するかどうかも検討しましたが、一泊だけだったので考えました。ドアを開けるとベッドがあります。サービスはかなり良いですが、新婚旅行などのスタジオとしては決して良くありません。

QTホテルとしても知られるこの美術館風のホテルは、館内、特に公共エリアに現代アートをふんだんに取り入れ、独特で芸術的な雰囲気を醸し出しています。ホテルのバーとレストランは洗練された雰囲気で、フロントデスクは24時間対応です。サービスアパートメントホテルのため、客室にはキッチン設備と洗濯機・乾燥機が完備されています。ホテルのすぐ外には大型スーパーマーケット「ニューワールド」があり、食料品の調達や自炊にも便利です。全体的に見て、非常に快適なホテルです。湾岸に位置し、市内中心部からわずか500～800メートルです。桟橋沿いにはフードコートを含む多くのレストランがあり、特に南極ガニを専門とするシーフードレストランは絶品です。

ホテルの壁はとても薄く、隣の部屋の話し声がすべて聞こえます。他の人の邪魔になるのではないかと心配して、笑ったり自由に話したりすることはほとんどありませんでした。アメニティは全体的に古く（そろそろ交換を検討した方がいいかもしれません）、シャワーも良くありません。このホテルがアコーグループの一部であることに驚きました。時々アコーグループに泊まるのが好きな顧客としては本当に心配です。ビュッフェ式朝食はかなり残念ですが（支払った金額に見合っているように思えたので選択肢に文句を言っているわけではありません）、2日前にそこにあったような味の冷たいハム？せめて新鮮なハムを食べる権利があったと思います…また、朝食のケチャップやマスタードなどの調味料はどうですか？ほとんどが空で、とても汚く見えます（フードコートよりも最悪です）。その一方で、スタッフはフレンドリーできちんと仕事をしてくれます。

特に良い、上司も良いです、多くの助けを与えました。ホテルは清潔で戦略的に位置しています。ドアには、KFCとマクドナルド、および大型スーパーマーケットがあります。とても便利です。

一見すると、ホテルは山間の街にあるように見えた。タクシーはホテルのロビーにつながる入り口で止まったが、実際は7階だった。チェックイン後、エレベーターで1階に降りると、賑やかな大通りに出ることができ、近くには美味しい中華料理店が何軒も並んでいた。部屋はそれほど広くはなかったが、小さな四角いテーブルと椅子2脚、そして電子レンジが備え付けられていて便利だった。
