The hotel was exceptionally beautiful, clean, and modern. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was spotless, bright, and wonderfully quiet. The breakfast was outstanding!! Since we stayed over Christmas, they offered a buffet instead of à la carte, but the food was of high quality with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The location was excellent—very central, just a 3-minute walk from the central station and with a tram station conveniently located right across the street. We would definitely book the hotel again if we plan to visit Szczecin again!

車でのみ行くことができます。受付係は最初から暖かくプロフェッショナルな態度でとても良い印象を与えました。ホテルは新しく(匂いがする)、ロシタンを使用したアメニティです。 シャワールームのデザインは実用的ではなく、慎重にシャワーを浴びることさえ容易にトイレを浸水させます。レストランのスタッフはプロフェッショナルではなく、ビュッフェバーはゲストにビュッフェが閉鎖されることを知らせずに午後19時にクリアされます。一部のゲストでさえまだ食事をしています(ピークシーズンではなく、ゲストも少ないことがわかりますが、すべての食べ物は午後19時20分前にクリアされます) 全体的に快適な滞在です。 小さな子供がいる家族にも適しています。

Comfortable rooms, friendly hard working staff. Hotel is very convienient inside, free u limited water provided, close to the city attractions

Die Zimmer sind gross, die Betten bequem. Das Frühstück ist okay. Kann nur weiter empfehlen

Zum Anfang war es Personal sehr freundlich an der Rezeption. Wir hatten dann eine Beschwerde weil einer hochzeitsfeier zwei Zimmer neben uns war und es wirklich extrem laut war da wurde uns gesagt dass dies bis 4 Uhr morgens geht. Ich fragte wegen einem neuen Zimmer und das der Krach und die lauter Musik unerträglich ist da wo du gesagt nein es gibt kein anderes Zimmer! Ich habe dann bei trip.com angerufen und habe mich beschwert diese haben dann im Hotel angerufen und uns hat ganz unfreundlich eine Dame der Rezeption angerufen auf dem Zimmer und gesagt wir sollen beide andere Zimmer los los... Im Endeffekt ist der Kunde da wirklich nur eine Wanze.. Mitarbeiter meist nur Handy in der Hand . Eine Frage hat und sie das Handy wegpacken müssen ziehen Sie sofort eine Fresse . Im Grunde nach war das Hotel sauber aber Personal war unfreundlich auch im Restaurant....

Wszystko w jak najlepszym porządku. Rewelacja Spa na 14 piętrze, zwłaszcza przy zachodzie słońca w jacuzzi. Pokoje z gustem urządzone, czysto, materace b. wygodne. Śniadanie b. dobre Pewne niedociągnięcia były ale to są błahostki typu, że po wymeldowaniu otrzymaliśmy kartę wyjazdową z parkingu podziemnego i karta nie obsługiwała drzwi między hotelem a parkingiem podziemnym. Musieliśmy czekać aż ktoś będzie wychodził z parkingu do hotelu. Nie chciało nam się wracać do recepcji i wyjaśniać sprawy. Czekaliśmy dosłownie minutę i był ktoś wychodzący z parkingu do hotelu.

There is a private resident that makes tremendous noise during the day and there is nothing much that can be done about it. Front reception staff are highly competent and quite friendly. Gym is through McFit so considerably better than most hotel gyms.
