ホテルの場所は完璧で、上品なエリアにあり、海に非常に近く、滞在を楽しく便利にしました。 しかし、改善できる不便がいくつかありました。部屋の掃除が完全に一貫しておらず、ティーバッグ、石鹸、シャンプーなどの基本的なアイテムが不足していたため、ほとんどすべてを頼まなければなりませんでした。また、部屋のドアカードは何度か機能を停止し、それを再活性化するために何度も受付に戻って行かなければなりませんでした。 もう1つのポイントは、エアコンはレセプションによって制御されているように見えます。 全体的に、滞在は大丈夫で、場所は素晴らしいです。これらの詳細とゲストの快適さにもっと注意を払うと、経験ははるかに楽しいでしょう。

I had an amazing stay at Tryp by Wyndham Izmit! Everything from the location, cleanliness, service, to the facilities was excellent. The room was clean and cozy, and the staff were friendly and professional. We especially enjoyed the pool and gym—perfect for relaxing after a long day. I stayed here with friends, and we all had a great time. This hotel truly made our trip unforgettable. I would definitely come back again if I visit this area in the future!

We had a wonderful time here. It is a cozy, quiet, and peaceful boutique place—exactly the kind of calm getaway we love and value so much. The garden is charming, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff is incredibly polite and friendly. We travel with our pet, a Weimaraner dog, and were very warmly welcomed at the hotel. Everything we needed was provided, and our room was cozy. It is a perfect place for a quiet, relaxing holiday.

I recommend it when you stay in Izmit. Its excellent location in Symbol Mall added great value to it. I enjoyed staying there and my stay was with breakfast.

Excellent service, especially the one on the day we check out on 2/6/25 When we ask about the train station service and help us to call a taxi there, she did us even more to check out any vacancy on the train and help us to book the ticket. Sorry that I hadn’t ask for her name. Also the room equipped with washer which is a surprise. Big room size and well equipped. Highly recommended.

It was an amazing stay in such place the place is so quiet and perfect for families and couples, the room are big and comfortable, the reception guy ahmad was vey friendly, I really advise anyone who want to stay away from crowded areas, go to kartepe panorama, also it was very close to telefric.

Just spent a night worth of several..Honestly speaking the hotel is well maintained. I was here before 3 years and everything is superb

シャワーの蛇口が壊れ、シャワートレイの水が排水されません。 2日目に部屋を変えなければなりませんでした。新しい部屋のバスルームのドアは閉まらなかったので、ネジが緩んでいたので、ブラケットを自分で調整しなければなりませんでした。シャワートレイのドアの1つが新しい部屋に欠けていました🤔。

Wifi coverage. bad signal dropping out regularly, also having problem with wifi password log in. As it is now winter time, air con only provide heating. Room feel warm and stuffy, room lighting is also minimal with only three lamp shade and look dark.
