Great staff, hotel needs work. Haft of the plugs in the room didn't work. A/c wasn't that cold, shower handle was loss needed to play with the handle to adjust the temperature. Bathroom dirty, ceiling in room had a stain from previous water leak.

Gerry made us feel welcome the moment we walked up to the desk his positive attitude smile, and kindness was exceptional. Often, sadly front desk employees can be less than chipper. That was certainly not the case with  Gerry!  We laughed and told stories and honestly  I wanted to hang with him at the desk and chat. He is one fine employee.  I hope you can keep him!  We will be back!

That’s exactly how we felt when we arrived at this cute little hotel in Portsmouth! ❤️ With its white balconies, classic New England architecture and charming entrance, it had that quintessential small-town American feel we absolutely loved. Naturally, we had to stop for a few photos! 😂📸 Now, don’t expect a luxury resort or fancy amenities. It’s a fairly simple hotel, but that’s part of its charm! It has what you need for a comfortable overnight stay, especially if you’re spending most of your time out exploring. Would I recommend it? Definitely — particularly for one or two nights while passing through on a New England road trip. 🚗🍂 It’s a convenient base for discovering Portsmouth’s beautiful historic streets, waterfront and gardens before continuing your adventure. Sometimes you don’t need anything extravagant, just a comfortable place to sleep, a little character and a good location. 職人での滞在は素晴らしかった。部屋はきれいで、スタッフはフレンドリーで、仕事に誇りを持って働いていました。暖炉のあるロビーは素晴らしかった。素晴らしいディナーのためにホテルのロビーからトスカーナグリルに直接歩いて行くという楽しさが大好きでした。翌朝(ロビーもオフ)朝食も楽しんだ。私たちは店を歩き回り、トスカーナマーケットでランチに新鮮なサンドイッチを食べるのが大好きでした。 私たちを驚かせたのは、部屋にたくさんの騒音があるということだけでした。ホールでみんなが話しているのを聞いたが、最も面倒なのは金曜日の夜だった。5階のクラブにDJがいたかもしれないと思う(私たちは3階にいた)。私たちは疲れていたので、早朝と呼んで、長い一日の旅行の後、部屋でリラックスしてテレビを見ることにしました。外からの音楽で自分の部屋でテレビを聞くことができませんでした!公平に言えば、音楽は10時までに止まったと思いますが、疲れたときはたくさんありました(特に500/night近く)。これは土曜日に問題ではありませんでした。 私たちは間違いなくその地域にいるときに戻ってきます。

El ascensor no funcionaba y al estar en piso superior tuvimos que cargar las maletas. Por lo demas, todo bien.

Everything was good except for sleeping overnight. The thermostat cooled the room down but did not take out any of the humidity in the room. My body was very sticky all night and I couldn’t wait to get into the shower in the morning. The towels in the bathroom never dried either.
