ザンビアルサカで、朝食のあるホテル

I usually have a good time at the resort and stayed a couple of times. This time from the start, there were a few things: I had asked reception because we were going early, to have the breakfast boxes for the kids early to take at 5:30. When we got to the restaurant in the evening it took a while to be served. When we got the kids in the shower, there were no towels and when we phoned it took a while. We also phoned to ask for normal milk as my child can’t have creomora and they said they would bring but never did. Then our taxi driver let us down so I called reception to book an airport shuttle in the morning and she said she would call back but never did. Eventually after I called back, they got back to me with results. Didn’t tell me the price though. When we checked out at 5:30, they didn’t have the breakfast boxes. And told us our taxi was K400 per head! So all in all, wasn’t a great one.

Hotel and location is perfect and central to everything. Room service for repairs is very slow to come out to check. Food was good but lacked variety during dinner and menu options could do with an improvement. Indian food was passable could do with a flavour balance. Overall great stay

このホテルのサービスは素晴らしく、誰もが毎日とても歓迎してくれました。朝食はとても良かったし、2週間ここに滞在した人として、毎日十分な多様性があり、最後まで退屈しませんでした。ハウスキーピングは素晴らしく、十分な設備が整っていました。部屋は広として快適でした。このホテルの唯一の欠点は、CBDの場所であり、安全なエリアではなく、特にラッシュアワーではほぼ毎日混雑しています。ただ、ホテル自体はとても安全で、建物の中にいると何かの害が来るのではないかと心配していなかったという点で、とても安全です。さらに、WiFiに問題があることが多いのですが、残念ながらザンビアのほとんどの地域ではそうであり、接続は通常ビデオ通話を行うのに十分安定していました。

The hotel is far from the city center and taxi only take cash. The hotel owner makes the employees work 12 hours per day 365 days a year with no day off no extra pay for working long hours if they take a day off they cut 2 days pay to punish them for taking a day off. Is this the modern day slavery? Bud employee treatment I will never go back to this hotel

このホテルの最大の魅力は、その立地です。文字通り国会議事堂のフェンスのすぐ裏手にあります。そのため、比較的静かで、夜は静かで、24時間体制のセキュリティが確保されています。広々とした緑豊かなプールエリアは、朝食をとったり、仕事をしたり、あるいはただ何もせずに過ごしたりするのにロマンチックな空間です。客室は特に素晴らしいわけではありませんが、現代社会に必要なものはすべて揃っています。ただし、アメニティはありません。バスルームには、2ロールのペーパーが置いてあるだけで、装飾としては十分です。冷蔵庫、テレビ、ワードローブ、テーブル、ベッドサイドテーブルは揃っています。定期的な停電、水道、インターネット（通常は短時間）を気にしないのであれば、ぜひ快適に過ごしてください。アフリカはまさにそのためにあるのです。

内装は少し古いですが、環境は良くて安全です。とはいえ、値段は手頃です。中華料理は美味しく、特に朝食は豆乳、揚げパン、茶葉*、ライスヌードル、ワンタンなど、中華料理の定番メニューが揃っていて、まさに本格的な中華料理を堪能できます。

I had a very good stay at this hotel during my recent trip to Lusaka. It is particularly well-suited for Chinese visitors, as many of the facilities and written instructions are provided in both Chinese and English, which makes navigating the hotel very convenient. The service throughout my stay was excellent. I would especially like to recognize Grace, who has been an outstanding receptionist and hotellier, always professional, welcoming, and attentive. Her warm assistance truly elevated the experience. The room was clean, well-kept, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a busy day. Overall, this is a great option to consider for an international business trip, offering good service and facilities at a very reasonable price point.

트윈룸예약했는데 예약할때본 사진과는 다른룸을 받았습니다 근무하는 직원들과 로지의 오너는 친절하였지만 침대옆이나 주변에 콘센트가 없어서 화장실 입구의 하나뿐인 콘센트를 사용해야했고 에어콘, 냉장고가 있었지만 작동하지는 않았습니다 그래서 더운데 멀리있는 콘센트에 선풍기 틀고자야만했습니다 그리고 조식포함이고 룸서비스로 해준다고해 기대했는데, 9시에 가져다주는 조식이 블랙티하나에 쨈이나 버터하나 안바른 마른빵안에 후라이드에 한조각이 다였습니다ㅋㅋ

設施：都很新，有牙刷牙膏，有拖鞋，沒有吹風機。有熱水壺，但是壞了，打電話給前台換了個好的。 衞生：房間打掃的很乾凈。免費水是瓶子灌裝的。打掃衞生後會忘記放水。 環境：周邊有中餐館，有中國超市。 服務：服務沒有很突出，也不差。
