フロントデスクとレストランの間の調整がありませんでした（レストランのスタッフが知らないうちに夕食の代金を支払ったため、夕食は不快になりました。

OO.N.AThe Westin, Cape Town, is an old hotel, but it continues to maintain its presence, quality, and some high standard in Cape Town. We stayed here for 8 days, during a friend's 60th birthday celebration event in Cape Town.
We occupied an executive room and were also given access to the executive club on the 19th floor. The room was very nice, with good linen, bed of high standard. That said, we had to lodge a complaint on the hurried nature of how our room was cleaned on our second day of stay. The bed was not made properly, the carpet floor wasn't clean, and the bathroom was half cleaned. It's not good for a 5-star hotel. After complaining, the housekeeper made amends, and the cleaning standard was raised to the highest standard for the duration of our stay.
We also ordered food from room service and half of what we ordered were not brought - they gave us something else, but after waiting for 45 mins for the original order to be brought to us we reluctabtly accepted the wrong order, ate the food and then lodged our complaints later.
The breakfast buffet was alright, but there weren't great selections of cold meats in the cold meat section. They really need to improve on this.
Lastly, the overall service delivery by some of the staff really need serious improvement. Some of the staff in the restaurant are way too loud when talking to each other, and some of them even give out bad unwelcoming and nonchalant attitude/vibe to their customers. It is like they feel that they're doing us, their clients, a favour by serving us. Not good enough for a hotel of this standard, abd some of those staff need to be retrained.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at The Westin and we will definitely come back there when next we visit Cape Town.

匿匿名ユーザーRoom: spacious, clean and comfortable. Our room was on the highest floor and it was quiet. If you’re traveling with an elderly, just be cautious as the shower floor is extremely slippery. One downside is that water pressure and temperature is not very stable.
Location: situated in the heart of CBD, it’s a fairly safe area. Parking available for hotel guests and shuttle available to V&A Waterfront
Staff: Front desk and lobby staff are friendly and welcoming. Security at the hotel and parking were also very friendly and helpful. Most staff at the restaurant were not as friendly (most but still a few staff was friendly and helpful and provided great service)
Staff often forget guests’ drink orders as 2 days in a row, we did not get our tea during breakfast. I also ordered a cappuccino while waiting in front or the coffee machine however I was forgotten as well. I was better off making my own coffee.
Breakfast: They served standard American style breakfast with selection of fruits, pastries and salads. Their hashbrowns were my favourites! If only the food can be a little different everyday, we stayed there for 4 days and had the same food everyday.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay room but restaurant staffs’ service and attitude can be improved.

PPaulineEverything was literally perfect except for the flies and a few knats flying around the food. Which tells me that the kitchen needs to become cleaner.  The bathtub rim and toilet rim could use a little more scrubbing, but other than that everything was lovely.

南アフリカのワインがフルボードの経験に含まれているのが大好きで、ブルーツ、ロゼ、さらにはピノテージを試飲できます。
私たちはいつものように夜の星空を眺めました。今回は南半球と北半球の両方を見ることができます。

NNEIL-DEVONThis stay was absolutely magnificent from arrival to departure, upgraded as we arrived at the hotel. The staff, incredible! Always doing more than asked, going out of their way to assist in making plans, arranging transport or just providing extra information.
Shout out to Claudia, who was patient and articulate. She stopped her work in order to attend to me at all times.
Shout out to Dewald, humorous, witty and exquisitely piquant. Always up for a conversation amd willing to make anything amd everything more convenient for the guests.
Rennia and Alice, ebullient and light-hearted, i felt the care and meticulous nature of their work through all they did, and the smiles they provided, thank you!
The entire staff, quite warm and accommodating! Clean room, aesthetically modern and quaint.

ゲゲストホテルの朝食はとても良かった。眺めは畏敬の念を起こさせてくれました。部屋には素晴らしいコーヒーがありました。スタッフはとても親切でフレンドリーでした。ブラウンアイドマネージャーは私の祖母に本当に辛抱強く、本当にプロフェッショナルでした。夜中に発電機がオンになり、グランが暗闇の中でバスルームに行けなかったので、ロードシェディングは少し問題でした。バスルームの換気は少し問題があり、部屋のエアコンは機能しませんでした。価格については、それは合理的だったと言いますが、階段の小さなヘルパーライトの点で改善することができます。スイミングプールは加熱され、見ることのできる畏敬の念を起こさせる星を見渡せます。全体的に私は間違いなくこのホテルをお勧めします。

Apart from the obvious draw of the fantastic golf course onsite the hotel and spa are a real treasure. Breakfast is to a very high standard. Rooms are spacious but the real bonus is the spa and facilities. Unlike other hotels on the garden route with high costs and limited availability the range of treatments on offer is excellent, staff work hard to fit you in and they are very reasonably priced too.
Reception staff are very helpful and ensure you are aware of all the local walks and things to do.
I’d definitely stay again…. We are already staying longer than originally planned.
