イギリスカンブリアで、ジムのあるホテル

I'm originally from Kendal, but now live overseas. I stayed here to visit family locally and thought I'd treat myself to a nice hotel after not being back for several years. This place was NOT a treat. On checking in, the reception staff member asked me to pay for my stay (obviously I'd already prepaid on trip.com). When I pointed this out, she became quite rude. We were put in the room right next to the office, and we could hear the staff chatting at all hours. The noise in the corridor from other guests woke us up several times during the night (despite the ”Quiet” signage). There was a fire alarm at 6am the next morning. Everyone had to evacuate for a good 45 mins in the rain while we waited for the fire brigade...not even an offer of a free breakfast or coffee or anything afterwards. There's no air con in the rooms, they're really small, the bathroom is tiny and there's not a lot of room to put your stuff. The à la carte restaurant is overpriced and the food was under/overcooked (how can you not know how to cook a potato?). Personally I'd not recommend this hotel when there's a Premier Inn in town...

素晴らしい場所で、立地も最高でした。バーやレストラン、お店など、たくさんの施設がすぐ近くにあります。 スタッフの方々は素晴らしく、とても親切でした。まるで自宅にいるようにくつろげました。部屋は広々としていて、庭園の素晴らしい景色が見えました。 朝食は絶品で、とても美味しかったです。ぜひおすすめします。 また必ず利用したいと思います。

湖のエリアには多くの美しいホームステイがあり、このホテルもそのうちの1つです。部屋には綿棒と綿片、宝石ガラスボックスもあります～朝食は前日に注文されます。ホテルのオーナーは個人的に料理をします。絶妙で豊かな～ 唯一の欠点は、私たちが泊まった2日間は少し暑かったこと、エアコンがなかったこと、そしておそらくファンがあったことですが、私たちはそれを見つけませんでした...

Ctripでこの宿を選びました。部屋は広くはありませんでしたが、居心地が良く清潔でした。朝食はボリュームたっぷりで美味しかったです。駅と湖水地方から徒歩15分です。すぐ目の前に555番または599番のバス停があり、様々な小さな町や観光スポットへ行けます。料金はそれぞれ3ポンドですが、往復のルートが異なります。帰りはウィンダミア駅で降りなければなりませんでした。ホテルに近づくためにもう1つ長い停留所に乗りたかったのですが、行き先が分からず途中で降りてしまい、Uberでホテルに戻りました。599番の2階建てバスの2階席は開放感があり、風を感じながら美しい景色を眺めることができます。【楽しかった】

Overall, the hotel’s cleanliness was excellent; however, the service was disappointing—starting at the reception, where staff made promises they failed to keep and evaded their responsibilities. I had handed over clothes for dry cleaning, but they were returned having undergone standard washing instead. Furthermore, the clothes were not clean, and an expensive shirt was ruined. The staff refused to take responsibility, claiming I had not specified dry cleaning—which was untrue—though I was eventually paid £100 in compensation. That was my experience during my stay.

Upon arrival there was nobody at the front desk so I waited. The woman I was somewhat greated by was far from pleasant and didn’t seem like she wanted to be there at all. Nothing was explained and no information leaflet for me to read through in my own time. When given my room key I started walking through the lobby but couldn’t see any signs for my room number. Went back to the desk to ask where to go for my room and was told ‘just follow it round’. Very unhelpful and unwelcoming, not sure this lady should be at the face of the hotel. Plus side, room was beautiful and well kept/clean. I was also lake side so got to watch the sunrise with my morning cuppa. Very refreshing views.

Covidの各ロックダウンの後、再び開いたばかりで、常に楽しんでいた数回、素晴らしい歓迎を受け、部屋はきれいだった数回もここに滞在しました。 部屋、レセプション、廊下の金と赤の装飾のファンではないので、誰もが完璧とは言いません。しかし、それはぼろぼろではなく、ただの古風です。 バスルームはモダンで、バーやレストランはクリームとブルーの超モダンなカラースキームではなく、建物のスタイルに適しています。 スパ、ジム、プールを期待しないでください。ルームサービスやカクテルを期待しないでください。 しかし、あなたはいつも暖かくフレンドリーな歓迎とサービスを受けます。 設定はビートとトラックから離れていますが、この宝石を見つける価値があります。森の脇には、滝や岩を流れる小川があります。 一部の人が不平を言ったベジソーセージはありませんが、食べ物は朝食に良いですが、食べ物は夕方に良い値です。ベジオプションを含む4つのスターター4つのメインと4つのパッドの限られた選択です。メインと野菜の負荷のためのヨークシャー部分。 バーの価格はパブの価格よりも高いですが、ホテルにとってそれほど悪くはありません。

這家酒店位於温德米爾湖區的小坡坡上。院落很有情調，房間很大，設施也很好。服務態度也很好早餐味道不錯。很喜歡這家酒店，值得入住，價格在酒店中還算合理

Having stayed at this hotel twice before was a little dissapointed this time. No lift and allocated an upstairs room. Shower temperature control hit and miss. A lot of noise from the room next door. Food menu a bit limited and quite expensive. Not happy to be told we couldnt order food for 20 minutes one nigjht as residents. Will probably try domrwhere else next time.
