Continental Comfort in Budapest 🏩
For €260 a night 💶, the “junior suite” delivers big on comfort — a bed you’ll melt into 🛏️, pillows with personality, and a breakfast omelette 🍳 that could win awards. The staff are genuinely lovely 😊, and the building itself has a historic glass dome that makes you stop and stare.
Not everything hit the mark — the “wellness centre” (a sauna that’s more lukewarm hug than steamy escape 🧖♂️) and toiletries that smell like disappointment. Luxury touches didn’t quite sparkle, yet the space was clean, practical, and restful 😌.

The front of house were great.
The cleaning and housekeeping service needs work. They do not have a do not disturb sign, so we had house keeping knocking on our door at 9am after a big night out in Budapest.
Then when the rude housekeeper arrived, he dint touch the bed. Just changed the towels and did the bare minimum.
Won’t be back based off of this experience.
ゲゲストFor the price I paid, I expected better. The facilities felt standard and the island itself offered nothing special for me. The facial was just okay, though I did have good experiences with the massage and mud wrap services. Breakfast looked fantastic, but unfortunately the taste didn’t live up to the presentation.
During my trip, I stayed at four different hotels across Budapest. This was the most expensive, yet it’s the one I would rate the lowest.
