スタッフはとてもフレンドリーです。英語が話せます。部屋は清潔で素敵です。食事は種類は多くありませんが、朝食としては十分です。ただ、メインの入り口があまり目立たず、外にタクシーがたくさん駐車されています。全体的には良いです。

The room was clean neat and well equipped with all required amenities. Room service was fast and excellent regardless of the time of request. Location is about 10 to 15 mins away from international airport. There's street shopping area in a walking distance from the hotel, taxi and 🛺 are easily available outside 🏨 or you can book via uber.

This hotel is very close to the airport. Everything about the room was beautiful. I really loved my stay there and the staffs were so nice. If you have early flight to catch up, you should stay in here ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

5 つ星の設備とサービスを備えた 3 つ星ホテル。ホテルに入った瞬間から、レセプション エリアは 4 つ星から 5 つ星のホテルのように豪華で、レセプションでは時間を過ごすための着席エリアやアクティビティも豊富に用意されていました。レストランの食事もおいしく、注文した料理はどれも量が多く、値段も手頃でした。

I had an absolutely amazing stay! Everything from the hospitality to the cleanliness and ambiance exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel right at home.
What truly made the experience unforgettable was the thoughtful complimentary arrangement they made for a birthday celebration. From the beautiful decorations to the surprise cake, every detail was taken care of with such care and effort. It added such a personal and memorable touch to our trip.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect getaway with exceptional service and thoughtful gestures. Would definitely love to come back again!

YYogesh Kalia場所は良いです、スタッフはとてもとても良いです、とても印象的です、プロパティは平均的です、部屋は小さく、ホテルと呼ばれるインフラストラクチャは限られています。小さなPGのようなものです。アクセスカードには毎日問題があります。

Nestled in the picturesque hills of Lonavala, the resort's location is one of its standout features. Surrounded by lush greenery and serene views, Fariyas offers a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Its proximity to key attractions like Tiger’s Leap and Bushi Dam makes it an excellent base for exploring Lonavala.
The resort is well-known for its impressive range of amenities, and they certainly lived up to the expectations. The highlight for us was the pool and water park area, which is perfect for families and solo travelers alike. The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing dip amidst the scenic surroundings. The water park, complete with slides and splash zones, added an element of fun and adventure to our stay. It was wonderful to see both kids and adults enjoying themselves in this thoughtfully designed space.
Dining at Fariyas is another aspect worth praising. The buffet spread for both lunch and breakfast was extensive and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. Lunch offered a more elaborate spread with live counters and delectable desserts, ensuring that every meal was a feast. The attentive staff at the restaurant further enhanced the dining experience with their courteous service.
The bar at the resort is a cozy and inviting space, perfect for relaxing with a drink after a day of exploring. The well-curated menu of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, ensured there was something for everyone. The bartender’s recommendations were spot-on, and the ambiance added to the charm of the evening.
A special mention must be made of the resort's Christmas décor, which was absolutely delightful. From twinkling lights to thoughtfully arranged festive displays, the entire property exuded holiday cheer. The Christmas tree in the lobby was a particular highlight, and the effort to create a warm, festive atmosphere did not go unnoticed. It truly added a magical touch to our stay, making it all the more memorable.
Overall, Fariyas Resort seamlessly blends luxury and comfort with its stunning location, exceptional amenities, and attentive service. Whether you’re looking for a family vacation, a romantic retreat, or a solo getaway, this resort has something for everyone. ロケーション、設備、サービスどれを取っても最高なホテルでした。 スタッフから積極的に挨拶もしてくれたり、ムンバイ一のホテルだろ改めて実感しました。 ホテルは宿泊客以外も入れるのでかなり混雑しているのが残念ですが、夜中や早朝は宿泊客だけなので快適です。

ゲゲストThe warm welcome at reception set a positive first impression, with staff making us feel genuinely welcomed upon arrival. However, this initial experience was somewhat overshadowed by the hotel's apparent need for modernization across multiple areas.
The room, while functional, showed clear signs of aging. This was particularly noticeable in the bathroom, where the bathtub's worn condition affected both its appearance and cleanliness. While not unsanitary, the dated fixtures definitely impacted the overall comfort and luxury feel one expects from a hotel stay.
The facilities left much to be desired. The gym, though available, is undersized and features outdated equipment. As for dining options, the Latitude restaurant offers a buffet service, though at 4000 RNI for two people, it feels overpriced for the overall experience.
Our stay was significantly impacted by noise from a birthday celebration that continued until 10 PM. While understanding that hotels host events, better sound insulation or event management would have been appreciated to maintain guest comfort.
