The appearance of the hotel was very good. The reception area was very clean and quiet. Each floor had an automatic air freshener which meant that the hotel smelt very good. The hotel room had a lovely big bed which was very comfortable. There was a fridge and kettle in the room. The hotel was a twenty minute bus ride from the center of Genoa and once we had downloaded the app it was very easy to buy tickets. The number 1 bus is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel and the bus is every 11 minutes. We discovered a lovely area to eat on the day we left. Leave the hotel and turn right. At the traffic lights turn right . After about three minutes you will find a shopping area with restaurants. We were short of time so went to Tumbler. The staff were very friendly and we had lovely panini. On the negative side, we were woken at 6am with a male shouting very loudly in his room. Later that day, the man was shouting again. I went outside our room and the man was shouting very loudly at a lady in his room. There was a very clear domestic abuse situation with the man hitting the woman which I tried to stop and also contacted reception. Reception asked the lady if there was any problem and she said no so the receptionist left. I said to the receptionist that the man was being violent towards the woman and she said there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could put security on the floor in case anything further happened and she said no. I felt the receptionist could have done a lot more in this situation. I imagine that these situations do occur from time to time so the hotel should give staff guidance on the steps to take to safeguard clients. I felt that the staff at the hotel were not very welcoming. I saw at least four receptionist and not one of them smiled or looked happy to be working. Any time I approached them for information they gave the information but without smiling and were very unenthusiastic.. I would stay at the hotel again as it is convenient for the airport and quieter than staying in the centre. It is also very clean and I got a good night's sleep. Be aware, we booked a taxi from the airport which is 1.1 km away and we're charged 18,50 euros.

I stayed at the Best Western Hotel Nazionale in Sanremo and could not have wished for a better experience. The location is simply perfect: right on Corso Matteotti, just steps away from the famous Teatro Ariston and the sea. The property is elegant and well-maintained in every detail. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered the comfort you would expect from a true 4-star hotel. Breakfast, served on the top floor with a spectacular view of the sea and city center, was one of the highlights of my stay: fresh products, a wide selection, and impeccable service. A special thank you to the entire staff, who were exceptionally kind and professional—always ready to fulfill every request with a smile. A particular mention to the reception team, quick and extremely helpful with information and recommendations about the city. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience Sanremo at its best: unbeatable location, excellent comfort, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home. I will definitely be back!

部屋は充分なスペースもあり ベットしたに鍵付きの荷物入れもあります シャワールームも綺麗な方だと思います 共用キッチンはフリーの食べ物が提供されており かなり充実しています ただ、一部のマナーの悪い宿泊者がいるのも事実です 使用した皿や鍋、フライパンを洗わずに放置したり 他人の食べ物や牛乳をラベルが貼られているにも関わらず 勝手に飲食したりするヤツもいます。

Очень удобно с точки зрения расположения. Вокзал буквально в паре минут от отеля. Тут же остановка, с которой за 15 минут едет автобус до аэропорта. Номер удивил оригинальностью оформления. Всё понравилось, удачный выбор отеля.

Camera molto spaziosa, pulita e minimal. Bagno molto elegante, con lavandino che ho trovato un pò scomodo. Purtroppo all’interno della camera non era presente il phon (probabilmente rubato da qualcuno in precedenza), fatto che ho segnalato in reception. Colazione molto buona e con ampia scelta. Parcheggio un po scomodo (poco spazio tra i vari stalli) anche per il fatto di dover passare ogni volta in reception per validare il biglietto. Personale cordiale, gentile e disponibile.

Hotel che si merita tutte le sue 4 stelle! Personale cortese e disponibile. Ti parcheggiano l'auto e ti portano il bagaglio in camera. Noi avevamo la suite, bella, spaziosa e con una vista meravigliosa.non abbiamo utilizzato la spa ma è presente. Il ristorante è un buon motivo per tornare, tutto veramente buono e con un ottimo servizio. Vale la pena tornare!!

The good hotel , location near airport.it’s a comfortable if you not planning to stay more then two nights…it’s hotel in good condition but old…. It’s feel everywhere!

Hotel is in an excellent location. Booked a room with a balcony, so worth the extra fee. Try to reserve a higher floor, as some traffic from the small roads around but not excessive. Wonderful breakfast, lots of choice. Continually replenished. No kettle in the room, but reception when asked provided one for us. Nice to have a cuppa on the balcony before going out. Loots of local restaurants , il Patio was lovely. Also there is a bar up on side of cliff harbour which has seating outside overlooking the bay, fantastic views at dust with a nice glass of wine. Sea front only 3 min walk from the hotel, you can catch the boat to Portofino which is a lovely way to experience Portofino.

海岸沿いを散歩するのが好きな方には最高のロケーションです。静かで外の騒音もないにもかかわらず、部屋でリラックスしてプライバシーを期待して入っても、ホテルのフロアの音が全部聞こえてきます。さらに、コネクティングルームの場合は、隣の部屋の音がまるで同じ部屋にいるかのように聞こえてしまうので、本当にがっかりしました。廊下の話し声、掃除機の音、近くの部屋からの音楽など、あらゆる音が聞こえてきます。清掃は素晴らしかったです。朝食ボードは種類が豊富で、受付の女性はとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。
