非常に良い
YYuanweidie⚜️部屋はまずまずで、料金に見合った内容だと感じました。ただ、廊下のカーペットからは少し湿っぽい匂いがしましたね。その点、部屋にはカーペットがなく快適でした。
サービスはとても良く、朝食も全体的に美味しくいただけました。
移動はトゥクトゥクやGrabで便利ですし、SMモールにも近いです。SMモールにはスターバックスなど何でも揃っているので、この街は本当に良いところだと感じ、とても気に入りました。
夜は屋上で軽くお酒を飲みながら夜風に吹かれ、火山を眺める時間は最高に心地よかったです。

ゲゲストI booked for 3 persons per room, with 2 breakfast so I was expecting to pay only for the additional breakfast of the extra person (no extra bedding requested), but was asked to pay for the full extra person with breakfast and no senior discount. I may have misunderstood, but the booking choices via Trip were also misleading (2person/room w/ 2 breakfast; 3persons/room w/ 2 breakfast; 3 persons/room w 3 breakfast; I chose the 2nd option).
Room service took a very long time, more than the promised 45mins.
One of the assigned rooms had a broken doorknob that wasn't fixed since it was on one of the connecting rooms.

ゲゲストWent there with family for a quarterly checkup of our son. Arrived in Naga early and I asked the hotel if we can check in early as line for the doctor's clinic was long and the waiting area was hot. They agreed with no additional charge. Our other kids got to rest while we were at the doctor's clinic.

ゲゲスト2部屋予約しましたが、スタッフは離れた部屋を割り当てました。片方の部屋はひどい臭いがしました。サービスは悪く、スタッフの対応も鈍かったです。1つの部屋の準備ができるまで1時間以上も待たされました。テラスには景色を楽しめるコーヒーテーブルと椅子がありませんでした。どちらの部屋も給湯器の調子が悪かったです。
立地と景色は良いです。朝食はまあまあです。

YYetzqieOne of the best customer service I have encountered, they have welcome fruits and pastries. It is located in an area where a lot of commercial establishments are built. This hotel ha as 3-floor gym so for those who are gym enthusiasts, this is a good hotel for you to choose. The hotel needs maintenance though, but every time their guests encounter challenges they immediately address it and change rooms or upgrade it. So accomodating. I would.be happy to book here again.

ゲゲストGreat experience overall. Very beautiful place specially the beach. I wasn't able to try the gym because we stayed just for an overnight stay to travel somewhere. The food we ordered is szechuan beef. It is so spicy, not a normal spicy, but inedible spicy. We tried to eat it because it's already there but it's really intolerable. Everything is a pleasant experience except that specific food.

CCoach GinaMy stay at City Corner Hotel is Good. Some things just needs to be addressed and repaired to complete Customer Satisfaction. No flush at the toilet. Needs repair, Door at the toilet is broken. Lots of mosquito insects even though it has already been sprayed. No complimentary water and even complimentary soap, needa to buy at their convenience store. No cable tv and even local channel is not present. Door key is very hard to open. But the staff are very helpful, just needs to repair things thay needs to be repaired. Thank you
