フィリピンビコル地方で、ジムのあるホテル

部屋はまずまずで、料金に見合った内容だと感じました。ただ、廊下のカーペットからは少し湿っぽい匂いがしましたね。その点、部屋にはカーペットがなく快適でした。 サービスはとても良く、朝食も全体的に美味しくいただけました。 移動はトゥクトゥクやGrabで便利ですし、SMモールにも近いです。SMモールにはスターバックスなど何でも揃っているので、この街は本当に良いところだと感じ、とても気に入りました。 夜は屋上で軽くお酒を飲みながら夜風に吹かれ、火山を眺める時間は最高に心地よかったです。

the staffs are very accomodating and they will welcome you with a warm smiles and greetings from morning to evening. the dinner buffet and breakfast buffet are so good that my family enjoyed so much! the view and the ameneties are very good for the price! thank u for allowing my family of 4 to stay in your double bed without adding any fee! ❤️ we’ll sure be back again soon!

レガスピ市で1泊するためにこのホテルを予約しました。レセプションでのオプンチェックインは、ホテルのプロトコルに従って300ペソを要求します。何がわからないが、予約に記載されていないため、2つの部屋を予約したので600百ペソを支払いました。私にとって部屋はとてもきれいです唯一の問題は、トイレにロックがなく、ビデもヒーターが正しく機能していないことです。しかし、安いホテルを探している人にとって、このホテルは全体的にリラックスするのに1泊だけで大丈夫です。

Had a great stay. Staff were courteous & accommodating. Location is perfect with nearby malls & restaurants. Definitely not our last time booking. ☺️😊

During our stay at Villa Caceres, since it was our first time, the people in the Front Office are very helpful when providing locations and assistance, as well as the Housekeeping staffs (the group of tall guy assisted us on adjusting aircon temperature, when we arrived in the room). We also arrived earlier than the check-in time but they have accommodated us (receptionist named Jen/Jean, i think). I have just noticed in the morning buffet that servers are quite not that attentive on their guests even though it was not busy, some tables are left unattended, although the selection of their food was nice. I hope that they pay attention on this feedback. Then location was accessible to the city, markets and transportation.

Thank you for the warm and accommodating hospitality during Dr. Jonathan's stay. One of the best customer service I have encountered, they have welcome fruits and pastries. It is located in an area where a lot of commercial establishments are built. This hotel ha as 3-floor gym so for those who are gym enthusiasts, this is a good hotel for you to choose. The hotel needs maintenance though, but every time their guests encounter challenges they immediately address it and change rooms or upgrade it. So accomodating. I would.be happy to book here again.
