Hotel with good location, newly build with spacious rooms. Great gym as well as the infinity pool at the roof deck. The staff were implacable and service minded from all over, not a negative words on the service as such. The poor part and that was really a disaster, was the breakfast, supper to be Filipino style, but this wasn’t even close. The offer was not worthy this midscale newly build hotel.
Service, facilities and food are great. given another chance, will definitely stay there again... parking is secured, bathroom is well maintained, super clean and functions properly.
A descent place with very good service.
I like the breakfast.
The room was small, and no windows, that was a disappointment.
There's a gym and a spa - across the busy road. I liked their signature massage for 750 P an hour. A very good deep tissue work, especially in the collar zone.
Not really close to the Town Plaza.
Tolerable.
ゲゲストI chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed.
While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird.
The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work.
Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice.
But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.
ゲゲストClassical Italy inspired over the top decorations, lovely pool, spa, functional gym, quiet room, great location to visit mt samat war museum and casas filipinas de azucar, the food at breakfast was soso but the service was excellent. A car is recommended to reach the property, but bus also arrives at peace tower.
