ポーランドグレーター・ポーランドで、ジムのあるホテル

ホテルは都心にあり、環境も良く、フロントのサービス態度もとても良いです。なお、チェックイン時間は14:00以降がベストで、早すぎる場合はお部屋の準備が出来ていない場合がございますので、事前にお電話でご確認いただくことをお勧めいたします。 今回は最上階の11階、ポズナン旧市街を一望できる西向きのお部屋をゲットしました

おはようございます。シェラトン・ポズナンに宿泊するのは初めてです。5つ星ホテルなのに、トイレの蓋が半分以上開いていて、バスルームのゴミ箱もうまく開かない部屋を提供するなんて、一体どういうことなのでしょうか。5つ星ホテルなら、こんな部屋をお客様に提供する前に、修理や修繕に費用がかかるはずがありません。5つ星どころか、せいぜい4つ星、いや3つ星に値します。それに、キングサイズのベッドを借りたのに、残念ながら小さなベッドが2つある部屋に案内されました。でも、夜中にフロントに行ってベッドを交換するのが面倒で、とても疲れていました。それと、部屋に入る前に48～50ユーロも請求されたのも付け加えておきます。部屋代は既に支払済みで、出発時に返金・口座振替されるはずだったのに。エスプレッソカプセル2個とティーバッグ2個で50ユーロもしたとは思えません！トイレの便座が壊れていたのは私のせい？！真夜中の部屋の入り口の写真は、私がやったのではなく、入った時に見つけたという証拠として撮るつもりはありません。それに、モーニングコールを予約したのに、時間通りに誰も来ませんでした。早朝に駅までの道順を説明してほしいと頼んだ受付係は、私を「何も理解していないクソ野郎」と冷たくあしらいました。でも、たった4時間の睡眠、長い旅、そして丸々1週間の仕事をした後では、最初から全てが理解できるわけではないのかもしれません。上記の通り、残念ながら5つ星ホテルで贅沢な時間を過ごせませんでした。私は世界中を旅していますが、シェラトン・ポズナンはサービスとアメニティの面で、他の大陸の他の5つ星ホテルに及ばないと思います。申し訳ありませんが、二度とこのホテルには泊まりませんし、良い宣伝にもなりません。どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

It was our first time in the city. Located right in the central , great location . We were provided with local breakfast which was really good , best experience. Highly recommend.

Hotel not right in the center but within a short walk or tram ride to the center or to Avenida Mall and Poznan Glowny train station. Our room was quite small and so was the bathroom but it was alright. The main thing that was annoying was that there were no electricity sockets near the beds and our phones weren’t charged well throughout our 3 day stay. The nice surprise was that they put a water dispensing machine near the elevator, instead of supplying bottled water in the rooms. Why was it a nice surprise? Mainly because you can get as much drinking water as you like (they supply a carafe and glasses in the room) but for me the main perk was that the machine dispenses soda water as well. (We all know now that sweet soda drinks are extremely hazardous to our health so for me soda water is a relatively good option to my previous sweet drinks addiction). The twin beds were about 90 cm wide and sleep was good. We had a problem with the air conditioning as it didn’t cool enough. We assumed that it was centrally managed and that you couldn’t choose your own temperature. We solved this partially by opening the window at night and letting cooler air flow into the room. The hotel is about a 15 minute ride from the airport. We didn’t take the breakfast as it cost 160 PLN for two per day. We preferred a coffee and a pastry instead in Cukier Puder (sugar powder) coffee shop about 200 m away from the hotel. The hotel has its own cafe in the entrance floor which is supposed to be good but we didn’t find something we liked. We did however have dinner in the main restaurant of the hotel- Winestone - which was very good and at a reasonable price. Recommended. There is a Starbucks coffee shop near the corner and 2 Zabka convenience stores - one on each direction when you exit the hotel. The hotel has a gym too. The reception staff were nice and friendly and welcoming and they assisted us with travel plans. In general it seems like an hotel of between 3-4 stars and should be considered.

酒店位置不錯，旁邊就是一個大購物中心，離機場也就10分鐘車程。房間蠻大，床也很軟，總體很適合商務出差。

Ogólnie może być. Czysto. Otoczenie trochę słabe bo przy torach na uboczu i nic nie ma w okolicy. Recepcjonistka bardzo niepomocna, reszta obsługi ok.

ホテルは静かなエリアに位置し、公園の後ろにあります。冬に行ったことがありますが、他の季節には緑でなければなりません。スタッフはとてもよく、とても効率的で、朝食はとても良いです。市内中心部への4つの駅電車は非常に良いですので、運転する必要はありません

Super lokalizacja. Hotel ok i jak zawsze mini bar jest naprawdę bardzo mini😀😀😀

このホテルのように超まず第一に、場所は特に良いです地下鉄駅まで2分旧市街の後ろ1分階下にgaokがあります韓国料理は特においしい部屋はとても清潔できれいです。目覚まし時計のルームサービスなども設定できます。一昨日は特に良かったです。旅行のアドバイスなどをご紹介します。朝食は私が近年ヨーロッパで食べた中で最高です。私はたくさんの独立した品種を持っています。弟が搾りたての場所がわかります。
