Overall the place was amazing our room even looked just like the pictures which we were not expecting. We paid 164pln and had two breakfast buffets which were not bad. On day three they did seem to lose our breakfast booking. They said we hadn't paid at the reception for breakfast which is true, we paid at the buffet kiosk, but they didn't seem to understand. We just went to Lidl to save paying again or getting into an argument. We went down 10 minutes after the pool was meant to open for the morning, but the staff member was still cleaning it but he let us after a minute or two. The cold water for the carafes cold setting is not cold, just slightly cooler than room temperature. We ended up filing them up and leaving them in the fridge overnight to get cold water which is not ideal when you are thirsty. The majority of staff we dealt with were awesome and understood what we meant after some clarification as we speak no Polish. Would still recommend this place to anyone. The value was simply amazing and maybe there was just a mix up with the computer system that messed up our breakfast reservation. Just minor things that hopefully the hotel can improve for future patrons.

Great location hotel, right to the centre and walking distance from offices as well as the old town. Great initiatives to reduce emissions, with a treat left at your door when you opt out of having room cleaned for a night. You can also adopt a plant during your stay and take one up to your room. Lovely breakfast

The Hotel ist very well located in the Center of Katowice. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very new, therefore everything is in good shape. The standard room was very clean and spacious! I also really liked the breakfast, there was a huge variety of fresh foods, you could also squeeze your juices by yourself. I will definitely choose that hotel for my next stay in Katowice.

Hotel Diament Zabrze-Gliwice is a cozy gem! 🌟 The location is perfect—close to the city center yet nestled in a peaceful green area. My Standard Single Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, making it a great winter retreat. The service was friendly, with the staff always ready to help. I loved the facilities, especially the free gym and relaxing sauna—perfect after a day of sightseeing! The only downside was a slightly outdated decor, but overall, I had a fantastic stay. I’d definitely recommend it to solo travelers looking for a blend of comfort and convenience! 🏨

DeSilva Inn Hotel is a fantastic find for a solo traveler like me! 🌟 The location near the airport is super convenient, making late-night arrivals a breeze. My single room was spotless and cozy, perfect for winter nights. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring I felt right at home. The gym was a nice bonus, allowing me to keep up with my fitness routine even while traveling. Plus, the complimentary water on each floor was a thoughtful touch! Location is perfect both for business and leisure purposes: city centter 50 metres from the railway station, large trading center accross the road, walking /food areas and even arthouse cinena nearby. The service is extremely friendly, if needed, extention is given on possibility. Very good sumptioous varietal breakfast for a chain hotel. Room amenities are nice, except maybe for the mattress a bit softer then needed for a spine-health-conscious traveller especially from Asia.

Pokoje dość duże i wygodne ale materace dość twarde. Bardzo dobre śniadanie. Menu restauracji niestety rozczarowało.

Pobyt w hotelu Mercure Częstochowa – Moje wrażenia Ostatni weekend spędziłam w hotelu Mercure w Częstochowie i muszę przyznać, że był to bardzo udany pobyt. Obsługa:
Personel hotelu zrobił na mnie świetne wrażenie już od momentu zameldowania. Recepcjoniści byli uprzejmi, pomocni i bardzo profesjonalni. Na każdym etapie pobytu czułam, że jestem mile widziana – od uśmiechu przy śniadaniu po sprawne udzielenie informacji turystycznych. Obsługa w restauracji również zasługuje na pochwałę – kelnerzy byli dyskretni, a zarazem zawsze dostępni. Udogodnienia:
Pokój był przestronny, czysty i dobrze wyposażony. Duże łóżka z wygodnymi materacami, biurko do pracy, szybkie Wi-Fi i zestaw do parzenia kawy i herbaty – wszystko, czego potrzeba na krótki pobyt. Bardzo podobał mi się widok z okna – widać było Jasną Górę. Sam hotel znajduje się w świetnej lokalizacji, tuż przy alei NMP, co ułatwia zwiedzanie. Jedzenie:
Śniadanie w formie bufetu było naprawdę smaczne i zróżnicowane – świeże pieczywo, sery, wędliny, owoce, a także opcje na ciepło. Kawa bardzo dobra, co nie jest regułą w niektórych hotelach. Podsumowując:
Hotel Mercure w centrum Częstochowy to miejsce, do którego chętnie wrócę. Świetna lokalizacja, dobra kuchnia i wysoki standard obsługi sprawiają, że to idealny wybór zarówno dla turystów, jak i osób podróżujących służbowo.
