グリーンパーク アンカラ ホテルに滞在中、客室のアメニティとサービスに大変満足しました。部屋の広さ、立地、そして眺めは素晴らしかったです。4日間の滞在中、定期的に清掃も行き届いていました。特にハウスキーピングスタッフは非常に丁寧で、私の要望にも迅速に対応してくれました。以前宿泊した時よりもホテル内がずっと整頓されていたように感じました。石鹸やシャンプーなどのアメニティに加え、客室にシェービングキットと歯ブラシが用意されていたのも非常にありがたかったです。 以前の宿泊では、他の宿泊客の騒音や外の騒音に悩まされることがよくありましたが、今回は全く気にならず、不快な思いもしませんでした。また、ホテルスタッフの対応も以前より良くなったと感じました。 以前の宿泊では、特に朝食に満足しました。今回はランチとデザートも試す機会がありました。ホテルの食事はどれも美味しく、種類も豊富でした。スタッフの皆様に感謝申し上げます。

部屋の設備はよく整備されており、部屋は広く、照明は素晴らしく、プールは清潔で、環境はとても良く、日光浴もとても快適で、出張や家族旅行に適しています。

A magnificent hotel in every way. The rooms are very comfortable, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. I requested a room on the upper floors, they did not refuse my request and prepared a very nice room. The reception answers all your questions and needs, they are very attentive and friendly. The hotel is in the heart of Tunali, safe and within walking distance to important points. Thanks to housekeeping ( especially to Cigdem), room service and all the staff at the reception.

中心部からは車で30分程度の場所にあります。部屋は特に問題ありませんでしたが、ラディソンブルーというブランドを考えると、もう少し期待していました。ただ、朝食は最高でした！品数豊富なビュッフェに加え、注文を受けてから作ってくれるアラカルト料理もあり、とても満足できました。良い一日の始まりを迎えたい方には、非常におすすめできます。

The hotel has a very pleasant and comfortable environment, which made my stay relaxing from the beginning. I would especially like to thank Ferhat, Omer, and the rest of the hotel staff for their incredible help and kindness. When I first arrived at the hotel, I unfortunately realized that I had left my phone in a taxi. The staff immediately took action — they helped check the security cameras, contacted the taxi company, and eventually managed to get in touch with the driver. Throughout the whole process, they were extremely patient, warm-hearted, and supportive. I was truly touched by their professionalism and genuine care. This experience made my stay much more reassuring, and I am deeply grateful for their help.

まず、専用駐車場はありません。駐車場はホテルの正面と向かいの通りにあります。 朝食は非常に基本的なもので、スタッフは少なかったです。 部屋は十分な広さで、ベッドは快適でした。ソファ/椅子がありませんでした。アイロンとアイロン台がありませんでした。お願いして持ってきてもらいましたが、アイロンは半分壊れていました。シャンプーの小瓶が 2 本、コンディショナーの小瓶が 2 本、ボディーウォッシュの小瓶が 2 本、非常に小さな石鹸が 1 本ありました。ヘアドライヤー、ティーポット、スリッパ、無料の水ボトルが 2 本ありました。部屋は禁煙ルームでしたが、夜中にタバコの煙の強い臭いがしました。

Aldino Hotel was an amazing experience, the staff was very friendly and kind especially Arda sir, he was a fantastic guy and he speaks English very well. He helped us with the check-in he showed us the room and everything was 10/10. The room smelled fresh and super clean every time that we walked in the room it had the same freshness and cleanliness. I recommend it a lot. The location is on top, everything was near us you don’t need to worry about anything. We had an amazing stay I strongly recommend. Thank you all !!

The hotel is located in the very center of Ankara, with extremely easy access to all parts of the city. Starting with Ms. Ebru from the reservations team and Mr. Mustafa from the concierge, all hotel staff are highly attentive and professional. The breakfast service is excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious Turkish cuisine. The rooms are new, clean, and comfortable. With its high-quality service, the hotel truly deserves its 5-star rating. 酒店位于安卡拉市中心，地理位置非常优越，前往城市各处都十分方便。以预订团队的Ebru女士和礼宾部的Mustafa先生为代表，所有酒店员工都非常热情、专业。早餐服务非常出色，提供丰富美味的土耳其传统美食。客房崭新、整洁且舒适。凭借高品质的服务，这家酒店完全配得上五星级的评价。

The hotel was conveniently located near Armada AVM. It had basic amenities and is an average hotel. There was no smart tv in the room we booked and most of the leisure services were paid, despite not clearly being listed on this app. Room was comfortable but AC wasn't operating so it was quite hot. There are events right outside the hotel which consists of loud music throughout the night. Breakfast buffet was absolutely delightful and had plenty of great options. Overall, an average experience that was comfortable enough for us and had good breakfast which made it worthwhile.
