Free cookie no. Smile and greeted no. Shuttle to casino no. Refrigerator in room no. Walls paper thin. Don’t list amenities if you don’t have them. This was a nice place 10 years ago. Location is excellent.

出張でこのホテルを予約した、環境が良く、場所が良く、交通が便利で、サービスが暖かくて思いやりがあり、部屋は清潔で整頓されていて、とても満足しています。

このホテルは非常に奇妙です、私は2回予約しました、請求価格、実際の控除、そしてCtripが私に送ったのと同じです、2日前に控除は一貫していません、Ctripの態度は私が扱うのに悪くありません、今この請求書はそうではありません同じように、予定時刻は127.33米ドル、請求書は139.23米ドル（これは州税が加算されます、理解できます）ですが、私の銀行カードの実際の控除額は174.23米ドルであり、差が大きすぎます。 2018年の最終日は実際に私にこの問題を心配させました。これは悪いレビューを与えられるべきです。

部屋は比較的広く、住みやすいです。快適な出窓があります。部屋には冷蔵庫とコーヒーメーカーがあります。フロントデスクは歓迎していた、朝食は良かった、果物、様々な飲み物。

This is my second visit to the Baymont Inn & Suites. I found it to be as clean and quiet this time as I did a year ago. It's location is away from the city center but close to the I-465 bypass. The hotel has free parking. The area felt safe enough for me to venture out on foot. Within 1 block is a Texas Roadhouse, Panera Bread, Starbucks, Cousins Subs, Payless Liquors, Azzip Pizza. Within one half mile are most of the fast food chain restaurants and a Walmart. Check in was fast and friendly. The lobby is spacious and clean. The property features an elevator for guest use to access the second floor. My suite was two rooms consisting of a bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed with clean linens and a TV. The other room featured a sofa, an armchair, a writing table and chair, and a television. A hall connected the two rooms containing a wet bar with a very cold mini-fridge. The bathroom was clean and an adequate size. All the amenities were correct throughout the rooms and functioned properly. I wasn't aware of any issues with noise coming from within or without the hotel.

The breakfast was awesome! Location could not be better. My kids liked the pool, but it was a little chilly. Trip.com hooked up a good deal

To begin with the front desk clerks were great and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was closed & it was June 1st, so that was a bummer. They advertise a gourmet breakfast, to my surprise --- it wasn't even close, no cream for the coffee, one of the juice drinks were out , no yogurt, then to top it all off ---- The waffle machine was disgusting!!! Dirty, & when I asked about the lady making a waffle ahead of me about her waffle sticking to the waffle maker,the host said ” well, it's because all of the non stick coating on the waffle maker is worn off” & the hotel was supposed to be getting a new one!!! When I wiped it with a napkin - black stuff appeared on it... So needless to say NO Waffle for me Today!! The waffle maker shouldn't have even been in use! Wow. And the temperature of the sausage Links were cold to the touch!! Very disappointed, Louann Archer/Steven Vaughn

I wasn’t too pleased in the beginning because we get there at 5 in the morning a little after booking this room online exhausted and then the guy upfront tries to tell us that it’s a $40 up charge bc check in time is 3pm ok fine whatever not pleased. Then we get into our room and the curtains are stained and dirty the shower oh don’t even get me started. The water from the shower is so bipolar it was the worst shower I’ve ever taken it kept going from hot to cold in seconds back and forth. The pool was finally open for a change not too bad , breakfast wasn’t too bad either waffles were good. House keeping knocked then opened the door when we were sleepin I quickly got out of bad freaked out but told them we’re good night need towels but that’s it . I did notice that there was a hole in the bathroom door it looks like someone punched it oh also I’m pretty sure half the staff lives there .

バスルームはよかったです。大きくてふわふわのタオル。シャワーは素晴らしかったです!シャワーの後ろのタイルに亀裂がありますが、シャワー自体には影響しませんでした。超柔らかい水ではなく、素晴らしかったです。一部の場所には、人が決してきれいに感じるほど柔らかい水があります。 ベッドはさまざまな枕で快適でした。良い選択。テレビモニターは大きくて応答性があります。すべてのライトが機能し、読みやすくなりました。 すべてが建設からのほこりで覆われていました。朝食の女性は最善を尽くしましたが、十分な座席がなく、ほこりが空中に浮かびました。私たちが最初に到着したとき、私たちはチェックインするためにフロントデスクに行く方法を知りませんでした。 (いつ改装が完了しますか?!) 緑/青の髪の女性は優しくしようとしましたが、私は彼女の「親愛なる」ではありません。彼女は私を3回「親愛なる」または「蜂蜜」と呼びました。私は73歳です。妻はそこに立っています。少し敬意を払うのはどうですか?
