ゲゲストThe hotel was okay, it met standards but there were many small things that made our stay feel less perfect. Upon check in the room was very spacious for a double queen bed room, and bathroom spacious as well. The amenities are lacking a bit, in the bathroom it was just minimal 1 makeup remover wipe and a shower cap and hand soap. It comes with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash but our conditioner was out and stayed empty for 2 days (as I thought the cleaners might notice and refill), until I requested front desk to refill it. In terms of cleanliness some of the towels had some minor stains and the bathroom had rust and brown stains in the bathtub so it didn’t feel super clean. The worst part was that when I entered the hotel the sheets were soooooo pilly and rough, they didn’t feel soft and welcoming as a hotel should have. Those sheets should’ve been thrown out years ago, I wouldn’t even keep sheets like that at my own house they were so worn down, bumpy, and uncomfortable, I asked front desk the next morning if I could please have them changed and got a very sassy and rude response that “usually requests like this should come in before 9AM and it’s not guaranteed that they can be changed” (I requested this around 10AM before the cleaners had even appeared on my floor). I found this response extremely off putting and inhospitable, since it’s not like I caused the sheets to be rough and uncomfortable and was simply making a request to make my stay better and more comfortable, and I also requested it very kindly and didn’t rush them to do anything- just by end of day or the next day so I wouldn’t have to sleep on rough uncomfortable sheets the entire 5 days I was there. They ended up changing them but I didn’t appreciate that kind of reply. 2 days after, the cleaners left their dirty rags, some random extra pillowcases on random surfaces by my personal items on the desk and night side table, It was very careless and unprofessional and who knows where the dirty rags have been, and where those random pillowcases came from if they were clean or not, next to my personal items. They also didn’t finish cleaning the bathroom and there were missing towels and didn’t finish taking the dirty towels out. Moving on, the location was okay but one of the farther hotels from the Zion National Park entrance in the town, I did like the pool and the restaurants nearby. Lastly, for the complimentary breakfast it was basic but good and I appreciated having that every morning before we left for our adventures.

ゲゲストアメリカ西部のイエローストーン公園まで車で行く場合は、ソルトレイクシティのグレートソルトレイクの近くに宿泊する必要があります。ヒルトンホテルはコストパフォーマンスが非常に良く、大変満足できるホテルです。ホテルの駐車場は非常に便利なので、自家用車でのツアーに最適です。全体的に静かな雰囲気で、部屋は清潔で、寝具も快適でした。

SSaschaAm Memorial-Wochenende war das Hotel wie zu erwarten brechend voll. Dennoch verlief der Check-In recht zügig, wenngleich auch sehr unpersönlich und nahezu wortlos. Viel freundlicher erschien mir das Personal auch in den folgenden Tagen nicht. Das Zimmer war groß und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Matratze war ausreichend fest, das Sofa an einigen Stellen leider etwas durchgelegen und zu nah an der Klimaanlage. Alles für einen dreitägigen Aufenthalt Notwendige war vorhanden. Extrem störend waren die hellhörigen Wände, man hörte aus den Nachbarzimmern praktisch jedes Wort. Beim Frühstück ging es hektisch zu. Der Raum fürs Buffet ist vom restlichen Frühstücksraum abgetrennt und in ihm wird es schnell eng. Das Übliche wurde serviert: Rührei, Bratkartoffeln und Burger Patties (wenig schmackhaft), außerdem Toast, Waffeln, Cerealien und Obst.

ゲゲスト全体的に、ホテルはとても素敵で清潔な印象です。ただし、商業処理には明らかな弱点があります。私は貴社のプラットフォームで部屋を予約し、支払いをしました。予約完了後、オンラインでチェックインするようにというメールを受け取りました。チェックイン手続きの一環として、クレジットカードの詳細を提供しました。オンラインチェックインの直後に、クレジットカードに約 180.00 ユーロの金額が請求されました。部屋の料金はすでに支払われており、ホテルも私のカードの詳細を知っていたため、この手続きは最初は私には異常に思えました。ホテルにチェックインした後、さらに 162.27 ユーロの予約が私のカードに請求されました。ホテルの受付にこのことを伝えたところ、この 2 つの予約金額はチェックアウト後に解放されると保証されました。最初の予約金額はチェックアウトの数日後に解放されましたが、2 つ目の金額は解放されませんでした。 2024年8月26日、私のカードから80.93ユーロが引き落とされ、同日に80.43ユーロが再度入金されました。その結果、チェックアウトから11日経った今日でも、私のカードには約180ドルの予約が請求されています。このような行為に驚き、ホテルにカードへの請求理由を説明するよう求めました。私はすでにウィンダムに苦情を申し立て、ホテルにカードにまだ残っている金額をすぐに解放するよう求めました。

ゲゲストホテルには無料駐車場があります。レンタカーを借りる場合は、空港で車を返すのに非常に便利です。空港でAvisの車を返した後、ホテルのフロントデスクに電話しました。数分後、ホテルの空港シャトルが空港から私を迎えに行きました。この効率は米国で1つを賞賛する必要があります。部屋は非常に速く、ホテルにはジムと小さなプールもあり、いくつかあります。一晩休んで翌日出発する場合は、非常に適しています。お勧め!

ゲゲストI was very impressed by the beautiful warm and inviting feeling as I entered your lobby. The lady at the check-in desk was very friendly and helpful, with her warm smile. Our room was sparkling clean and cozy. I especially liked the electric window shades. The beds were very comfortable. I liked the walk-in shower but think that the towels should have been hung closer to the shower rather than across the room, which was inconvenient. The breakfast was out of this world, the best I have seen in a long time, with its great variety of items on its menu to suit anyone's taste. The coffee was delicious, freshly ground. When we checked out, the lady enrolled me in the IHG program, and recommended a park nearby for us to visit, and we enjoyed spending the morning there. I was very pleased with my visit to this hotel, and we will definitely consider staying here again on a future visit to Salt Lake City. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Salt Lake City for its location, reasonable price, and superb customer service down to the smallest detail!
