口コミが良かったので、このホテルを予約することにしました。無料送迎サービスがあったので、さらに快適に過ごせました。華山北駅で降ろしてもらった後、オーナーから車が待っているというメッセージが届きました。確かに車はすぐに見つかりました。オーナーは荷物を車に積み込むのも手伝ってくれました。 ホテルまでの短い道のりでしたが、私たちは中国語が話せず、オーナーも英語が話せないため、コミュニケーションに苦労しました。到着するとフロントデスクに案内され、翌日の華山への日帰り旅行の料金を支払いました。フロントの女性はすぐにチェックイン手続きをしてくれ、ルームカードとチケットの手配もしてくれました。 その後、オーナーがフロントデスクから約50メートル離れた部屋まで案内してくれ、アメニティを説明してくれました。ホテルの外観はそれほど目立ちませんが、中はすべてが素晴らしかったです。私たちが泊まった8201号室は、小さな路地に面した大きな窓がありました。プライバシーは期待できませんが、地元の人々の日常生活を眺めることができるので、特に問題はありませんでした。 私たちはイスラム教徒なので、オーナーが近くのイスラム料理レストランを勧めてくれました。しかし、疲れていたので行きませんでした。翌日、華山への旅はスムーズでした。すべて手配済みで、バス乗り場まで送ってもらい、丁寧に説明してくれました。朝食を済ませるまで待っていてくれたほどです。 サービスにとても満足し、地元の人々が静かに生活している様子を眺めながら、もう一泊することにしました。宿泊している部屋に空室があったので、延長は簡単でした。電車のチケットの変更もスムーズでした。今は大きな窓の前で、リラックスしながらこのレビューを書いています。 このホテルのすべてが気に入りました。行き届いた効率的なサービス、清潔で暖かい部屋、ビデ付きの清潔なトイレ、24時間温水シャワーが使える清潔なバスルーム、照明付き鏡のある洗面台、そして部屋からの美しい眺め。本当に素晴らしいです。明日西安に戻らなければならないのが寂しいくらいです。 強くお勧めします。次回華山にハイキングに行く際には、必ずこのホテルを予約します。滞在中、あなたとスタッフの皆様がしてくださったすべてのことに心から感謝いたします。本当にありがとうございました。この素敵な思い出は一生忘れません。

Warm and wonderful hospitality from the property owners out to please their guest. The rooms are great in size, cleanliness and comfort. Ours face the beautiful Huashan mountains. We had 2 dinners, 1 lunch and a breakfast at the hotel. Needless to say, the food is tasty. They offered us added complimentary shuttle service to Huashan park entrance

I am shocked this hotel is not busier. The hosts are extremely accomodating and welcomed me with open arms even though I showed up at one in the morning! Also, the mother of the host cooked dinner and lunch for me at a price cheaper than any restaurant, and the quality of the food surpassed anything else in the area as well. The view was absolutely unbelievable and the host once again provided expert advice and was beyond accomodating. If you plan to hike Huashan stay here the night before and the night after, I promise you will not regret it! The host also provided transportation to/from the mountain and train station. Legitimately it does not get any better than here.

非常滿意的一次住宿，房間乾淨整潔，用具齊全，換臉，是小區環境很好，非常安靜，早餐的小菜很好吃，營養搭配也不錯，停車方便，總之很棒啦，希望保持，有機會再來！

I stayed at this mountain hotel for one night before climbing Mount Hua the next day, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. This is a family-run hotel, and the owners go above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome. The hotel boss is exceptionally friendly and hospitable, and it is clear that the whole family works hard to ensure guests have an enjoyable stay. They were incredibly helpful in providing information about transportation, hiking routes, and other logistics related to visiting Mount Hua. The hotel attracts both Chinese and international travelers, creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. They also sell snacks, drinks, and other essentials at very fair prices, which is convenient for hikers preparing for their trip. The rooms and beds were in excellent condition. The hotel is relatively new, and this is reflected in the clean, modern, and cozy rooms. Everything felt well maintained and comfortable. A major advantage is the free pick-up service from the train station. They also help guests get to the tourist center, making the start of the Mount Hua hike much easier and stress-free. The breakfast was delicious and provided a great source of energy before a long day of hiking. Throughout my entire stay, I felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Mount Hua. The outstanding hospitality, comfortable rooms, convenient services, and helpful local advice made my stay a wonderful experience.

ホテルマネージャーのジンさんはとても歓迎してくれて、スイートを無料でアップグレードしてくれました。どうもありがとうございます！部屋は清潔で衛生的でした！部屋のバルコニーにあるティーテーブルは涼しく、華山風景名勝区の眺めは特に素晴らしいです！ホテルは華山の麓に位置しており、とても素敵です！夕方、ホテルに到着すると、厨房のシェフが陝西ラーメンを作って部屋に届けてくれました。とても美味しかったです。どうもありがとうございます！受付係は非常に熱心でした。彼女は私のために登山チケットを買ってくれて、朝に華山風景名勝区まで無料で車で連れて行ってくれました。どうもありがとうございます！今回の華山旅行は宿泊体験がとても良いものでした！クライミング用手袋が無料でプレゼントされました。ホテルフォークホテルは特に良かったです！温かいおもてなしを頂いたホテルスタッフの皆様に改めて感謝申し上げます。

The hotel room was very clean and tidy, modern furnished, even got the electric toilet seat(very nice to have during winter). The owner was really helpful and friendly, swapped our room for free so we could get more space. They will drive you to the information centre for the shuttle bus to Hua Mountain, also the train station after your stay. Excellent service. Highly recommend!

房間裏很乾凈，有股木香型香水的香味，淡淡的很好聞，老闆娘人很熱情，在車上就問了我們的行程，給我們安排的明明白白，到了以後吃到了老闆炒的菜（去之前看評論聽説老闆做飯很好吃hhh），很好吃，老闆娘的西紅柿雞蛋麪也是一絕，雞蛋超級多，還有高鐵接送站，我們到站是華山北站，定好行程以後跟老闆娘預訂早餐，老闆娘起很早給我們做飯，還送我們到檢票口，還送了上山的手套，是那種防滑漏指手套，比賣的勞工手套質量好多了，總之就是很滿意，推薦大家入住！

I would come back again. Just that view on a mountain was awesome, birds chirping in the morning...at least until 7.30 when buses will start to drive. It actually looks better in reality. We came with a car, but it's easy to get there by public transportation too (delivery can enter as well). Twin rooms are more spacious than a tent with a bunk bed, that's what I saw. High ceilings, wood inside ( with a bit strong smell of acrylic paint that eventually disappeared, pretty comfortable beds for western standard, clean floors...a bathroom was the most outdated facility, a more cleaning in a shower area would be welcome. An AC worked normally, a water kettle, toiletries, everything was fine. Chinese breakfast, no coffee or bread, but you could choose other things for yourself. A swimming pool was not working. Great spots for barbecue, lots of shadow, little water streams, spots for kids to play outside. Kind and helpful personal, fast on answer, with basic English. Nature was amazing.
