Review of Casa Faraona Luxury Residences, Madrid I recently had the pleasure of staying at Casa Faraona Luxury Residences in Madrid, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of elegance and comfort that truly set the tone for our stay. Incredible Room Experience The room we stayed in was nothing short of spectacular. Every detail was meticulously crafted, exhibiting a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The bed was heavenly, adorned with silky sheets that made it feel like a dream. It was the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the vibrant city. Exceptional Service The service at Casa Faraona was outstanding. The staff were genuinely welcoming, attentive, and eager to ensure our stay was perfect. They went above and beyond to cater to our needs, making us feel like valued guests every step of the way. Delicious Breakfast and Free Cocktails One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. Each morning, we were treated to a delightful spread that catered to every taste, from fresh pastries to hearty options. Additionally, the complimentary cocktails were a lovely touch, allowing us to unwind and enjoy the ambiance of the residence. Prime Location The location of Casa Faraona Luxury Residences couldn’t be better. Nestled in the heart of Madrid, it provided easy access to some of the city’s top attractions, dining, and shopping. We loved being able to explore the vibrant streets and return to our luxurious oasis at the end of the day. In conclusion, Casa Faraona Luxury Residences exceeded all our expectations. With its stunning rooms, impeccable service, delicious breakfast, complimentary cocktails, and prime location, it offers an unforgettable experience. I can’t wait to return and make more wonderful memories in this beautiful hotel!

中心部からそれほど遠くない（ただし、上り坂になるので注意）。朝食も美味しいです（チェックイン時に支払いを済ませるとお得です）。部屋にはコーヒーメーカーとカプセル、そして水も完備されています。

Расположен в сумбурном районе, узкие улицы. До метро и остановок можно дойти за 5 минут. Менее чем за сутки до заселения присылают форму-анкету онлайн-регистрации для заполнения личных данных и код от замка. У меня проблем с заселением не возникло. В момент заселения свободных слотов на парковке не было, предложили только искать место на какой-то улице. Лобби очень приятное, есть вендинговый аппарат. Слышимость очень высокая! Доставлял неудобства шум из коридора по ночам, т.к. у входной двери отсутствует изоляция (даже свет проходит через нижнюю щель). Через стены и потолок тоже было слышно обычные разговоры и крики детей. Из удобств присутствовало всё необходимое, но отсутствие чайника очень расстроило :(( В целом номер в хорошем состоянии, но была поцарапана крашенная синяя стена, не работали автоматические шторы, а варочная поверхность была в нерабочем состоянии из-за некачественного подсоединения к сети. Уборка качественная, ежедневная, но персонал присутствует только до 15:00.

ホテルが地下鉄の近くにあり、移動に便利です。 ホテルの朝食は料理が多様で、特に果物の種類が多様で美味しいです。 ホテルの部屋が思ったより大きくて良かったし、防音がよくなって外部騒音も小さい方です。 その他、ホテルがマドリード中心部の観光地から少し外にありますが、歩いても行ける距離だといいです。

グループ旅行にはぜひ訪れてほしいホテルです。市内中心部に位置し、様々なショッピングモールにも非常に近いですが、改善の余地はあります。可愛らしくレトロなホテルで、旅をとても有意義なものにしてくれました。マドリードの中心部に滞在できたことに大満足です。

The location is convenient. The staff are friendly I like the public area on the ground floor, if there could be more charging place would be nice. However, only 2 bathroom for 12 people is not enough. One of the bathroom only have cold water and the sink is outside the toilet. I think it is a fair option for such a price in the city, still there is an improvement. If you are a solo traveller that need a short stay, it is an acceptable choice.

女性オンリーの6人部屋に泊まりました。 ホステルですが、あまり調理器具は豊富ではありません。共用ルームに電子レンジとケトルが置かれるくらいです。 Wi-Fiは9€、タオルのレンタルは3€かかります。施設内はずっと4Gでなかなか5Gでの通信はできなかったので、気になる方はWi-Fiを購入された方がいいと思います。 シャワールームとトイレは一部屋にひとつずつあるらしく、譲り合って使う必要があります。意外と音が漏れるので深夜、早朝にシャワーを浴びるのはちょっと憚られます。それに、ドアを開けるとすぐシャワーで脱衣所が無く、シャワールーム内にあまり着替えなどを置くスペースもなく（タオルを掛けるフックと上の方に小さな棚？があります）、中に置くと濡れやすいし、外に置くと裸でみんなの前に出る必要があるので工夫が必要です。シャンプー、ボディソープはついてました。 基本、2段ベッドですが、上の段だと結構高さがあるので大変だと思います。下の段の下に荷物入れがありますが、鍵はついていないので南京錠を持参するのをお勧めします。 スタッフは基本みんなフレンドリーです。 最後に、立地がとてもいいです。プラド美術館やソフィア王妃芸術センターに近く、道を挟んだ向こう側にアトーチャ駅があるので移動しやすいです。私は帰国前日に泊まったのですが、アトーチャ駅から空港行きのバス（203）が出ていて5€で空港まで行けるので利用しました。バス停までも15分くらいと見ていたら余裕で着くかなと思います。

このブランドならではの素晴らしい滞在でした。少額の追加料金で高層階の広い部屋にアップグレードしてもらいましたが、部屋は広々としてスタイリッシュ、清潔で、寝具と枕もとても快適でした。室内エンターテイメントも素晴らしく、Chromecast/YouTube用のサウンドバーが備わっていました。ターンテーブルやギターを無料で貸し出してくれるオプションもあり、嬉しいサービスでした。 プール、バー、レストランは利用しませんでしたが、徒歩5～10分圏内にたくさんの素晴らしいレストランがあるので、そちらを散策することにしました。ホテルの立地は良く、アトーチャ駅（このホテルを選んだ最大の理由）まで徒歩圏内で、市内の3つの主要な美術館にも近いです。市内へのアクセスは、最寄りの地下鉄が1号線なので、バスの方が便利です。3号線（ラバピエス）へは少し歩きますが、路線は活気があり、沿線にはたくさんのレストランやバーがあります。

We came to the apartment at 3pm (check in time) and found out that a cleaner was still in the mid-way of cleaning. We talked to reception who immediately sent one more cleaner to help and said the apartment would he ready in 10 mins. We got into the apartment like 20 mins later and felt like that the floor might not have been mopped. I stayed there for 5 nights and found that the sole of my slippers were blackened, which always left dirty slipper print in washroom after shower. We had stayed in a 2 bedrooms 2 washrooms apartment. The furnishing however was very strange. While the master bedroom was equipped with 2 single beds placed together, the other small bedroom with only sliding door was with a double bed! My friend stayed in a 2 bedrooms 1 washroom apartment got a much better configuration which is a normal double bedroom and a twin room (as advised in website). Besides, the living room was a bit dark. On the whole, the stay was still fairly satisfactory. Reception staff was polite, helpful and efficient. Provision of basic cooking essentials including oil was good. Stuff in cleaning kit and toilet paper however was inadequate for a long stay. We needed to go to reception (opens only 0900-1700) to get additional supplies. Wish the cleaner would stock the place according to stay duration of the guests. The apartment is situated in a very convenient location. 5 mins to Metro Palos de la Frontera, 10 mins to Atocha train station, 2 mins to Carrefour Express, 7 mins to Lidl supermarket. There is also another big supermarket Dia nearby. Above all, the building provides free luggage storage facilities in 3,4 & 5 floors. You need €1 to operate the locker but you can it back when returning the key. That’s real convenient.

La ubicación es perfecta porque estás en pleno centro de Madrid. El personal muy agradable. La habitación era muy básica, aunque solo la necesitábamos para dormir, así que de sobras. Lo único que por el precio que pagas, esperaba un poco más en la habitación (no se había pasado el polvo en varios días y soy alérgica, el cabecero de la cama estaba desconchado, había alguna pared rallada, solo había una mesilla de noche y estaba dañada). Un punto positivo era que había difusor para el secador, que eso es casi un milagro. En general le doy puntuación media.
