「その日、私たちは大雪に遭遇しました。すべての出口は雪で覆われています。休日の都合により、除雪車はなく、2日目はホテルに電力が供給されていません。ホテルの支配人でさえ、そこに行けない場合は、もう1泊無料で宿泊できると言っていました。私たちはまだホテルから出るために手で簡単な道を作るために最善を尽くしました。それは良い経験ではありませんでした。しかし、マネージャーは素晴らしく、私たちが道をきれいにするのを手伝ってくれます。ありがとうございました」

「We were very disappointed that our room was up a flight of stairs. My husband and I can’t carry luggage up a flight of stairs. Thankfully we were given a different room. The room was very clean and neat but small. No place to put luggage.  The light above the bed did not work. We only had two portable heaters. One of them worked only some of the time. Our room was cold. Parking was at an incline making it difficult to get to and from our car. There was a lovely lounge with nice furnishings including snacks but it was quite cold. No heating available. Because of our limited mobility we only stayed 2 of the four nights we paid for. We made arrangements at another hotel. Some information on line is not accurate. It is not ADA compatible. You can’t walk to Staters in 200 feet as stated. Our stay celebrating our 55th anniversary very was stressful. I am not one to give a negative review. I go out of my way to make sure good service is noted to the employee and that business. I would not stay there again.」
