本当に素晴らしいホテルです！スタッフの親切さと気遣いに感動しました。最終日の午前 4 時に出発するのですが、マネージャーが朝食を作ってくれて、最高の 5 泊を過ごしました。部屋も食事も最高で、ロケーションも最高です。クサミルの 2 つの最も素敵なビーチから文字通り徒歩 8 分です。 スタッフは食事のおすすめやツアー、訪れるべき場所を教えてくれました。何か必要なことがあれば、喜んで手伝ってくれました。友人や家族がここに来るなら、ここに泊まるように勧めます。またすぐに戻ってきたいと思っています。 心から感謝し、皆さんに感謝の気持ちを伝えたいと思います。一人旅の孤独感を和らげてくれて本当にありがとうございました。 ❤️

素晴らしい景色を望む良いホテル。私はあなたの滞在に必要なすべてを完全に装備した1ベッドのアパートを持っていました。丘と広とした客室、バルコニー付きの広とした客室に位置し、眺めは息をのむほどでした。主要なアトラクションから少し離れていますが、タクシーが利用できます。サービスは良かったが、レストランがないので、外から食べ物を注文するか、外に出て食事をする必要があります。近くに食事や飲み物を飲む素敵な場所がいくつかあります。ksmail に行く場合は、ダウンタウンからバスを約 5 ユーロで利用できます。

Una vera chicca con cibo e panorami fantastici. Siamo stati contentissimi di aver scelto questo hotel. È tutto nuovo, pulitissimo e c'è un'atmosfera di pace e relax fantastica. Siamo rimasti davvero contentissimi del ristorante dell'hotel. da italiani , siamo sempre un po scettici hahaha....Abbiamo cenato lì una sera e il pesce fresco era eccezionale. Anche la colazione a buffet è stata super, con un sacco di opzioni locali e fresche. Le foto della piscina sono 100% realistiche ( giustamente viene il dubbio ma sono assolutamente come da foto): cè un'incredibile piscina a sfioro con un idromassaggio proprio accanto, e tutto con vista sul mare e un'altra piscina normale che non è gigante ma è bellissima perche puoi nuotare, rilassarti e amirare il panorama e il tramonto da li. La nostra camera era spaziosa, moderna e con un balcone privato, intimo e senza alcun rumore e anche li ci siamo  goduti il panorama. Non è da meno il servizio. Lo staff è davvero gentile e professionale. Un grazie di cuore a Florian e Johana (spero di aver scritto giusto i nomi) per essere stati così disponibili dall'inizio alla fine. Ah, una nota importante: prima di prenotare avevo letto qualche recensione su Google che parlava della strada per arrivare, dicendo che era orribile e pericolosa. Onestamente, mi sembrano molto esagerate. Sì, la strada è in salita, ma è assolutamente fattibile e in cemento e bastava andare pianino. Non lasciatevi spaventare da questo, perché la vista e la tranquillità che si hanno da lassù valgono tutta la salita! Non possiamo che raccomandarlo!

私たちはこの宿泊施設に 2 泊しましたが、街の中心部にあり、サランデの主要な公共ビーチにとても近いです。オーナーには独自のレストランとホテルがあり、女性が素敵な料理を調理しているので素晴らしい仕事をしています。近くの場所を訪れるのに本当に美しく効率的であるため、食べて滞在するのは手頃な価格であることがわかります。ホテル周辺にはあらゆる種類の施設があります。あなたがビスタの場所へのナビゲーションに助けが必要な場合は、所有者または人に尋ねてください。私は私の滞在が大好きで、間違いなく再びそれを訪問します。

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 We stayed here for 3 nights as a group of six and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and in a great location with beautiful sea views. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and cleaned daily. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions. Breakfast was fresh and offered a good variety each morning. The location is excellent, with easy access to Sarandë town, Ksamil, restaurants, supermarkets, and the beach. We found it very convenient for exploring the Albanian Riviera. Overall, we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend Orchids Hotel to couples, families, and groups visiting Sarandë, and I would happily stay here again.

Our stay at Hotel Havana in Sarandë was overall very pleasant — the location is great, the atmosphere relaxing, and the staff kind and welcoming. We enjoyed our time there and felt comfortable throughout the stay. However, some elements of the listing can be a bit misleading. The hotel’s restaurant is currently closed, and the breakfast is very limited, almost portioned exactly per guest, with coffee available only as americano. I fully understand that this may be due to the end of the tourist season, but it would be helpful if such information were clearly mentioned in the announcement so guests can plan accordingly. Despite these small issues, we still had a good experience, and the hotel has potential to offer an even better stay with just a few improvements.

Bougainville Bay Resort offers a truly exceptional experience with its stunning beachfront location, luxurious accommodations, and top-notch amenities. The resort staff is friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay for guests. Booked for our last night in Saranda as close to the port for our early morning ferry departure. Perfectly located for this just a short 5 minuet walk. As it is in the centre of Saranda it was very loud through the night. Great if you are there for partying. Very clean and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Basic amenities but all worked and were clean. Great air con in our room. I would stay again for a night if we were getting a ferry

The hotel location was excellent and convenient, and the cleanliness was good overall. However, the service experience was disappointing. There was no drinking water provided in the room, which was inconvenient for guests. Breakfast was included, but there were very limited vegetarian options available, so it may not be the best choice for vegetarian travellers. The amenities were average, but the hospitality and service could definitely be improved.

The room is a bit hot at the beginning because the AC and the fridge were turned of when we arrived so they took time to run properly. The pool was fun however since it’s a outdoor pool so it wasn’t that clean, just at an acceptable level. Some lights weren’t lighting The toilet is not very clean - it smells. The shower sometimes doesn’t have hot water and sometimes worser, doesn’t have water at all. But one good thing about it is that the toilet and the shower are separated, that’s especially useful when we’re travelling in a group of 5 as we can use different areas at the same time. View is beautiful - sea view Good location, many beaches and restaurants around it.
