Gorgeous 4-bedroom property fully updated with ~4,000 square feet of luxury on the deep blue waters of Lake Chelan. Enjoy the private shallow swimming area, dock with boat (8,000 lb) lift, (2) jet ski lifts, an extra buoy for a second boat, and a canoe available for guests. All bedrooms overlook Lake Chelan. Incredible great room and gourmet fully stocked kitchen with double ovens, multiple decks with fantastic views, large new private dock, private patio, hot tub and basketball hoop. Seats 14 for meals, game room with pool/foosball/air hockey, large second family room with new 75" Samsung 4k TV - both TV's had Sonos sound bars to enhance the viewing experience. Newly added Sonos sound system for the home so that you can stream your favorite music during your stay. Fire pit overlooking the lake is seasonally available (not available during high risk fire season). Property use includes use of (2) kayaks, (2) paddleboards, and (1) canoe. Guests are asked to bring life jackets to ensure proper fit. As of Oct. 1, 2021, WIFI has been upgraded to Starlink system which provides >100+ Mbps.Under new ownership with updates including custom designer furnishings, luxury linens, new TV's/sound system, and fresh paint throughout the whole home. The condo offers the most incredible unobstructed views of the Enchantment Mountains that are available. It's just two blocks from the heart of the city where unique shopping and restaurants abound. It overlooks the Wenatchee River as well as Blackbird Island Park. Wine tasting is a popular activity in town and well known Wineries are gathered on the outskirts of the town.Art in the Woods at the Sleeping Lady Resort and world class Rock Climbing offer a variety of fun. As does the new Roller Coaster on the side of a Mountain just as you enter Leavenworth.(As far as housekeeping information: We have the only parking garage in Leavenworth and we have the convenience of an elevator.
