Parking for up to 4 vehicles, depending on size. This home is only available for Saturday to Saturday rental during the busy summer season. We DO provide linens (sheets, pillow cases and bath towels) and all beds will be made when you arrive. This is included in the cleaning fee. Most rentals do not provide this service. We now also provide beach towels and you will need to wash and roll up/fold prior to your departure. With 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 1 futon, there's plenty of space for everyone to unwind. Included are all bed/futon linens, bath and hand towels(wash cloths) at no additional cost. All bedrooms have blackout curtains. The fully stocked kitchen includes essentials like teapot, coffee maker (that can make 1 cup K-cup type or drip coffe pot using paper filters), toaster, blender and large granite counter top for meal prep area. Private front porch and back deck. Enjoy the other amenities like Wi-Fi, 5 (Roku)TV's including one outdoors under house and a washing machine/dryer, making your stay comfortable and convenient. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer, bathtub (primary has bathtub) and shower in each bathroom. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Outdoor gas grill for use. Berner Breezes is a lovely second row home on the East End of Sunset Beach. Enjoy the easy rhythm of island living in this beach home. A combination of wood and earthy tones throughout create a warm and inviting setting. This linen ready home has a well-stocked kitchen with all the pots/pans, dishes, etc. you could possibly need and includes both a Keurig (bring your favorite pods) and a traditional coffee maker. The home includes wi-fi with a large flat screen TV in the family room along with additional televisions in each of the bedrooms. Each TV has a streaming device so you can connect with your favorite apps. Enjoy the sun and sounds of the ocean from either the oversized screened porch or from the large sun deck on the second floor.There are two bedrooms on the first floor that share a full bath. The second floor has two additional bedrooms as well as two full bathrooms. In addition, the large bonus room is currently utilized as a 5th bedroom.
