RRLaiBoth are super friendly and personal. The cookies are very tasty and they supported us with information about the area and gave us many information about restaurants and what to do and see in Lancaster. The breakfast was great too all was home cooked and tasted delicious

ゲゲストThe room was very clean and neat. We stayed in a two bed room. The mattress was very comfortable, not too soft or firm. There were enough pillows for comfort. The tv wasn't too big and had decent channels. There was a small microwave, fridge, and Keurig with coffee pods. The A/C unit hung on the wall. My only complaint was trying to figure out how to work it, as there was no instructions. It was also very loud. Breakfast was included, and all I can say is ”yum”! The waffle mix was delicious, as was the sausage gravy and biscuits. If you leave hungry, it's your own fault. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you for such a clean, friendly motel.

ゲゲストThe location was impeccably clean with an attractive outside and an inviting interior. The room was spotless. Staff was great! The beds were soft but comfortable. We got the room with the Jacuzzi and it was clean and fully operational. We were extremely happy and satisfied with our stay here and in the future will always try and stay at the best Western and if available a best Western plus.

ゲゲスト私たちの家族は昨年 2023 年 4 月に滞在を予約したので、2024 年 4 月のPA 旅行のためにこの会場を予約するのは当然でした。両方のクローゼットのドアが前の乗客によって壊れていたため、部屋の状態に失望しました。写真は物語とフロントデスクを伝えます。もう1つの問題は、8時45分頃にプールエリアに出入りする無監督の子供たちが廊下で作る大きな騒音でした。

MMikeNew hotel which is why we booked. The breakfast was mediocre. Could do with a healthy option like plain greek yoghurt. 24/7 coffee wasn't really a thing: after about 10pm the lights in the breakfast area of the lobby were turned off and the coffee cold or often removed completely.

ゲゲストI worry about booking the ”lower” hotels in the major chains. However, I took a chance because the ratings were good and I am glad I did. This is a no frills hotel but our room was very clean and well taken care of. There were plenty of electric outlets and plug in for devices. The walls are a little thin as was noted in several reviews but it is a hotel not a private home. The breakfast was also no frills but very good and satisfying.

LLlora QueenieGreat Stay – Better Than Expected! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We stayed at the Holiday Inn in Lancaster, PA and had a really good experience. Nothing over-the-top fancy, but everything was solid and definitely better than we expected. Do not expect much on the breakfast but it was fine and will definitely fill your tummies!
The location is great – close to restaurants, shops, and local spots, which made getting around super easy. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the whole place felt well-kept.
Staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed something. We also liked the facilities – especially the gym and pool – both were clean and not too crowded.
One thing we really appreciated was the easy mobile check-out. Super convenient and saved us time in the morning – no need to wait in line.
Overall, a smooth, hassle-free stay. Would definitely consider coming back if we're in the area again!

HHuntSueThe rooms were much smaller and the bed was not the size advertised. The coffee shop was horrible! It took us 20 minutes to get 3 coffees, the lids didn't fit and the cups were so cheap that the one cup just about disintegrated and the coffee split all over my husband and our car. The attendant was pretty clueless and did not know how to work the register. The indoor pool area was nice, but the water was freezing and like most places there is not enough seating to place your belongings down. Given this carries the Cartoon Network name, we expected there to be better quality! It was basically a cleaned up Motel using the Cartoon Network name to draw in business.

ゲゲストThe receptionist was friendly and explain everything to us. When we open the room door we smell a bad odor( like the room was closed for a long time and no body opened the window to have a fresh air) the building and the rooms needs an update, it’s old, specially the mattress, my brother in law didn’t sleep well and had a back pain because of the mattress.
The breakfast was ok,( toast, coffee, milk and juice)
They should upgrade the rooms.
