「ベッドシーツに多くの汚れが見つかりました。夜だったので、コンシェルジュに近づかなかったことがわかりましたが、クリーナーやスーパーバイザーがチェックすることが基本だと思いました。思ったより少し走り落ちました。騒音のキャンセルは10/10ではありませんが、ほとんどの場合騒音がないので大丈夫でした。」

「Great value for money as rooms are clean & plenty car parking space. Location is quiet for good sleep plus walking distance for good delicious food. room is just nice for two, front desk staffs are friendly but some rooms should go through minor maintenance」

「外から見ると、ホテルは清潔でモダンに見え、共用のパントリーを備えた素敵なロビーエリアがあります。しかし、残念ながら私たちの部屋は正反対でした。カビ臭がして、ベッドシーツにはひどいシミがあり、毛布には乾いた血が数滴落ちていました。ベッドに横たわると、素肌がとてもかゆくなりました。 防音も悪く、ロビーや廊下の音が聞こえます。私たちが泊まった夜は、他の部屋からの騒音がなかったのは幸運でした。 良い点は、受付係がとても親切で、部屋のアメニティも機能的だったことです。ここの衛生基準は疑わしいので、他のホテルをお勧めします。」

「This place is our go to hotel whenever we come over for a night trip but this time isn't so pleasant as we got disturbed by a whatsapp at 2.40 am asking for payment. Wondering why cant wait till we check out the next day. I mean they could have asked for payment during check in. Customer service should learn manners at least And we got 1st level room, the inconvenience we had was the noise and also the room stinks. Overall it was okay and didn't want to make a big fuss about it as we are staying for a night.」

「The family room is spacious and clean. But no wardrobe, just hangers on the wall. Bathroom also clean and well maintained. Room is very basic but fulfilling the purpose. Location is very convenient, with many eating places around it, XY 80S kopitiam, Ah Ma TeoChew Kuah, Chagee, Oven & Fried Chicken, etc etc. There’re dogs cafe nearby too, Shiba and Chow Chow dogs cafe. Overall is very good place to stay.」

「Nothing obvious stood out for the room's cleanliness, so it works for a room at this budget. Hotel is reasonably priced with a bigger sized room, which helps the comfort levels when staying in it. The toilet being bigger helps since there is more separation between the wet and the dry areas. I thought that choosing a slightly out of the way location would relief traffic headaches but that was apparently not the case, guess the traffic around the Mount Austin area cannot be beaten so easily. The hotel seems t only has the option of self check in and out via a machine just outside of the premises, but it can be a privacy concern when checking in at night, because the screen is so big and bright, and is flashing details for the world to see. The screen should really be smaller or have varying brightness according to the surroundings. Or somehow flipped 90 degress so it does not face the street. (Photo taken from the hotel's Google map)」

「The room is non-smoking and quite spacious, featuring 2 king beds. The breakfast buffet spread is limited. No swimming pool. Located about 15 km from JB city. Aeon Kebrau Mall, Toppen Mall, and Ikea are about 3 km away. Housekeeping is good. Receptionists on duty were stone-cold. You pay for 3-star service, and you get 3-star service. No complaint.」

「2回宿泊しました。最初の宿泊時は、トイレットペーパーやティッシュペーパーなどのアメニティはすべて新しく交換されていたにもかかわらず、冷蔵庫がないことに気づきませんでした。しかし、今回の宿泊は不快でした。トイレットペーパーとティッシュペーパーが新しく用意されていなかったのです。私は頻繁に旅行するので、ルームクリーニングサービスは利用しません。そのため、常に「起こさないでください」と伝えているのですが、それでも清掃員が私の部屋を掃除してくれることになってしまったのです。私の持ち物とお金（数え切れないほど）が部屋のあちこちに散らかされていたので、この心遣いには驚きました。」

「立地は大変良く、ホテルのすぐ隣にマッサージパーラーがあり、レストランも30～50mほど道を下ればすぐです。スーパーマーケットまでは徒歩5分、有名な四豆豆腐店もすぐ隣にあります。Chun-K KTVまでは徒歩10分です。 ホテルのトイレは非常に狭く、使用後のハンドタオルを掛けるスペースがありません。洗面台には洗面用具を置くスペースがありません。シャワーエリアは私の意見ではかなり狭く感じました。当初205号室を予約しましたが、入るとカビ臭く、バスルームのドアも部屋も埃だらけでした。幸いにも部屋を変えることができ、空気の匂いもかなり良くなりました。部屋の広さは十分で、十分なスペースがあります。収納棚はなく、オープンコンセプトの吊り下げ式です。テレビはまだアナログなので、携帯電話とのペアリングやスクリーン操作ができません。 部屋の装飾はあまり好きではありません。夜にトイレの電気をつけっぱなしにしておくと、ガラス張りのデザインのため部屋がとても明るくなってしまいます。チェックインした時も部屋にティッシュペーパーがありませんでした。フロントデスクには預けた荷物を取りに行くだけで20分も待たされました。 全体的に見て、他に選択肢がない限り、このホテルを最優先に選ぶことはないでしょう。」
