ゲゲストStayed for 1 night — everything was great!
The residence is conveniently located near Paradigm Mall, making it easy to access shopping and dining options. The host/management was friendly and responsive, and the check-in/check-out instructions were clear and hassle-free.
The unit itself was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped — perfect for larger families or groups. Everyone had plenty of space to relax comfortably.

ゲゲストカプセル ポッドは清潔で、壁にもたれながらまっすぐ座れるほど広々としていました。ポッド内のエアコンは部屋ほど冷房が効かないので、その点はご注意ください。羽毛布団はかなり厚いので、夜通し使用すると暑く感じる人もいるかもしれません。また、オーナーが掲載している写真とは反対に、共用スペースはかなり暗く陰気でした。また、写真とは反対に、すべてのコンピューターはオフになっていて、LAN ルームも閉まっていたため、ゲストは使用できないと思います。間違いなく、この場所は昔より良くなったように感じます
シャワーにはヒーターもありますが、圧力を低く設定しないとお湯が出ません。圧力を最大に設定すると、なぜか水が冷たくなります。
マウント オースティンの中心部にある便利な場所なので、ほとんどの人気のレストラン、コンビニエンス ストア、さらにはジャヤ グローサリーまで徒歩 5 ～ 10 分で行くことができます
カウンターのスタッフは、おそらくオーナーのおじさんとおばさんです。彼らの態度はあまりフレンドリーではなく、会うたびにしかめっ面をされます。たぶん、それが彼らのデフォルトの表情なのでしょうが、それでもあまり歓迎されているとは感じませんでした。でもまあ、場所だけでも彼らのホスピタリティの欠点を補って余りあるものです。

ゲゲスト出張のためにここに滞在しました。全体的にそれはただ平均的で、特別なことは何もありませんでした。部屋はきれいでしたが、少し古く、家具の一部がすり減って見えました。 Wi-Fiは機能していましたが、時それほど速くはありませんでした。近くに会議がある場合は、場所はまともです。サービスは大丈夫で、あまり暖かくはありませんでしたが、許容範囲でした。短期滞在には十分ですが、必要でない限り、おそらく二度と選択しません。

ゲゲストGood location with nice view, well made check in and out process with private secure parking. Room is slightly noisy due to cars below but not really an issue. Place was clean, comes with microwave induction cooker and pot, and fridge and freezer.
One very very minor complaint is the lack of bedside tables.

1. Location was superb, easy access to the mall.
2. Room is fully equipped with induction hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, dining plates, utensils, mugs, iron and iron board .
3. Room is spacious, bedroom, living room and dining room.
Negative Feedback:
1. Staff at the counter should be trained with customer service. No greetings nor smile during check-in.
2. Toilet has very bad smell. The edge of the shower room is slimy, probably not cleaned properly.
3 Deodorants were supplied in both the toilet as well as the bedroom but unfortunately all of them were empty (see pictures)
5. Toilet ventilation vent is dusty and drop of dusts occasionally fell onto us or the wash basin.
6. The iron provided isn’t safe for use as wires are exposed which is a SAFETY HAZARD (see picture). Someone might get electrocuted.
7. TV was provided but no ‘Live TV’ available as it always showed ‘No Signal’ (see picture).
8. ‘House Rules’ indicate ‘No eating and drinking in the room’ but the room is fully equipped with the dining cutleries/utensils and cooking equipment (see picture). So, is eating and drinking allowed?
9. In the bedroom, there is this thing hanging directly above the bed. Not sure what it is but, to me, it’s of no use.
We will definitely stay here again because of the location and the spacious room. If the negative feedback can be addressed, it would be a bonus.

ゲゲストI recently stayed at the JS Hotel and, while the location was convenient, the overall experience left something to be desired. The hotel felt a bit outdated, and the rooms could use some attention in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. It’s clear that the property could benefit from a refresh to improve its comfort and appeal.
On the positive side, the hotel is within walking distance of Aeon Shopping Mall, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. There’s also a convenience store right outside, making it easy to grab essentials.
Overall, if you're just looking for a basic, no-frills place to stay in a prime location, JS Hotel could work. However, if you're looking for a more modern or well-maintained experience, you might want to explore other options.

ゲゲスト受付係は歓迎してくれて、話し心地が良く、部屋は手入れが行き届いていて(写真を撮りませんでした)、一晩の滞在に良いと感じました。近くにはパラダイムモールがあり、写真は私が買ったディップチョコレートクレープ、おいしい😋でした。

ゲゲストリビングルームのエアコンが故障しました。天気がとても暑いこの数日間は耐えられません。結局、エアコンモールに浸るために早めにチェックアウトしなければなりませんでした。公衆トイレのヒーターも適切に機能していませんでした。インスタントヒーターのダイヤルが「オフ」に設定されていても、水はまだ熱かったです。温水と冷水を自分で混ぜるために、両方のシャワーヘッド/蛇口をオンにしなければなりませんでした。 Covidが衛生に注意するように教えても、ハンドソープは提供されませんでした
