Stayed for 1 night — everything was great! The residence is conveniently located near Paradigm Mall, making it easy to access shopping and dining options. The host/management was friendly and responsive, and the check-in/check-out instructions were clear and hassle-free. The unit itself was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped — perfect for larger families or groups. Everyone had plenty of space to relax comfortably.

Dear Trip, The house is very good, and we had a pleasant stay. In terms of communication, the team responded quickly, which we appreciate. However, we hope there can be better awareness of the surrounding situation. During our journey before arrival, several roads were closed due to a mall event. When we asked for alternative routes, we were informed that there was no information about the road closure, even though we had shared photos showing police and guards blocking the roads. This situation caused us some panic, as we were stuck in heavy traffic with no clear direction. It would be helpful if the team could provide reassurance and practical guidance in such situations—for example, advising us that we could approach the guards to open the cones as we were guests checking in. Guidance like this would have helped reduce our stress. Thank you.

this is best apartment stay thus far. location of apartment is good. the unit itself is well maintained, clean and considered quite new. will want to stay again! (oh swimming pool is big! kids love it!)

部屋は問題なく、清潔です。ただ最後の部屋のベッド横のスペースが狭いです。気づかれなければベッドの横を蹴ってしまうかもしれません。横を普通に歩くことはできないので、結局登ったり這ったりして眠るしかありませんでした。高齢者には不向きです。入浴後はトイレが滑りやすいかもしれませんが、幸いプラスチック製のスリッパが用意されていました。ボトル入りの水は毎日補充してくれます。部屋の掃除もしてくれます。私たちの部屋には「起こさないでください」というサインがなかったのですが、それでも部屋の片付けのために部屋に入ってきました。それは私たちが望んでいないことです。かなりショックでした。近くに飲食店が 1 軒ありますが、向かい側の土地の方が良さそうです。ただ、スピードを出す車がいて信号がないので、道路を渡るのは危険です。可能であれば反対側を運転したほうがいいでしょう。2 日間の短期滞在はまだ大丈夫ですが、3 日間以上は退屈でしょう。部屋カードは 1 枚しか渡されず、カードごとに 50 リンギットの追加デポジットが必要でした。カードルームはリセットされ続けました。毎日カウンターに行って直してもらわなければなりませんでした。

On the positive side, the hotel is within walking distance of Aeon Shopping Mall, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. There’s also a convenience store right outside, making it easy to grab essentials. Overall, if you're just looking for a basic, no-frills place to stay in a prime location, JS Hotel could work. However, if you're looking for a more modern or well-maintained experience, you might want to explore other options.

Room cleanliness still ok acceptable. Location convenient to paradigm mall shopping. Bed mattress comfortable. Water and coffee mix prepare well. Only unhappy things is feeling hot in the room, air cond not enough cold.
