Stayed for 1 night — everything was great! The residence is conveniently located near Paradigm Mall, making it easy to access shopping and dining options. The host/management was friendly and responsive, and the check-in/check-out instructions were clear and hassle-free. The unit itself was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped — perfect for larger families or groups. Everyone had plenty of space to relax comfortably.

立地は大変良く、ホテルのすぐ隣にマッサージパーラーがあり、レストランも30～50mほど道を下ればすぐです。スーパーマーケットまでは徒歩5分、有名な四豆豆腐店もすぐ隣にあります。Chun-K KTVまでは徒歩10分です。 ホテルのトイレは非常に狭く、使用後のハンドタオルを掛けるスペースがありません。洗面台には洗面用具を置くスペースがありません。シャワーエリアは私の意見ではかなり狭く感じました。当初205号室を予約しましたが、入るとカビ臭く、バスルームのドアも部屋も埃だらけでした。幸いにも部屋を変えることができ、空気の匂いもかなり良くなりました。部屋の広さは十分で、十分なスペースがあります。収納棚はなく、オープンコンセプトの吊り下げ式です。テレビはまだアナログなので、携帯電話とのペアリングやスクリーン操作ができません。 部屋の装飾はあまり好きではありません。夜にトイレの電気をつけっぱなしにしておくと、ガラス張りのデザインのため部屋がとても明るくなってしまいます。チェックインした時も部屋にティッシュペーパーがありませんでした。フロントデスクには預けた荷物を取りに行くだけで20分も待たされました。 全体的に見て、他に選択肢がない限り、このホテルを最優先に選ぶことはないでしょう。

The room is non-smoking and quite spacious, featuring 2 king beds. The breakfast buffet spread is limited. No swimming pool. Located about 15 km from JB city. Aeon Kebrau Mall, Toppen Mall, and Ikea are about 3 km away. Housekeeping is good. Receptionists on duty were stone-cold. You pay for 3-star service, and you get 3-star service. No complaint.

Initially new can't contact the receptionist and we do not know how to check in the unit. We have keep call and contact trip.com to resolve the issue for us. Is a bit tedious. In the email,.it mentioned just contact via WhatsApp, however, we call multiple time but no one answered the call, until we call the hotline.

Very convenient location with walking distance to Jaya Grocer, 7-11 and even 南阳街(at night). Slept very well in the bed and loved the blanket.

Secara keseluruhan, homestay dalam keadaan yang baik dan selesa untuk didiami. Rumah bersih, kemas dan lengkap dengan kemudahan asas.

外から見ると、ホテルは清潔でモダンに見え、共用のパントリーを備えた素敵なロビーエリアがあります。しかし、残念ながら私たちの部屋は正反対でした。カビ臭がして、ベッドシーツにはひどいシミがあり、毛布には乾いた血が数滴落ちていました。ベッドに横たわると、素肌がとてもかゆくなりました。 防音も悪く、ロビーや廊下の音が聞こえます。私たちが泊まった夜は、他の部屋からの騒音がなかったのは幸運でした。 良い点は、受付係がとても親切で、部屋のアメニティも機能的だったことです。ここの衛生基準は疑わしいので、他のホテルをお勧めします。

Great value for money as rooms are clean & plenty car parking space. Location is quiet for good sleep plus walking distance for good delicious food. room is just nice for two, front desk staffs are friendly but some rooms should go through minor maintenance

We reached the hotel at about 11.30pm from Songapore on 8/4. Upon reaching, we asked the security guard about the booking procedure. He does not know anything about it. He showed that there are boxes to collect the keys from near the laundry room. However, there were no instructions or information of password or room number to collect the keys. I tried to call the hotline and the internet phone but neither was successful in my attend. It was already past midnite. We were tored after the 11/2 hour of jam at the Causeway. We decided to search for another room at the agoda.com and found something for us to spend the night at Grand Landmark Hotel. It costed us $62 SGD. We stayed there until noon and decided to go back to the KSL Premier Residence. I checked my email and saw the instruction to the room coming in at 5.53am which is about 5hours from the time we alerted them via the apps. We went back before noon to the KSL Residence and checked in. Place is nice but we felt shortchanged and ill treated with this hiccups. We would like to ask for a refund for the first day and that Trip.com should pay for our sstay at Grand Landmark Hotel on 8-9 April for goodwill. It is not easy to move around with 2 msmall children. The place is spacious with 3 double beds. The location is unbeatable with eateries surrounding it. There is a fridge and dining table.. However, when I had trouble unlocking the gate, my calls to the management went unanswered. My messages were replied by ai. Repetitive, polite messages that did nothing to help us. In the end, the security officer of the building helped us. Many thanks to him! He saved our day! The ac in the master bedroom wasn't working. We ended up not sleeping in the master bedroom. We booked level 15 and got level 12 instead. Management kept insisting level 12 was booked under my name even though i have provided the screenshot of my booking showing level 15. No hand-wash was provided as well. All in, if I were to turn a blind eye to the above, I might book again. I love its location, affordable price and space. The view from the 12th floor is pretty too.
