AAnwarKhairulMy stay was truly exceptional, defined by both premium amenities and outstanding staff performance. The room's jacuzzi bathtub was a luxurious highlight, offering a perfect spa-like retreat complemented by the convenience of a dedicated refrigerator. Service was five-star across the board. The reception team was professional and highly efficient, and the housekeepers were meticulous, ensuring my room was spotless daily. It was a perfect combination of comfort and quality service. I highly recommend it!

ゲゲストI recently stayed at the JS Hotel and, while the location was convenient, the overall experience left something to be desired. The hotel felt a bit outdated, and the rooms could use some attention in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. It’s clear that the property could benefit from a refresh to improve its comfort and appeal.
On the positive side, the hotel is within walking distance of Aeon Shopping Mall, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. There’s also a convenience store right outside, making it easy to grab essentials.
Overall, if you're just looking for a basic, no-frills place to stay in a prime location, JS Hotel could work. However, if you're looking for a more modern or well-maintained experience, you might want to explore other options.

ZzizizhazhaBooked non-smoking room, but few rooms also with cigarette smell and cigarette butt in toilet basin and floor. (I requested to change room)
Sticky room floor.
Cracked toilet bowl, dew unsafe to use.
Also saw stray cat vomit on table at lobby waiting area.
So far, the location is good.
Friendly staff.

MMohdDrop by to find place to stay one night and found this is my right choice. Clean and easy access also parked my car just right in front of this studio room. Highly recommended for those who looking for fast process 10⭐️
