This place is the only way to stay when going to Pigeon Forge! The condos are huge and The lazy river is amazing!!

We came with friends as we usually do every February. Shanica greeted us with such a smile! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and helpful! Breakfast was excellent and the rooms very comfortable. Our friend even had the room next door with a fireplace! The entryway was warm and inviting and very comfortable. Even had a table out there where we could play games and talk. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and had nice towels. This why it is our favorite place to stay in Pigeon Forge!

Breakfast was not good. The typical hotels have decent eggs and did not have any variety day to day. They did seem to take good care of the facility, it wasn't perfect, but is nice. I would go back again and maybe skip the breakfast or get a waffle.

Everybody that worked there was so friendly! The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything. We walked across the street for dinner to a barbecue place.

Very polite associates, and very clean facility and room. Room was spacious, and it had good water pressure along with a comfortable bed. Nice complimentary breakfast also.

Nice hotel, great breakfast. Lots of options. Room was clean. Elevator was extremely slow. Everybody was constantly waiting on it and their pool is down for maintenance with no compensation whatsoever given.
