ホテルのロビーは広々として開放感があり、内装は上品で明るく、設備も非常に充実しています！客室の設備は新しくて清潔で、家電やバスルームも手入れが行き届いており、水回りも安定していて快適でした。共用エリアも隅々まで手入れされていて、とても綺麗です。エントランスからロビーでの休憩、そして客室へのチェックインまで、全ての設備が素晴らしく、細やかな気配りも感じられ、滞在中とても快適に過ごせました〜

10ヶ月後、再びバンヤンツリー東莞に宿泊しました。前回はマウンテンヴィラに宿泊し、プライバシーが保たれ、広々とした客室でした。今回はグループ購入のお得なプランを見つけて、2泊3日のパッケージを購入しました。1泊5,000～6,000元のヴィラに泊まったのと遜色なく、全体的な体験は忘れられないものとなりました。フロントのバトラー、ミアさんは、チェックインの案内から旅程の提案まで、きめ細やかで心のこもったサービスを提供してくれました。前回の記念日宿泊時と同じように、誕生日だと知ってケーキを部屋に届けてくれたほどで、とても感動しました。ハウスキーピングのシー・リーさんは、とても丁寧に掃除をしてくれて、部屋を清潔で快適な状態に保ってくれました。細部への配慮が感じられました。 唯一の残念な点は、中華料理レストランの料理が期待外れだったことです。ホテルには、食事の選択肢の最適化に注力してほしいです。改善されれば、さらに完璧なホテルになると信じています。 それでも、ホテルの環境とサービスは大変おすすめで、快適でリラックスした旅行になります。

The location of this hotel is superb. It is only a short walking distance away from the Metro station. Within walking distance are several restaurants which serve excellent meals at reasonable prices. Opposite the hotel is a fresh fruits & vegetables market which is worth visiting. The front office staff are very helpful and will go all out to assist you. They gave useful advice on places to visit and good restaurants to go for meals.

Location: 5/5 – Absolutely Strategic! The biggest strength of this hotel is its unbeatable location. You’re steps away from McDonald's and Luckin Coffee for quick bites and caffeine. A well-stocked mall is right beside the hotel, making it super easy to grab daily necessities. The best part? A lively night market is directly opposite the hotel! This makes finding delicious, affordable local food incredibly convenient any time of the evening. The whole area is very 热闹 (rènào - bustling/energetic) – perfect if you want to be in the heart of the action. Cleanliness: 3/5 – Okay for the Price, Manage Expectations The general cleanliness is acceptable, if you adjust your expectations. It's definitely not a 5-star luxury experience, but for a budget/mid-range stay, it's passable and reasonably maintained. Don't expect immaculate perfection, but the basics are covered. Room & Atmosphere: 2/5 – Persistent Smoke Smell The major downside, especially in the rooms and hallways, is a strong and pervasive smoke smell. It's quite noticeable and doesn't dissipate easily. Unfortunately, this seems to be a common issue in many hotels within the region, but it's definitely present and unpleasant here if you're sensitive to it. Breakfast: 1/5 – Strongly Not Recommended / Unhygienic Avoid the breakfast option. Hygiene standards here are very poor. I personally observed small cockroaches crawling on the tables in the breakfast area. This is completely unacceptable and a major health red flag. Do yourself a favor and skip it entirely. Thankfully, with McDonald's, Luckin, the mall food court, and the fantastic night market opposite, you have plenty of much better (and cleaner) alternatives nearby. Overall: This hotel is all about the location, location, location. If being in a super convenient, vibrant area with easy access to food, coffee, and shopping is your top priority, and you're on a budget, it serves that purpose. The cleanliness is tolerable for the category. However, the strong smoke smell in the rooms and corridors is a significant drawback, and the breakfast is dangerously unhygienic (cockroach sighting confirmed). Choose this hotel for the prime spot if you can tolerate the smoke and definitely plan to eat breakfast elsewhere. Who should stay: Budget-conscious travelers prioritizing an unbeatable, lively location who aren't sensitive to smoke smells and will skip the hotel breakfast. Who should avoid: Families with young children, travelers sensitive to smoke, those prioritizing high cleanliness standards, or anyone planning to eat the hotel breakfast.

Check in and check out went smoothly as long as you can converse in Chinese, I used Google Translate and it worked well. We were in a king room and it was quite spacious, there was sufficient room to keep our toiletries by the sink and our luggage. We had a sofa, table and small chair in our room. There is a smart toilet with a heated seat. The shower pressure is really good. There is one English speaking channel. I liked that there was no carpet in the room but laminated floors. A real bonus was free laundry and they had 5 washers and dryers on the 12th floor. The hotel is within walking distance to MixC mall which is very modern and there were many eateries in the mall. Another bonus is the Songshanbei intercity railway station which is about 200m from the hotel. You can buy a ticket very cheaply and ride to Guangzhou South railway station but it is really slow, it took about 1 hour. If you are unlucky you could be standing but if you leave around 10ish you should be able to get a seat. They offer breakfast for a fee which we did not partake in. Within walking distance there is a Starbucks and McDonald’s inside the mall. I would recommend this hotel to others because of the many eateries, intercity railway station, laundry facilities and cleanliness.i

サービスはよかったですが、いくつかの小さな間違いがありました。部屋を予約したとき、4 つの朝食が含まれていると言われましたが、ウェイターはそれをはっきりと読み取らず、朝食は 2 つしかないと言いました。その後、もう一度部屋に戻って確認したら、本当にコピーが 4 枚あったことがわかり、元に戻すためにもう一度上下しなければなりませんでした🤦🏻‍♀️部屋は広くて快適で、エアコンもとても強かったです。ただし、衛生面はまだ改善の必要があります。シーツやタオルには不明な汚れがあります。枕は非常に快適で、ソフトとハードのタイプがあります。 

出張で東莞に行ったのですが、値段を調べてコスパの良いホテルを選びました。当ホテルは東莞の中心部に位置しており、交通が便利です。万達広場に隣接しており、ショッピングやお食事に大変便利です。タクシーや地下鉄の利用も大変便利です。フロントのヴィトさんは、チェックインを素早くしてくれました。フレンドリーで熱心でした。また、ウェルカム ティーの試飲にも連れて行ってくれました。正直に言って、サービスは本当に良かったです。朝食はホテルのレストランでとりましたが、パン、スナック、サラダ、ヨーグルトなど、食べ物の種類が豊富でした。麺類だけでもたくさんの種類がありました。揚げ餃子とワンタンを食べましたが、とてもおいしかったです。この価格でこの質のホテルに泊まれるのは本当にお得です。

この滞在体験は5つ星です!ホテルは便利な場所にあり、ショッピングにとても近いです。部屋は清潔で整頓されていて、寝具は柔らかく、睡眠は特に安定しており、バスルーム設備は清潔で無臭です。フロントデスクのスタッフは優しく、チェックインは効率的で思いやりがあり、ニーズに迅速に対応します。公共エリアは清潔で静かで、全体的な価格は非常に高く、サービスの詳細は細心の注意を払っています。次回地元に来るときにこれを選びます。強くお勧めします!

設備は素晴らしい素晴らしいホテルですが、テニスコートの使い勝手はイマイチでした。 先日このホテルに宿泊しましたが、全体的にとても快適な滞在でした。地下鉄駅からわずか700メートルという好立地で、アクセスも抜群です。広々とした館内には、屋外プール、屋内プール、サウナ、ジム、テニスコート（詳細は下記）、大きなダイニングホール、そして様々なトリートメントが受けられる2つの独立したマッサージエリアがあります。 客室とサービス： 客室は清潔で快適でした。到着時に広い部屋への無料アップグレードをいただき、大変嬉しく思いました。スタッフはフレンドリーで丁寧でした。 食事： 食事は5点満点中3.5点です。ビュッフェはヨーロッパ料理と謳っていますが、実際は中華料理寄りでした。朝食は私たちの好みに合わなかったので、夕食は断念しました。 マッサージ： マッサージサロンが2つあります。フットマッサージを予約したのですが、セラピストは痛みのある部分に特に気を配り、ほぼ全身マッサージをしてくれました。素晴らしい体験でした。5つ星中5つ星です。 プールとサウナ： 両方のプールは午前6時から午後11時まで営業しています。人が少ない方がお好みなら、屋内プールは午前7時頃、屋外プールは午後2時頃がおすすめです。プールは清潔で温かく、ロッカールームのスウェーデン式サウナも良かったです。これもまた5つ星です。 ジム： ジムは設備が充実しており、混雑することはありません。午前6時から午後11時まで営業しており、これもまた5つ星です。 テニスコート： 残念ながら、これが唯一の大きな失望でした。何度か予約を試み、予約時間に到着したにもかかわらず、スタッフは誰もいませんでした。電話しても無視されるか、「話す時間がありません」と言われました。最終的には返金してもらいましたが（*******経由で予約しました）、対応は苛立たしく、プロフェッショナルではありませんでした。評価：5点満点中1点 総合評価： テニスコートの問題を除けば、滞在に大変満足しました。他の方にもぜひお勧めしたいホテルです。素晴らしいアメニティ、清潔な客室、そして静かな環境です。

ホテルの立地は良く、商業エリアにも近く、内装もきれいで、価格もリーズナブルでした。入った瞬間、改装されたばかりだと感じられるほど清潔で、衛生状態も基準を満たしていました。ただ、部屋の設備は少し古く、外見だけを改装して、内部の配線や設備は更新されていませんでした。ベッドサイドにコンセントがなく、充電するにはデスクの下まで行かなければなりませんでした。エアコンも冷房効果は今一つで、スイッチが20年前のようなダイヤル式で、プラスチックが黄ばんでいました。隣の「汇丽华」にも宿泊したことがありますが、そちらはデジタルパネルでしたし、エアコンに昔ながらのダイヤルスイッチがあるのは本当に珍しいですね。 それでも、衛生状態は本当に良く、階下のレストランなども悪くなかったので、全体的にはとても良い印象でした。 ウェルカムフルーツ：記載はありましたが、どこにあるのか分からず、チェックアウト時には忘れてしまいました。
