「We had the absolute best time here! The hosts were incredibly kind and made sure we felt truly taken care of throughout our stay. Breakfast was always delicious — and vegetarian, which was a huge plus for my husband since he doesn’t eat meat. Before our trip, I had asked if they could help me arrange a small birthday surprise for my husband, and they went above and beyond. They got us the cutest cake, and it made the day extra special — we were so touched. The room was spacious, spotless, and had plenty of storage, so it never felt cluttered. We also appreciated the room service and bottled water, which made everything even more comfortable. The room was so spacious we were able to practice yoga in the room at the same time! The location couldn’t be better — just a one-minute walk to the geopark bus stop and ticket office, and equally close to snack street and local shops. Truly perfect! Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This lovely family really goes the extra mile to care for their guests. I’ll be recommending this place to everyone I know! Thank you so much for everything!」

「Travelling as a mandarin speaking foreigner. If you are able to converse in mandarin, want to stay near to Yuntai Mountain and still be relatively connected to other attractions like Baoquan scenic area, this is for you. Hotel was clean and spacious, it also has a water dispenser with different temperature settings. The hotel is pretty much a one-man show but the boss is extremely accommodating and helpful. He even offers to drive and pick up guests to/from nearby attractions like Yuntai and Baoquan, which is a game changer. Especially if you are worried about staying too far away from Yuntai, it's only a few minutes drive away from the hotel to the main parking lot at Yuntai. Simply give him a call or message on WeChat. The only down side is that the village in Sha Qiang Cun does not really have many options to eat, but there are quite a few restaurants down the street if you aren't picky. Otherwise, enjoyed my stay here and would recommend to foreign guests!」

「Super close to park entrance and restaurants. Excellent room with easy to connect (bring hdmi cable) projector to watch a movie. Lots of free bottled water and friendly staff. The bathroom facilities could use a bit of tender love and care. The bath is amazing but super hot and the bathrooms are just lacking last finishing touch. Breakfast was not our style; corn vegetabel soup. The bed is amazing, not too hard like many Chinese. Also, our room was actually smoke free, contrary to many other “non smoking” rooms. Excellent stay! Picture is view from our room. We were on the top floor, room with large tub.」

「Service was wonderful. The ladies at the concierge were always friendly and offered us hot tea whenever they spot us sitting at the waiting area while we wait for our cabs. Breakfast was fabulous. Very tasty with a wide spread of variety. Room was big and clean. There's also a Halal restaurant right next door which also offered good dining options.」

「I love them. The staff always reply my question anytime I have. I asked them question through Trip.com message and they replied simultaneously. I was there when the park closed because of the wind storm. They were patient and gave me information. I was also got the room upgrade, since they think it would be safer and more convenient for me. The room was spacious. Location is perfect, the shuttle bus station is just a in front of the hotel. I cannot speak Chinese but we conversed smoothly with Trip.com message (The platform is even better than WeChat for my opinion)」

「Pleasant stay at hotel which was within walking distance to the park bus Pick-up area. Lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was more Chinese but certainly room for improvement.  One word of advice for those intending to use the massage services at the hotel ; beware as although paid for an hour, masseuse stopped exactly after 45 mins saying her time is up!  Poor massage too!」
