「Easy to get to from Le Shuttle and comfortable, pleasant staff and great breakfast. It’s basic but all you need for a easy start to the day」

「I traveled with my mum who is 85 it’s partially sighted and has mobility issues. The reception attendant saw that she struggled so went out of his way to change our room to a disabled access room. Thank you.」

「Stayed many time ,Nice clean rooms ,great food .Perfect location for LeShuttle .」

「Very nice hotel, perfect location, convenient for shopping. Large, very comfortable room. Breakfast was somehow disappointing. Limited selection of food. The lower star rating hotels within the vicinity offer much more for breakfast. All in all, we would come again.」

「The room was clean but shabby, with paint scratches. The bed was large and comfortable. The ambient temperature was fine. The bathroom was clean but the towels were very thin and the shower, toilet and sink did not flow away quickly or flush properly. The entry self service computer did not recognise my reservation number. We were not the first to have this problem. There was a helpful reception staff on the intercom, but after that, we each experienced many problems accessing the hotel door and our room door. Many guests seem to have the same issues. Our room was near the sliding doors, which were quite noisy. It's a big complex and near to a pleasant selection of restaurants. We would not book a B&B hotel again. There are many other more pleasant, welcoming and economic hotels on a busy route.」

「Very friendly and helpful team. The evening meal was excellent, had to leave early and missed breakfast. Perfect location to get the Eurotunnel, so very close. Room, bed and shower were all okay but why give you the kettle and English tea and no milk. Missed this and wish I had thought to check and ask for milk before bed, there is a fridge. Simply too tired from the long drive. Good location, with full electric vehicle chargers, peaceful and quiet.」
