This first floor top apartment offers light and spacious accommodation for two people and is only moments from the beach and a short walk to the ancient cobbled causeway that leads across the sands at low tide to the historic castle of St Michaels mount which is surrounded by sub tropical gardens. At high tide there are frequent taxi boats making a visit possible at anytime of the day. A short walk from the property you will find the local pubs, restaurants, galleries and shops of Marazion. The property also offers a south facing balcony with sea views with table and two chairs it has an open plan lounge with dining area with fitted kitchen and breakfast bar. The spacious bedroom offers a king size bed, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. There are views of the sea from both the lounge and bedroom.The apartment and balcony are accessed via their own private stairway.A short drive to the west will find the town of Penzance, here you can take the ferry to the wonderful Isle of Scilly, a visit to Tresco Abbey gardens is highly recommended. Further to the west lies Mousehole and Porthcurno with the famous minnack theatre.
