It only takes 15 minutes to walk down to St Michaels Mount and Marazion beach. Perranuthnoe beach is a 5 minute drive away/20 min coastal path walk. Praa Sands beach a further 5 min. This first floor top apartment offers light and spacious accommodation for two people and is only moments from the beach and a short walk to the ancient cobbled causeway that leads across the sands at low tide to the historic castle of St Michaels mount which is surrounded by sub tropical gardens. At high tide there are frequent taxi boats making a visit possible at anytime of the day. A short walk from the property you will find the local pubs, restaurants, galleries and shops of Marazion. The property also offers a south facing balcony with sea views with table and two chairs it has an open plan lounge with dining area with fitted kitchen and breakfast bar. The spacious bedroom offers a king size bed, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers.
