「我是不擅長英語的人，房東很熱心的接待了我，還送我巧克力吃。房間設施很完美，有電暖氣、免費的咖啡餅乾和茶，床墊躺着非常舒服，一切都很整潔和舒服。從火車站坐公交衹需要七分鐘就能到達。而且價格也不高，我非常喜歡這家店!」

「The Lincoln Private House Hotel experience has been fantastic. We have a private bathroom, and our room is cleaned daily. Breakfast is the highlight, featuring a menu and an unlimited selection of drinks. The staff are amazing!」

「Location to public transport and local attractions was convenient. The accommodation was comfortable but it would have been better if there was a floor plan where the rooms are located as only 3 rooms were on the main floor and the others were accessible via stairs, which are narrow. Our room was outside the main house in the back. If you are travelling with lots of luggage or big, heavy suitcases, be mindful that there are no lifts. Housekeeping was a bit disappointing. Modern fittings and energy saving features were a plus.」

「I really enjoyed my stay overall. The location was fantastic—on a beautiful street—and the hotel building itself is stunning. When I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by a very kind Italian gentleman, which gave me a great first impression. My room, though located in a separate area, was clean, modern, and nicely decorated. Everything looked fresh and well thought out. However, I was disappointed to find visible stains on the bed sheets. While I believe they had been washed, the stains hadn’t come out and the sheets were still used, which didn’t match the high standard the rest of the hotel presented. I think they should have replaced them. Another minor inconvenience was the bathroom light, which was automatic and triggered the extractor fan. This meant that even during the night, using the bathroom caused the noisy fan to stay on for a while, which could’ve been avoided with a manual light switch, in my opinion. Despite these issues, the stay was mostly very positive, but I can’t give a full five stars because of the sheets. Hopefully this can be improved for future guests.」

「The check-in, check out process is automatic using a code. There isn't anyone around that you can reach when you need. The check-out time is 10:00 AM and if you're outside at that time you cannot re-enter to the building or your room if you were at the toilet, shower etc at 10:00. Sent e-mails through trip.com as well as to their regular e-mails address never got replies. There is no chance of leaving your bag if you'd like to discover the city, I had to carry my luggage with me all day after check-out and got soaked because of the rain together with my luggage. In my second visit, by paying a double of what I paid here I stayed at Marriott and worth every penny.」
